Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap penggunaan kecerdasan buatan untuk pembelajaran penelitian bahasa Arab mulai dari intensitas penggunaan, jenis platform yang digunakan, dan keberterimaan platform AI dalam pembelajaran penelitian bahasa arab. Selain itu, penelitian ini mengungkap tantangan yang dihadapi mahasiswa dalam menggunakan kecerdasan buatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan eksploratif. Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa kelas peminatan penelitian bahasa arab UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang sebanyak 20 mahasiswa. Teknik Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan angket terbuka. Hasil dari penelitian ini 45% mahasiswa sering menggunakan kecerdasan buatan. Platform AI yang sering digunakan ChatGPT 90%, Perplexity 30% dan DeepL 20%. Kecenderungan tertinggi untuk penerjemahan 55%, parafrase teks 50%, dan untuk mencari sumber refrensi (data penelitian & pembelajaran kolaboratif) sebesar 50%. Kecerdasan buatan terkategori sangat membantu dalam pembelajaran penelitian bahasa arab sejumlah 75%. Meskipun demikian 70% mahasiswa masih mengkombinasikan belajar konvensional dan AI.

Abstract

Arabic language learning using the Al-‘Arabiyyah Li An-Nasyiin textbook is one of the methods to enhance students' reading skills (maharah qira’ah). This study aims to describe the implementation of the Al-‘Arabiyyah Li An-Nasyiin textbook as a learning medium and measure its impact on the maharah qira’ah abilities of eighth-grade students at SMP Tahfidzul Qur'an, Jember. The research employed a qualitative approach with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that this method is effective in improving students' reading abilities, with an approach consisting of opening activities, core learning sessions, and closing activities. Students became more enthusiastic and capable of comprehending Arabic texts effectively. The implementation of this method offers a new alternative for enjoyable and effective Arabic language learning

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: Bentuk-bentuk Interferensi Sintaksis Bahasa Madura pada Percakapan Bahasa Arab Siswa Kelas Ekstrakurikuler MI Jauharul Ulum Batuputih Sumenep Madura dan Penyebab Terjadinya Interferensi Sintaksis Bahasa Madura pada Percakapan Bahasa Arab Siswa Kelas Ekstrakurikuler MI Jauharul Ulum Batuputih. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah: Observasi, Wawancara, Rekaman Audio, dan Dokumentasi. Sedangkan metode analisis data ini menggunakan metode reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan simpulan dari hasil pengumpulan data. Hasil analisis menggambarkan bahwa interferensi sintaksis bahasa Madura terjadi karena siswa MI Jauharul Ulum sudah terbiasa menggunakan bahasa lain, sehingga ketika berkomunikasi dengan bahasa Arab pada saat kegiatan ekstrakurikuler akan berpengaruh dan akan banyak ditemukan kesalahan dalam berkomunikasi menggunakan bahasa Arab. Abstract

The use of the grammar and translation method in teaching Arabic offers numerous benefits. It helps students develop their writing skills, enhances memory, expands Arabic vocabulary, simplifies translation processes, clarifies sentence structures, and aids in essay writing. Additionally, this method indirectly encourages students to practice speaking and writing in Arabic through reading texts from textbooks. Research findings reveal that second-grade students at Qadri 1 Jember Model Junior School exhibit excellent memorization abilities, demonstrated during each Arabic language lesson. This method supports the development of students' writing skills through stages such as dictation of moveable content, perspectives, and tests. Beyond achieving spelling accuracy, students also enhance their ability to construct learning in Arabic. The method makes grammar and morphology comprehension easier, aiding sentence positioning and translation between Arabic and Indonesian. However, a notable consequence is the rapid explanation of materials by teachers within a limited timeframe

Abstract

This study explores the impact of Arabic language learning strategies on students' speaking proficiency through Stephen Krashen’s language acquisition hypotheses. Using a qualitative case study, data were collected from non-Arabic-speaking students and lecturers at STAI Nurul Huda and UII Dalwa Pasuruan in Indonesia through interviews and classroom observations. Findings highlight contrasting approaches STAI Nurul Huda emphasizes an immersive language environment (bī’ah lughawiyah) for consistent practice, while UII Dalwa incorporates technology and real-world applications, such as internships and language apps, fostering adaptability and engagement. Challenges include the overemphasis on grammatical accuracy, inhibiting fluency and creativity. Strategies aligned with Krashen’s hypotheses, focusing on meaningful input and reduced anxiety, significantly improved speaking confidence and proficiency. This study emphasizes blending traditional immersion and technology-enhanced methods to develop adaptive, effective language programs. The findings contribute to global Arabic education by advocating for innovative, learner-centered teaching approaches
