Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh aplikasi Bismart terhadap peningkatan disiplin kerja merchandiser di PT Pinus Merah Abadi, wilayah Bogor, Jawa Barat. Kajian teoritis melibatkan konsep-konsep manajemen sumber daya manusia, teknologi informasi, teori disiplin kerja, inovasi teknologi, pengukuran kinerja, perubahan organisasi, dan sistem informasi manajemen. Dengan menerapkan metode penelitian kualitatif dan kuantitatif, data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis statistik terhadap kinerja merchandiser sebelum dan setelah penerapan aplikasi Bismart. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi Bismart memiliki dampak positif terhadap peningkatan disiplin kerja, meningkatkan transparansi tugas, dan memfasilitasi komunikasi antara manajemen dan merchandiser. Kesimpulan menyatakan bahwa perusahaan dapat terus memanfaatkan aplikasi Bismart sebagai alat strategis dalam meningkatkan disiplin kerja dan efisiensi operasional.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pembangunan infrastruktur jalan, infrastruktur air melalui disribusi air bersih, dan infrastruktur pendidikan baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Kota Mataram dari tahun 2013 2022. Sumber data berasal dari Badan Pusat Statistik Kota mataram dengan jenis data sekunder. Teknik pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda melalui program E-views 10. Setelah melakukan analisis, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial infrastruktur pendidikan sebagai variabel bebas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Kota Mataram. sementara itu, infrastuktur air bersih berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan serta infrastruktur jalan berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Kota Mataram. Kemudian, secara simultan ketiga infrastruktur tersebut berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Kota mataram. Penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kota Mataram pada rentang 10 tahun terakhir 2013-2022 tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang besar dari variabel infrastruktur jalan, air bersih dan infrastruktur pendidikan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Non-Performing Loans (NPL) and Operational Costs on Operating Income (BOPO) on Share Prices at PT. Bank KB Bukopin, Tbk. This type of associative research uses primary data in and sourced from the research instrument, a list of tables containing data on total non-performing loans, total credit, operational costs, operating income and share prices at PT. Bank KB Bukopin, Tbk for 10 years, namely from 2013 to 2022. The population in this research is all financial reports of PT. Bank KB Bukopin, Tbk has been listed on the IDX from 2006 to 2022, which is 16 years.  The sample in this research is the financial report of PT. Bank KB Bukopin, Tbk for 10 years, namely from 2013 to 2022. The sampling technique used in this research was purposive sampling. Documentation and literature study are data collection methods. The data that has been collected will be analyzed using the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, multiple correlation coefficient, determination test, t test and f test. The research results show that Non-Performing Loans (NPL) and Operational Costs to Operating Income (BOPO) partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on the share price at PT. Bank KB Bukopin, Tbk.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk melihat pengaruh disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor BPKD Kabupaten Aceh Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitas dengan jenisnya deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai yang ada pada Kantor BPKD Kabupaten Aceh Barat berjumlah 85 orang. dengan sampelnya sebanyak 85 orang dan teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara acak (Total Sampling). Metode analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa Disiplin Kerja memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai kantor DPKD Kabupaten Aceh Barat, sedangkan Motivasi Kerja tidak memberikan pengaruh signifikan. Saran yang direkomendasikan yaitu kiranya pihak Kantor DPKD Kabupaten Aceh Barat perlu mempertahankan disiplin kerja yang telah ada dan memperbaiki motivasi kerja sehingga diperolehnya kinerja pegawai yang baik dalam mencapai tujuan dan visi misi kantor.

Abstract

This research aims to see whether there is an influence of investment, labor, and information and communication technology development on Inclusive Economic Development in the Eastern Region of Indonesia and the Western Region of Indonesia. The research method used in this research is panel data from 2017-2021 in 13 provinces in the eastern region of Indonesia and 21 provinces in the western region of Indonesia. Data presented annually is obtained from the Central Statistics Agency, the Ministry of Investment of the Republic of Indonesia, and the National Development Planning Agency of the Republic of Indonesia. Based on the results of the partial analysis, the Investment variable has a positive and significant effect on Inclusive Economic Development in the Eastern Region of Indonesia seen from the probability value which is smaller than 0.05. Meanwhile, in the Western Region of Indonesia, the investment variable has no effect on inclusive economic development as seen from the probability value which is greater than 0.05. The labor variable has a positive and significant effect on inclusive economic development in the Eastern Region of Indonesia and the Western Region of Indonesia seen from the probability value which is smaller than 0.05. The information and communication technology development variable has a positive and significant influence on inclusive economic development in the Eastern Region of Indonesia and the Western Region of Indonesia as seen from the probability value which is smaller than 0.05. Simultaneously, all variables have a significant influence on inclusive economic development in the Eastern Region of Indonesia and have an influence of 93.07% and the remaining 6.03% is explained by other variables outside the research. Simultaneously, all variables have a significant influence on inclusive economic development in the Western Region of Indonesia and have an influence of 87.61% and the remaining 12.39% is explained by other variables outside the research.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk megetahui strategi Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Dalam Rangka Menanggulangi Dampak Kebakaran Hutan Dan Lahan Terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Di Kabupaten Aceh Barat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai yang ada pada Kantor Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Kabupaten Aceh Barat. Sedangkan yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 3 orang kepala bidang yang ada pada kantor tersebut dan teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara acak (Random Sampling). Analisis data dalam penyusunan skripsi ini dilakukan secara kualitatif. hasil penelitian yaitu peran BPBD dalam mitigasi kebakaran hutan pada pembukaan lahan pertanian di Kabupaten Aceh Barat, yang meliputi: (a) Corporate Strategy (Strategi Organisasi) dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kabupaten Aceh Barat sudah menrapkan strategi organisasi dengan baik (b) Peran dalam Program Strategy ( Strategi Program) dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kabupaten Aceh Barat dalam hal ini BPBD Kabupaten Aceh Barat juga sudah membuat program-program yang memihak kepada masyarakat (c) Peran sebagai Resource Support Strategy (Strategi pendukung sumber daya) dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kabupaten Aceh Barat peran ini merupakan peran yang sangat penting dilakukan karena berdampak besar terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi masyarakat (d) Peran Institusional Strategy (Strategi Kelembagaan) dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kabupaten Aceh Barat BPBD merupakan lembaga pemerintah yang bergerak di bidang kebencanaan oleh karena itu kerugian akan selalu terjadi apabila bencana terjadi maka oleh itu harus ada strategi yang baik untuk meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the quality of service and promotions on customer loyalty of Grabfood users in Bima City. This type of associative research uses primary data and comes from research instruments in the form of Likert scale questionnaires. The population used in this research is all GrabFood service users in Bima City. The appropriate sample size for research is between 30 and 500. So the number of samples in this research is 100 people with a sample determination technique, namely purposive sampling. Data collection in this research used observation, questionnaires and literature study. The data that has been collected will be analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, multiple correlation coefficients, determination tests, t tests and f tests. The research results show that service quality and promotion have a significant effect on customer loyalty with an influence of 52.7%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the significant influence of organizational culture and communication on employee work productivity at PT. Bima Salt Warehouse. The research instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The population in the study were all employees at PT. Gudag Garam Bima, namely 40 respondents consisting of 30 permanent employees and 10 non-permanent employees. The sample in this study was 30 employees with permanent employee status with the sampling technique used, namely purposive sampling. Data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires, documentation. Data analysis techniques use validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression tests, classical assumption tests, correlation coefficient tests, coefficient of determination, t tests and f tests with the help of SPSS version 23 for Windows. The research results show that there is a simultaneous positive and significant influence of organizational culture and communication on employee work productivity at PT. Bima Salt Warehouse.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to analyze the effect of leverage and growth opportunity on cash holding. The population in the research are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2021-2022 period which operate in the advertising, printing and media sectors. The type of sampling used in this research is purposive sampling. The companies that were the objects of research were 16 companies over 2 periods (2021-2022), namely Mahaka Media Tbk, Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk, MD Pictures Tbk, Fortune Indonesia Tbk, Jasundo Tiga Perkasa Tbk, First Media Tbk, Link Net Tbk, Star Pacific Tbk, Mahaka Radio Integra Tbk, Intermedia Capital Tbk, Media Nusantara Citra Tbk, MNC Studios International Tbk, MNC Sky Vision Tbk, Surta Citra Media Tbk, Tempo Inti Media Tbk, and Visi Media Asia Tbk. The research results show simultaneously that leverage and Growth Opportunity have a significant effect on Cash Holding. Leverage shows a negative influence on Cash Holding and Growth Opportunity also shows a negative influence on Cash Holding. In accordance with the pecking order theory, cash decreases due to debt. High leverage can mean that the company has a high dependence on external loans to finance its assets. Meanwhile, Growth Opportunity has a significant negative effect on Cash Holding. Companies with large growth opportunities tend to have low cash holdings policies. This is because the company will attract the attention of investors through growth opportunities for investment. Growth opportunities require a large amount of funds so that they drain existing cash, according to the theory that growth opportunities cause the company's cash holding level to be low.
