Abstract

This study aims to determine the contribution of leek farming to family income in Palelon Village, Modoinding District, South Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted from December 2019 to February 2020. The data used came from primary data and secondary data and then analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the amount of income received by leek farmers in Palelon Village, Modoinding District was IDR 3,308,561 per farmer and IDR 4,726,516 per hectare. Contribution to family income was 86.48%. Based on these results, it could be concluded that the contribution of leek farming to family income was very high.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the contribution of housewives to the income of farming families in South Poopo Village, East Passi District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The research was carried out from October to December 2021. The data used were primary and secondary data. Data analysis was  done descriptively. The results showed that the contribution of housewives to the income of farming families in South Poopo Village was included in the small category. Tthis could be seen from the value of the contribution that was generated, which was only 29.35%.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of Smart City policies in Manado City. The research was carried out in January-July 2021. The data used were primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through in-depth interviews with informants who have a direct role in the implementation of the Manado Smart City policy. Secondary data were obtained through the study of documents and archives related to the implementation of Smart City Policies. The research variables used were taken from the results of the final evaluation of 96 programs included in the 6 dimensions of the Smart City of Manado City. The analytical method used was interactive data analysis through 4 stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusions. For the analysis stage, it was focused on the final evaluation of the achievements of the Smart City program in Manado City.            The results showed that the compliance of the implementor in implementing the Smart City program was not completely in accordance with the objectives of the Smart City Masterplan. The six dimensions of Smart City owned by Manado City  contained 96 activity programs spread across various OPDs. Out of this 96 activities,  there were 28 of them  that had  not been realized, and there were 35 others that had not been successfully implemented according to the indicators of success. Communication was an inhibiting factor in the implementation of the Smart City policy in Manado City, while resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure were the driving factors.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to understand and describe the dynamics of lowland rice farmer groups in Karua Village, Balusu Sub District, which is studied from the aspects of farmer group dynamics. This research was conducted from August 2021 to September 2021. The data collected in this study were primary data obtained from direct interviews with farmer groups using a questionnaire. Secondary data were obtained from agencies related to this research, including the Department of Agriculture, Balusu Agricultural Extension Center, as well as data related to this research taken from the internet. Sampling by purposive sampling, namely from the population of rice farmers' groups totaling 177 people, the samples taken were 70 respondents.The research results showed that the dynamics of farmer groups in Karua Village, Balusu Sub District, assessed from the aspects of group dynamics consisting of group communication, conflict within groups, cohesion within groups, strength in groups, and problem solving in groups belonged to the near dynamic category.

Abstract

This reasearch is aimed at knowing the income of the cabbage in Ward Rurukan of East Tomohon subdistrict, research was carried out in September to November 2021, with data used comes from primary and secondary data and is then descripted analyze.Research show that the average production of cabbage is in Ward Rurukan of East Tomohon subdistrict there are 5.556 Kg at a selling price of Rp.3000 per Kg with revenue cost of cabbae farmer per planting season as amount of Rp. 16.668.000 whereas production costs amount to Rp.3.853.956. the average cabbage farmers income per season in Ward Rurukan of East Tomohon subdistrict is amount Rp.12,814.044

Abstract

This study aims to compare the appraisal price with the land value zone (ZNT) price for compensation for the Manado-Bitung toll road.  The study was carried out for eight months, starting from February 2021 to October 2021. This type of research was quantitative descriptive to determine the price disparity with land value zones. The types of data collected consisted of primary data and secondary data.The results showed a very significant difference between the amount of compensation based on the appraisal price compared to the ZNT price on land acquisition for toll roads in Bitung City. The total compensation based on the appraisal price was IDR 21,976,158,461, while the total compensation based on ZNT was IDR. 35,792.424,000 or 1:1.36. The percentage change in the compensation price based on the appraisal price and the value of the Land Value Zone Map was -38.60%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine priority and supporting strategies for the development of the Sumaru Endo Tourism Object, Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted from November to December 2021. The data used in this study were primary  and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from FGDs and direct interviews with respondents. Secondary data were  obtained from the North Sulawesi Provincial Tourism Office. The variables used in this study were indicators described through 4 important components in Tourism, namely: Attractions, Amenities, Accessibility and Accommodation which are further grouped into Internal Factors (Strengths and Weaknesses) and External Factors (Opportunities and Threats). The data analysis method used was SWOT analysis. The results showed that the Sumaru Endo Tourism Object Development Strategy had a high priority that could lead to rapid growth, which was the SO (Strengths Opportunities) strategy, especially "Cooperating with local, national and international travel agents". Supporting strategies included providing and completing infrastructure, building a tourist information center, improving the quality of human resources, increasing the diversity of attractions, improving the security and safety inside and outside the Sumaru Endo Tourism Object.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the income and feasibility of papaya     flower farming in Likupang Village District of East Likupang North Minahasa Regency. The method that has been used in this study was case study method. The data used  in this study was primary and secondary data. Primary data was done by direct interview to farmers by using  questionnaire, while for secondary data was done from those who relate, village head office, district office, and also the internet.  Data analysis in this study by used  farming income and R/C .The result of this research showed that the land area of respondent farmer is 0,8 Ha. The total revenue was Rp8.510.000/month, the total cost was Rp2.253.500/month. The Farmer’s income was Rp6.256.500/month. The of papaya     flower farming  due to  rate of R/C was 3,78.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to describe the business profile of abaka banana fiber in Makatara Village, Talaud Islands Regency, which lasted for three months, starting from October to December 2019, in Makatara Village, Talaud Islands Regency. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. then analyzed descriptively.The results showed that the business profile of abaka banana fiber in Makatara Village, Talaud Islands Regency was (1) A hand craft business that had produced various types of hats, bags, lanterns, pineapple lanterns, serving covers, bete flowers, in which there is a group called the Rintulu Maelonan group as a group that manages the abaka banana fiber business as a handicraft material. (2) The raw materials used are obtained from the garden of Mr. Adrianus.Ontoge as the head of the Rintulu Maelonan group. For the production process using simple tools and materials, the packaging process is still manual by hand, with simple equipment capable of creating products from abaca banana fiber. The form of marketing used in the Rintulu Maelonan group makes two forms of marketing, namely direct marketing and online marketing.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out or analyze how the Limboto Cultural Park Tourism Development Strategy in Limboto District, Gorontalo Regency is. The research was conducted from October 2021 to December 2021  The data used in this research are the primary and secondary data. then analyzed descriptively.The results showed that the Limboto Cultural Park Tourism was in quadrant I, which means a very favorable condition. Limboto Cultural Park Tourism has the power to take advantage of business opportunities. The strategy used in this condition is to support significant growth (Growth oriented strategy).
