In 2017 infokes existed as a printed journal with ISSN 2597-7776 with time published twice a year namely June and December. 2019 is the beginning of a new history of infokes to be present as an online journal.

Abstract

Mangosteen peel extract contains xanthone compounds, which are bioflavonoids with properties as antioxidants, antibacterial, and antiallergic. One of the utilization of mangosteen skin extract is by making cosmetics product in the form of organic lotion with the right formulation , formulation ingredients: (1) mangosteen skin extract, (2) Tea, (3) Acid Stearat, (4) Setyl Alcohol, (5) Glycerin, (6) Prophyl paraben, (7) Methyl paraben, (8) Parfum strawberry, (9) Aquadest with result that have organoleptic test such as shape, color, smell, and texture like lotion in general. With oil in water lotion type “O/W”. As well as having a pH value of 5 in formulations 2 (two) that competed to formulations that have a pH value of 4 in formulations 1 (one) and a pH value of 6 in formulations 3 (three)ehich can be concluded that formulations 2 (two) have a safe pH for skin that is not ready to be marketed because it has to go through several more test such as adhesion test, scatter power test,viscosity test, microbiological test as well as the effectiveness test of mangosteen skin extract for dry skin.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was aim the influence of the organization commitment to the turnover intention to a non-medical employees at RSUD Al Ihsan West Java Province. This research use descriptive method with quantitative approach. Data collection technique used by observation and literature study are questionnaire and interview with the research subject is the employees many as 32. The result of this research shows correlation is 0,944 means that the organization commitment and turnover intention has a very strong relationship. And a great variable of the organization commitment to turnover intention is 89,1% and the remaining 10,9% influenced by another factor as Job satisfaction, workspace, stress work, as well individual characteristics. The problems found in this research are: (1) low of employment, (2) lack of a sense of pride in the organization, (3) low of organization commitment, (4) luck of loyalty to the organization. The suggestion from the writer are: (1) gives the employees an opportunity to demonstrate creativity and innovation, (2) giving employees opportunity to develop themselves and career, (3) give appreciation to employees, (4) giving a trust, a duty and a responsibility to employees.

Abstract

This research aims to design a cohort information system for pregnant women using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 at the UPT Puskesmas Paseh Bandung Regency. This research used qualitatif methods with a descriptive approach. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews and literature study. The development method used is Linear Sequential/Waterfall. Programming language using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 and Microsoft Access 2016 as database. From the research conducted, there were promblems found are : (1) the cohort register was manual, (2) the absence of a more effective system to facilitate reporting, (3) reports are often damaged or even lost. (4) inadequate facilities and infrastructure. The suggestions given to solve this problem are : (1) there is a need for a computerized system, (2) there is a need for socialization and guidance to the employees concerned, (3) the application needs regular maintenance, (4) adequate facilities and infrastructure are needed to support reporting activities.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine an overview implementation of the outpatient INA-CBG’S system to support work effectiveness of medical recorders and health information at Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Bandung. The research method used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were participant observation, unstructured interviews, documentation, and questionnaire. From the research results obtained, the descriptive analysis based from the answer on the questionnaire regarding the application of the INA-CBG’S system can be concluded well with the average correspondent 72% was agree. Meanwhile, the effectiveness of work was concluded as good with an average correspondent responses 76% agree. However, there were several problems that arose, including: 1). Incomplete claim submission files; 2). There were problems with pending claims; 3). Bridging a rudimentary system; 4). Maintenance and updating of the system during working hours. The suggestions given by the author to improve the implementation of the outpatient INA-CBG’S system to support work effectiveness of medical recorders and health information at Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Bandung were: 1). Holding regular meetings to discuss and findings the case in the application of the INA-CBG’S syste; 2). the registration officers more careful in checking patient files; 3). Doctors give more attention to writing and filling out medical resumes; 4). For the coder, it is necessary to check again in terms of determining the code for diagnosis and procedure; 5). NCC maintenance and updates can be done outside of working hours.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of completeness of admission requirement for BPJS (Social Insurance Administration Organization) for inpatients on to effectiveness of admission services in Sumedang General Hospital. Data collection method is by distributing questionnaires and interview which is equipped with literature review that have close relevance to the subject matter. The result showed Spearman rank correlation coefficient value 0.97 is in the interval from 0.8 to 1.000 which is categorized as very strong and it is known that the completeness of admission requirements for BPJS patients hospitalized affects the effectiveness of admission services by 94, 09%. As for the obstacles in completing BPJS patient admission requirements are, (1) NIK (Population Registration Number) BPJS is not in accordance with the NIK contained in the KTP / Family Card, (2) Patients with delinquent payments / late from the 10th to pay BPJS health insurance and (3) No BPJS center facilities in Sumedang General Hospital. The advice given are that the (1) Family / patient should not ignore the NIK contained on the BPJS card when they making the BPJS health insurance, (2) Family / patient must consider about the payment of BPJS insurance payment ant make it as priority, the payment not later than 10th in every month and (3) Sumedang General Hospital should have special facilities or rooms for BPJS centers, so that everything that is problematic with the health BPJS card will be quickly handled

Abstract

Borax is a chemical compound derived from heavy metals Boron (B) and is use as an antifungi, wood preservative and antiseptic in cosmetic. The use of boraks as a preservative in food has been banned it is use by the goverment. However the reality is still found the use of borax in food one of them is a meatball. The purpose of this study wich are to identify borax in meatball sold in the Cijerah Market Bandung City. Sampling was carried out on 15 meatball sellers each of 3-5 sample. The samples were identified using a flame test method and reagen test kit borax colour method. Identification experiment result of research meatballs with borax in the samples and test reaction flame no green flame and reagen test kit borax colour method no changes orange colour. So, based on the test the meatballs that are circulating in the Cijerah Market Bandung City negative do not contain borax preservative. So, the meatballs that are circulating in the Cijerah Market Bandung City are safe for society consumption. For further research it is necessary to analysis the nutritional content of meatballs in the Cijerah Market Bandung City as an additional reference and information for the society, and more expanded research area.

Abstract

Aims to determine the effect of clean and healthy household behavior on the prevention of COVID-19 in residents of RT 03 RW 01 Babakan Ciparay Sub-District, Bandung City. The research method used by the author is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, literature study, questionnaires. The research sample used population research on 80 residents of Rt 03 Rw 01 Babakan Ciparay Sub-District, Bandung City From the results of the study, it was found that for the residents of RT 03 RW 01, Clean and Healthy Living Behavior The household structure was good (88%) as well as the prevention of COVID-19 (87%) and had a correlation level between variable X and variable Y of 0.748 means that they have a strong relationship. The magnitude of the influence of X on Y is equal to 55.9%, so that there are still other variables that influence Y, namely 44.1%. The problems that were found from the research conducted were (1) The low level of maintaining distance when in a crowd. (2) Lack of awareness in wearing masks when in the environment around the house. (3) Some residents when coughing cover their mouths with their palms and didn’t wash their hands immediately. The author provides suggestions on these problems, namely (1) Increase in maintaining distance when in a crowd in efforts to prevent COVID-19. (2) Wearing a mask even in the environment around the house. (3) Understand hygiene and healthy living habits in cough ethics in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Abstract

The purpose of this study, is to determine and analyze the effect of perceptions of the marketing mix, namely product, person, price, place, promotion, process, and physical evidence on the decision to choose inpatients at RSIA Limijati Bandung. This research method, namely explanatory through cross-sectional survey method, quantitative approach. The sample of this study, were patients in the maternal inpatient unit, the type of sampling was non-probability through a sampling technique. The sample consisted of 167 respondents. Hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression analysis, namely the simultaneous test (f test) and partial test (t test), with the intention of knowing simultaneously and partially the effect of the independent and dependent variables at the 95% confidence level (α = 0.05) or 5% degree of error. The results of the research the effect of the perception of the marketing mix by simultaneous testing (f test), the decision H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that simultaneously the marketing mix of the independent variable (X) has an effect on the decision of inpatients to choose RSIA Limijati Bandung. The results of the partial test (t test), for product mix, people, and physical evidence showed an effect, while the mix of prices, place, promotion and process, showed no effect on the decision to choose RSIA Limijati Bandung. The value of the coefficient of determination or R2, which is influenced by 62.6%, while the remaining 37.6% is the contribution of other independent variables not included in this study.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the hygiene and sanitation of food to support quality service of Nutrition Unit at Muhammadiyah Hospital Bandung. The research methods used, that were qualitative method with descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used were observation, interview and literate study. From the results of researches conducted of Nutrition Unit at Muhammadiyah Hospital Bandung, there were several problems found, namely: (1). The bin is not separated between dry and wet junk. (2). Cooking utensils leave crusty stains like woks and pans. (3). Officers do not used full personal protectived equipments (4). The officers did not use masks and gloves. The writer suggested, namely: (1). Provided a trashs bin between dry and wet bin. (2). Changing equipments review proces equipment already looks not feasible used. (3) Complied the procedures or regulations applicable to all assigned tasks.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the antibacterial activity of bitter black honey in inhibiting the growth of Escherichia coli and also to determine the highest concentration of bitter black honey which has the greatest inhibition zone in inhibiting the growth of Escherichia coli. This study used a descriptive experimental method and a Completely Randomized Design. This activity test used the Kirby-Bauer diffusion technique with a bacterial cell count of 10-8 CFU/ml. The test was carried out using bitter black honey with various concentrations of 20%, 40%, 60%, 80% and 100%, positive control used gentamicin antibiotic, while negative control used sterile distilled water and the test was carried out in 3 repetitions. The results showed that the bitter black honey had antibacterial activity at all concentrations from 20%, 40%, 60%, 80%, until 100% in inhibiting the growth of Escherichia coli with the weak to strong category, namely 3,3 mm – 7,3 mm. While the largest concentration of bitter black honey was at a concentration of 100% with an average inhibition zone of 7,3 mm and was in the medium category.
