Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of food and beverage service quality on customer satisfaction at Swiss-Bellhotel Ambon. There were 120 samples but 80 samples were used for processing. Data collection used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analytical method used in this research is a simple linear regression analysis method with the SPSS 26 application. The research results based on (t test) show that service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction with a significant value of 0.000<0.05 and obtained an Rsquare of 0.174% influenced by variables. independent of service quality, while 82.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the governance exists at the Sisingamangaraja Palace and the efforts to improve the management of the Sisingamangaraja Palace in Humbang Hasundutan Regency. This research uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach with an emphasis on the natural environment (naturalistic setting) on the economy, culture, religion, environment, political conditions which will be told in detail and the data comes from primary and secondary data. With data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. As for the results; from this research is that the governance at the Sisingamangaraja Palace is as follows: 1). Cleanliness of Sisingamangaraja Palace; 2). Manufacturing of hygiene and maintenance boxes; 3). Providing accommodation; 4). Procurement of guides; and 5). Provide facilities. Efforts made to improve the management of the Sisingamangaraja Palace include planning the management of the Sisingamangaraja Palace, organizing the management of the Sisingamangaraja Palace, implementing the management of the Sisingamangaraja Palace, and supervising the management of the Sisingamangaraja Palace

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of training and work motivation on employee performance in the working environment of Salopa District, Tasikmalaya Regency. Training and work motivation play a crucial role in enhancing employee performance in the public sector, including at the district level. The research employed a quantitative approach, involving employees as respondents in Salopa District. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques and regression analysis to identify the relationship between training, work motivation, and employee performance. The results of the study indicate that training has a positive and significant impact on employee performance in the working environment of Salopa District. With relevant and effective training, employees have the opportunity to develop the skills, knowledge, and competencies required to perform their tasks more effectively. Training can enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and professionalism of employees in providing services to the community. Furthermore, work motivation also has a significant influence on employee performance. Motivational factors such as recognition, rewards, incentives, organizational support, and career development opportunities can influence employees’ attitudes, work enthusiasm, and dedication to their jobs. Motivated employees tend to have higher performance levels and contribute positively to the achievement of organizational goals

Abstract

This research aims to determine the satisfaction of MICE participants at the UNP Hotel & Convention Center. This research focuses on MICE activities in the form meeting and conference. This research is entitled The Influence of Services and Facilities on the Satisfaction of Participants in MICE at the UNP Hotel & Convention Center. The data collection technique for this research is indirect communication by distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale to meeting and conference participants then the data processed using the SPSS program. This research is a quantitative descriptive with a causal associative approach. The population of this study were people who had participated in meeting and conference activities at the UNP Hotel & ConventionCenter in the period July-December 2022 with a sample of 98 people, and the sampling technique was non-probability sampling with a minimum age of 18 years. There are 2 types of data used in this research, namely primary data and secondary data. The results of this research show that service is in the very good category (80,61%), facilities are in the very good category (74,50%), and participant satisfaction is in the very satisfied category (87,75%). It was found that the R square value was 0.464 with an F count of 41,072 and a significance level of 0.000<0.05 and the t value was 11,529 with a significance level of 0.000<0.05 meaning that variable X influenced variable Y significantly by 46.4%. It was found that the regression coefficient value of the service variable was 0.346 with a significance of 0.000<0.05, which means that every increase of 1 unit of service will increase participant satisfaction by 0.346 units of satisfaction, and the coefficient value of the facility variable was 0.530 with a significance of 0.000<0.05, which means every increase of 1 facility units will increase participant satisfaction by 0.530 satisfaction units.

Abstract

Ekor Lubuk Subdistrict where Kubu Gadang is located is the Subdistrict with the lowest population density in Padang Panjang City. Based on that substratum, it’s need to be researching how was the involved of the people to developing the tourism attractions with community based tourism in Kubu Gadang. Therefore, this study aims to see how tourist attractions are focused on community base cultural tourism attractions or community based tourism in Kubu Gadang Village through 5 principles of CBT. This research is descriptive research with qualitative data. as for the data collection techniques used, using the method of observation, interviews dan documentation. This study used a non-random sampling technique with a purposive sampling method involving several informants. The data obtained is reduced by summarizing, selecting and focusing on the things that are important and analyzing the data obtained on the problems studied. The result of this study indicate that there are several field applications related to tourist attractions in Kubu Gadang carried out by the Kubu Gadang village community through 5 CBT principles that sorted from the strongest namely cultural, economic, social, political and environmental principles. which show that tips are carried out by the village community Kubu Gadang tourism in developing their community based tourism attractions (CBT)

Abstract

This research is motivated by a phenomenon related to guest satisfaction stayed at Ocean Beach Hotel Padang, where the were several complaints regarding the physical evidence and quality of service. This research purpose to reveal the physical evidence and quality of service effect on the satisfaction from guest staying at Ocean Beach Hotel Padang. This research type is associative research using quantitative data. The method used in this research is a survey method by distributing questionnaires. The research population were guests who had stayed at least once with a sample of 240 respondents. The technique for sampling is non probability sampling through purposive sampling technique. Collecting data in this study using a questionnaire with five answer choices. This study was adapted from previous research and has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis used linear regression analysis. The research results indicate that physical evidence (X1) effect om guest satisfaction (Y) and quality of service (X2) has an effect on satisfaction from guest (Y). This can be seen with a small sig value of 0.05.

Abstract

This research is motivated by problems found in the Public Relations Strategy at The Axana Hotel, measured from three indicators, namely Publications, Media Identity and Public Service Activities. Problems are still found related to publications on The Axana Hotel's social media which do not always receive high attention, Identity Media which is still under the shadow of the collapse of the Ambacang Hotel during the Padang earthquake in 2009, Public Service Activities implemented by The Axana Hotel also implemented in other hotels. The purpose of this research is to find the Public Relations Marketing Strategy at The Axana Hotel. This research is descriptive research with qualitative methods. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interviews and documentation methods. There were 3 informants in this study, using a purposive sampling method. This research uses the SWOT analysis technique through identifying Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats. The results of this research are strategies that can be used for Marketing Public Relations at The Axana Hotel which are reviewed based on 3 indicators including publications, identity media and public service activities.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment and motivation on employee work discipline at Hotel Balairung Jakarta. The method used in the research is a quantitative method with a causal associative approach. The respondents in the research population were all employees of Hotel Balairung Jakarta with a sample size of 62 respondents. Data collection is carried out by filling out questionnaires or questionnaires which have been prepared using a Likert scale. To test the hypothesis, multiple linear regression analysis was used. The research results show that work environment variables do not have a significant effect on work discipline, while motivation variables have a significant effect on work discipline. But together the work environment and motivation variables have a significant effect on work discipline.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the quality of service and menu variations on customer satisfaction in relation to visits and to know the influence of these three variables. This study used quantitative and causal approaches. This study used purposive sampling techniques of non-probability sampling type for sampling. This research instrument uses Google forms arranged based on Likert scales, first tested for validity and reliability. This data was analyzed using SPSS version 26.00. The survey results show that service quality is included in the fairly good category with the appropriate achievement level of 56.2%, menu variations with the appropriate achievement level of 59.8% are included in the fairly good category, and customer satisfaction. the level of achievement of respondents. 54% were in the appropriate category. The effect of service quality (X1) and menu selection (X2) on customer satisfaction (Y) was 28.2%, while the remaining 71.8% was influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The general purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Brand Trust on the decision to stay at The Axana Hotel Padang. The type of research used in this study is a quantitative approach and causal associations. Guests who have stayed at Axana Hotel Padang participated in the study. The sample consisted of 204 guests who followed a nonvoluntary review strategy. The data collection strategy uses Likert scale surveys that attempt to explore speculation. Data for this study were processed using SPSS 26.00. The results of this study prove that Brand Trust is in the appropriate category (80%). In addition, the decision to stay on the category is enough ie. (75%). Brand Trust had a significant effect on overnight decisions with an R-squared value of 0.397 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. This means that there are 0.603 that are influenced by other factors.
