Abstract

This research discusses the impact of tourist attractions on interest in returning to the Sajuta Janjang in Agam Regency, which is motivated by a significant decrease in the visits every year number, pre-research which states that as many as 72% of visitors are not interested in visiting again and there are still negative comments on Google review about Sajuta Janjang. The method for research used is a technique of quantitative method with a approach in causal associative and the technique for sampling uses a purposive sampling which is determined at 220 samples. The technique for data collection uses a questionnaire prepared on a Likert scale which has been tested for validity and reliability. The technique for data analysis uses PLS-SEM software. The R square results show that tourist attraction has a big influence on interest in returning to visit with a percentage value of 70.5% while the remaining percentage of 29.5% is influenced by other factors. The test of hypothesis results obtained a t-statistic of 48.1 > 1.96 and a p value of 0.00 < 0.05, so the research results indicate that the tourist attraction variable has a significant effect on interest in returning to visit. In this research, the conclusion that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected.

Abstract

This research was motivated by complaints from visitors on social media about the attractions of the Kincia Cucu Antan Kari tourist attraction in Agam Regency. This research aims to determine visitors' perceptions of the Kincia Cucu Antan Kari tourist attraction in Agam Regency as seen from 3 indicators, namely: Cognitive, affective and conative. The population of this study was 461 visitors who were visiting and who had visited the Kincia Cucu Antan Kari tourist attraction, from this total population there were 215 respondents. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire (questionnaire) with a Likert scale which has been tested for validity and reliability. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive. Testing the analysis using data tabulation and measuring the level of respondent achievement (TCR) with the help of SPSS version 23.00. Based on the research results, it was found that visitors' perceptions of the Kincia Cucu Antan Kari tourist attraction in Agam Regency were categorized as quite good. Meanwhile, looking at each of the indicators, cognitive is in the quite good category, affective is in the quite good category and conative is in the quite good category. So it can be concluded that the overall perception of attractiveness at the Kincia Cucu Antan Kari tourist attraction in Agam Regency is quite good so it needs to be optimized further.

Abstract

Keberhasilan suatu perusahaan dalam menerapkan budaya perusahaan dan motivasi kepada karyawan tergantung bagaimana perusahaan memahami kebutuhan karyawan dan dalam membangun budaya perusahaan tidak semudah yang dibayangkan, keragaman latar belakang budaya yang dibawa oleh karyawan menjadi halangan bagi perusahaan dalam menerapkan budaya perusahaannya. Ketidakselarasan antara perusahaan dan karyawan dalam membangun budaya perusahaan, akan dapat mengganggu stabilitas perusahaan dan jika setiap karyawan menerapkan budaya perusahaan dengan baik, maka akan tercapai kinerja karyawan yang terbaik. Abstract

Pemerintah memperbaiki kondisi hidup masyarakat baik dari bidang sosial, ekonomi, maupun pelayanan dengan taraf peningkatan hidup melalui pembangunan nasional. Kebijakan pemerintah dalam pembangunan nasional yang telah terprogram diantaranya peningkatan sarana air bersih, menyediakan air bersih bersih dan terjamin secara merata kepada semua lapisan masyarakat. Pemerintah mendirikan Perusahaan Air Minum melalui Undang-Undang No. 5 tahun 1962 tanggal 14 Pebruari 1962 tentang Perusahaan Daerah, merupakan badan usaha yang harus menjalankan dua fungsi sekaligus, yaitu sebagai social oriented dan profit oriented. Abstract

This article reviews and attempts to confirm the marketing management strategy for sustainable tourism destinations. In the marketing management of tourism destinations, it is necessary to carry out good planning that involves the role of the central government, regional governments, the private sector, business actors and the surrounding community. In planning it is necessary to carry out an analysis, namely: (a) Analysis of the macro environment which includes the political, economic, social, legal and cultural environment;,(b) Analysis of the microenvironment including producers, supplier, competitors, tourists and community; (c) Competitor analysis including similar tourits destinations, and (d) Market analysis, namely the potential of tourists and the tourist market. The marketing strategy consists of analysis, development, implementation and evaluation of activities in the development of tourist destinations. Likewise in the development of sustainable tourism management there are several aspects that need to be considered, namely; (a) Aspects of the attractiveness of tourist attractions; (b) Access to tourist spots; (c) Main and supporting facilities such as hotels, restaurants and others; and (d ) Institutions such as travel agents, travel agents, tours guides and others.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Price on Switching Barrier, Trust in brand on Switching Barrier and to determine the Effect of Price, Switching Barrier and Trust in Brand on Customer Loyalty (Survey on customers of PT. Sinar Niaga Sejahtera Garudafood Depo Tasikmalaya Distribution Division). The method used in this research is quantitative method, the research sample is 80 respondents and the analytical tool used in this research is path analysis using SPSS version 25. The method of determining the sample uses probability sampling. The results of this study indicate that the price has a significant effect on the Switching Barrier; Trust in Brand has a significant effect on Switching Barrier; Price, Switching Barrier and Trust in Brand simultaneously have a significant effect on Customer Loyalty; Price partially has no significant effect on customer loyalty; Switching Barrier partially has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty; Trust in Brand partially has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty; Price through Switching Barrier has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty; Trust in Brand through Switching Barrier has no significant effect on Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which FaveHotel PGC Cililitan, in creating and enforcing work discipline for employees and agencies, in addition to knowing what steps need to be taken by FaveHotel PGC Cililitan in enforcing work discipline. In this case the researcher used a research design using a qualitative approach method with a purposive sampling technique. And data analysis methods using data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verification.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the challenges and opportunities of tourism in Singakawang, West Kalimantan. The method used in this research is using descriptive qualitative. Furthermore, the problem formulations used in this study include (i) How is the tourism sector in Singkawang; (ii) What are the advantages of the tourism sector in Singkawang; (iii) How to improve the tourism sector in Singkawang? Furthermore, the results of this study found that Singkawang has excellent tourism potential both from the aspect of tourist attractions, nature tourism, culinary tourism and besides that tourism in Singkawang must also be supported by various elements which include (i) Accommodation, (ii) Transportation, (iii) Transportation, (iv) Attractions and landmarks, (v) Tourist Information Centers, (vi) Restaurants and Eateries, (vii) Shopping Facilities, (viii) Recreation and Entertainment, (ix) Infrastructure for Safety and Security, (x) Universal Accessibility. Therefore, the implication of this research is to know the condition of tourism in Singkawang and the advantages of its tourism sector, as well as to know the supporting factors that can improve the tourism sector in Singkawang. In addition, the novelty of this research is related to the tourism sector in Singkawang whose information is still limited.
