Abstract

In an era of continuous development in the healthcare field, health laboratories are not just an additional component, but have become an integral entity that plays a crucial role in the healthcare system. The function of the laboratory is not only limited to providing critical information for disease diagnosis, but also the base of scientific research and routine monitoring of patient health conditions. In this context, it is important to recognize that the operational success of a health laboratory does not solely lie in the sophistication of the equipment and analytical methods used, but is also highly dependent on the understanding and implementation of ergonomic factors that affect the working environment of the health professionals in it. Ergonomic factors in health laboratories involve various elements, ranging from workspace design, equipment arrangement, to the safety policies implemented. Optimal workspace design not only includes aesthetic aspects, but also pays attention to comfort and efficiency in carrying out daily tasks. Equipment arrangement, including the placement of analytical tools and medical instruments, also plays an important role in creating a smooth and efficient workflow

Abstract

radiographically, Lumbar MRI examination is located in the part of the waist? whereby there is a lot of anatomy one of which is medulla spinalis. In relation to which, in the medulla spinalis area often happen ghosting artifacts which can disturbs the information of Lumbar MRI anatomical image, for that reasons, it needs several numbers of treatments like to apply such a proper phase encoding. In this matter, the application of phase encoding constitutes a possible method which can minimize the artifacts namely by exchanging the direction of phase encoding hence the artifacts is going to the other direction and subsequently the artifacts does not disturb the desired anatomical object.? this research aims to analyze the effect of using the Anterior-Posterior and Superior-Inferior Phase Encoding Direction towards the information of lumbar MRI anatomical image on T2WI FSE sequence of sagittal section undertaken at Hermina Hospital Depok. this research applies quantitative method with analytical approach executed at Hermina Hospital Depok starting from May up to June 2024. Meanwhile, the population of this research is all Lumbar MRI patients with 16 samples which are taken in a purposive sampling basis. As for the method of data collection, it is conducted through among the other things observation and experiment, and then the instrument and analysis of this research are namely worksheet, observation worksheet, questionnaires sheet, documentation, and DVD-R. Thereafter, data processing is carried out by applying statistical test, beginning with normality test. Furthermore to test the hypothesis it is executed by applying Paired Sample T-Test if the data is normally distributed and Test Wilcoxon if the data is not normally distributed. this research suggests that the result of Wilcoxon test, obtains that p-value (0.001) ? 0.05 is for detailed anatomy, p-value (0.000) ? 0.05 is for ghosting artifacts. This matter explains that in the assessment of anatomical details and contrast image, there is a difference between the use of Anterior-Posterior and Superior-Inferior Phase Encoding. Whereas for the evaluation of contrast p-value (0.060) ? 0.05 it can be explained that there is not any difference between the use of Phase Encoding Anterior-Posterior and Superior-Inferior in Lumbar MRI examination T2WI FSE sequence of sagittal section. Apparently, Phase Encoding Anterior-Posterior can provides detail anatomy and ghosting artifacts in more optimal image compared to that in Phase Encoding Superior-Inferior

Abstract

Stres adalah kondisi di mana seseorang merespons perubahan dalam keseimbangan normal tubuh, mempengaruhi individu secara keseluruhan, dan mengganggu sistem pencernaan. Gangguan pola makan sering kali disebabkan oleh konsumsi makanan yang tidak sehat dan jadwal makan yang tidak teratur, yang pada akhirnya menyebabkan gangguan pencernaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh tingkat stres dan pola makan terhadap gangguan sistem pencernaan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode Systematic Review. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa orang yang mengalami stres dan pola makan tidak teratur dapat mengalami gangguan sistem pencernaan seperti gastritis.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of nutrition education with booklet media on the level of knowledge, attitudes, energy consumption levels and nutrients (protein, fat, and carbohydrates), and body weight of adolescents with overweight in BHC Wonorejo - Jember tutoring. This type of research is a quasy experiment, with a one-group pre-post-test design. The results of this study are that there is an effect of nutrition education through booklet media on overweight adolescents on the level of knowledge with a significance value of Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.001 <0.05. There is an effect of nutrition education through booklet media on overweight adolescents on attitudes with a significance value of Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.001 <0.05. There is an effect of nutrition education through booklet media on overweight adolescents on the level of energy consumption, protein, and fat, and there is no effect of education on the level of carbohydrate consumption. There is an effect of nutrition education through booklet media on overweight adolescents on body weight with a significance value of Sig.( 2-tailed ) = 0.003 <0.05.

Abstract

In 2023, it will be found that around 1.28 billion people aged 30-79 years in the world suffer from hypertension. Putri Ayu Health Center, Jambi City, in 2023 there were 4,320 cases. Uncontrolled hypertension will cause complications and even death. One innovation to lower blood pressure is giving young coconut water. To find out about Mrs. R by providing young coconut water to reduce pressure in the working area of ??the Putri Ayu Health Center, Jambi City. The method used in this research is a case report. Researchers provided care for one elderly person, namely Mrs. R who suffers from hypertension. Researchers gave young coconut water to lower blood pressure to Mrs. R in the working area of ??the Putri Ayu Community Health Center, Jambi City. Blood pressure measurements are carried out using a stethoscope and a blood pressure monitor using an observation sheet. Researchers also used SOP guidelines for administering young coconut water. Bleeding care was provided on 8-12 June 2024. Blood pressure on the first day before administration was 170/100 mmHg, and after administration for 3 days it was 145/85 mmHg. Giving young coconut water can reduce blood pressure in hypertensive patients. The community health center is expected to remain active in providing direction and education regarding the importance of maintaining stable blood pressure and complementary therapies to lower blood pressure such as giving young coconut water.

Abstract

In Indonesiam there are still discrepancies in labels, nutritional value information (NVI), nutrient content and nutritional claims found in processed food products from several studies that have been conducted, including commercial complementary foods. This research aims to analyze the suitability of nutritional labels, the suitability of nutritional value information, the suitability of nutritional substances, and the suitability of nutritional claims on commercial complementary foods product packaging in overcoming the acceleration of stunting reduction in toddlers. The type of research used is exploratory using a descriptive-qualitative method design by collecting the necessary data from commercial complementary foods product packaging labels, then it is described in its entirety and an overview is given regarding conformity to the label, inclusion of NVI, nutritional content, and nutritional claims. based on existing laws and regulations in Indonesia. A discrepancy was found in the product label for the minimum information category (list of ingredients used) and other information (product designation); The inclusion of NVI is in accordance with the standards; Discrepancies were found in protein content, several vitamins and minerals; Discrepancies were found in claims for iron sources and protein sources; Several violations were found regarding label suitability, nutritional content, and nutritional claims based on Law No. 1 Year 1999 regarding Consumer Protection. There are still discrepancies found in labeling, some nutritional content based on standards, and nutritional claims for iron sources and nutritional claims for protein sources.

Abstract

Abstract: Hospitals as health service providers play a crucial role in providing the comprehensive services not only in the medical area but also in the non-medical aspects such as information services, administration, and patient's comfort. One of the important factors that support the achievement of optimal service is the role of Customer Service Officer (CSO). The purpose of this study was to understand the role of Customer Service in managing the first post-hospitalization control patients at RSU Kumala Siwi Mijen Kudus. The research method used qualitative description. Data collection used an interview method with 7 respondents. The study results showed that the role of customer service in managing the first post-hospitalization control patients at RSU Kumala Siwi Mijen Kudus was not optimal, in connection with the ongoing complaints regarding the waiting time for service. In conclusion, the implementation of CSO duties at RSU Kumala Siwi Mijen Kudus is generally run by the policies and SOPs that have been set. Abstract

The Central Statistics Agency (BPS, 2021) the prevalence of obesity in 2018 reached 20.60% of men and 44.40% of women. Snack bars are bar-shaped snacks made from cereals or nuts that have high fiber content as an alternative to delaying hunger. The purpose of the study was to analyze the innovation of a snack bar business substituting okara flour and black rice flour (Oryza Sativa L. Indica) as a snack for obese adolescents including production aspects, financial aspects, SWOT analysis, and buyer responses. The type of research is exploratory to understand business innovation by previous researchers' food products. The results of the study show that the production aspects of packaging and labels have followed the Food and Drug Supervisory Regulation (BPOM) Number 31 of 2018. The financial aspect of the Black Soy Delight snack bar earned a profit of IDR 158,480 from the sale of 50 pcs with a total revenue of IDR 600,000. The SWOT analysis of the business position shows quadrant I which means it supports an aggressive strategy which means that business innovation can be carried out well and has great opportunities. The questionnaire results obtained from buyer responses to the level of taste satisfaction 50% (very good), label 76% (very good), packaging 72% (very good), and price 76% (very good). Based on the results of the study, snack bar products have a large market opportunity with the support of packaging design that complies with BPOM, good financial benefits, and positive responses from consumers to quality and price.

Abstract

Family support is the most important factor in helping elderly people to solve their health problems, one of which is because the family's role is very crucial in preventing an increase in blood pressure in the elderly. There are several forms of family support that can be provided to elderly hypertension sufferers, such as fulfilling dietary compliance and motivating them in treating hypertension. The aim of the research was to determine the relationship between family support and hypertension diet compliance among the elderly at the Elderly Posyandu in Kretek Bantul. This is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional design. The population in this study was 40 elderly people with a history of hypertension who were undergoing the Elderly Posyandu program at Donotirto Kretek Bantul. Based on calculations, the minimum sample size was 30 respondents. The sampling technique uses the convenience sampling technique. The instruments in this study were a questionnaire adopted from Chasanah (2022) to measure family support and the Dietary Salt Reduction Self-Care Behavior Scale (DSR-SCB scale) to determine the diet compliance of elderly hypertension. Statistical tests use the Kendall-Tau test. The results of the research showed that the majority of elderly people at Elderly Posyandu in Kretek Bantul had family support in the sufficient category, namely 15 respondents (50%), and had diet compliance in the obedient category, namely 18 respondents (60%). Statistical tests show a p-value of 0.002 and a correlation coefficient of 0.554. The conclusion is that there is a moderate relationship between family support and hypertension diet compliance in the elderly at the Elderly Posyandu in Kretek Bantul, and it is recommended for the elderly to increase the level of diet compliance so that the serious risk of hypertension can be avoided.

Abstract

Self care menstrual hygiene must be done, because during menstruation the blood vessels of the uterus are more easily infected. Statistics in Indonesia in 2012 from 43.3 million adolescent girls aged 10-14 years had very poor hygiene behavior. One of the factors that cause increased self-care during menstruation is self efficacy. Self efficacy is the perception of oneself regarding how well oneself can function in certain situations. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between self efficacy and self care menstrual hygiene of adolescent girls. This study used a quantitative correlational type with an observational approach with a cross sectional correlation research design. The sample in this study were adolescent girls in class VII of SMPN 1 Panji, which amounted to 110 respondents using the cluster random sampling method. Univariate analysis of frequency distribution and percentage, bivariate analysis of statistical tests in this study using the Gamma test. There is a strong relationship between self efficacy and self care menstrual hygiene in adolescent girls with the results of the Gamma test obtained p value (0.000) < ? (0.05) with a value of 1.000. Researchers concluded that the majority of female students in this study had high self-efficacy in self-care menstrual hygiene. It is hoped that the school will carry out activities in the form of counseling about menstrual hygiene every year, during the student orientation period (MOS) in order to demonstrate performance that can influence hygiene management behavior during menstruation.
