Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze added value analysis of palm sap processing in Poopo Vilage East Passi Sub District Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data and then analyzed descriptively.The results showed that the added value in processing palm sap into palm sugar was Rp.39,875, while for processing captikus the added value was Rp.9.964. The added value ratio obtained in palm sugar processing is 59%, while the added value ratio obtained in captikus processing is 28%. In this study, although the added value of captikus processing is moderate, the people of Poopo village prefer to develop a captikus processing business compared to palm sugar processing. Due to the long process and in the future it will be very profitable for farmers, so farmers prefer to process captikus compared to processing palm sugar.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the business income of palm sap  processing into palm sugar and captikus (captikus is the local name for alcoholic beverages from palm sap). The research was carried out in four villages, namely Rambunan, Sawangan, Tincep and Timbukar villages, Sonder sub-district, Minahasa Regency. The data used is data for March-May 2021. The data were analyzed descriptively using mathematical calculations and only calculated the costs incurred in cash/direct.The research result showed that the ten captikus-making business units have 62 palm trees (Arenga pinnata, Merr) with a production of 420 liters of sap per tap and produce 195 liters of captikus. Ten business units producing palm sugar have 44 palm trees with sap production of 640 liters per tap and produce 160 kg of palm sugar. The price of captikus (alcohol content ± 40%) at the processing level is Rp. 37,500/liter, while the price of palm sugar is Rp. 22,000/kg. The revenue from the whole palm sugar maker business is Rp. 3.380.000,-/production and receipts off all captikus makers of Rp.7.312.500,-/production of the whole bussiness of palm sugar maker is Rp. 569,524. While the expenditure of the entire business of making captikus is Rp.293,302. The total income of palm sugar makers is Rp. 2,810,476,- per prdouction. The average income per business unit processing palm sap into palm sugar is Rp. 281,047,- per one- time production process, while the average income per besiness unit processing palm sap into captikus is Rp. 701,919,- per one time production process. The production of Captikus is carried out on average sixteen times a month, while the production of palm sugar is carried out on average twelve times a month.  Processing palm sap into captikus provides greater income than processing palm sap into palm sugar.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the benefits of Loba Noodle Products from the "Hopni" Restaurant in Kanonang Tiga Village, Kawangkoan District, Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted in December 2021. The data were analyzed using mathematical calculations using the formula π = TR– TC.The research result showed that the "Hopni" loba noodle restaurant business in Kanonang Tiga Village, Kawangkoan Sub District, Minahasa Regency is profitable because the total revenue is Rp. 480.000 per week, the total cost is Rp. 325.953 per week , so the profit obtained is Rp. 154.057 per week.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the magnitude of  income level of a peanut farming  in Kanonang Three Villages Kawangkoan Subdistrict. The research was carried out form October to November 2021. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data.The research result showed that occupational income is peanut in Kanonang Three Villages Kawangkoan Subdistrict so can he said it’s been to be profitable with more than Rp. 9.000.00 per hectare per annum season with the average monthly figure of more than Rp. 3.000.00 per hectare  indicates that the average income per month would be sufficient compared with the regional minimum wage of Minahasa Regency, which is over Rp. 3.000.000.

Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, the impact of the pandemic on the economy has made it difficult for the people of the Sea Mitra Village to find jobs which include casual (informal) workers, As a result the wages or salaries received are not suitable for the daily needs of the family. In the social sector, it affects community groups resulting in worship meetings and community organizations not being able to be held in crowded places. The objective of this research is to determine and describe the socio economic conditions of the community during the Covid-19 pandemic in Sea Mitra Village Pineleng Sub District Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted from May 2021 July 2021. The data collected is primary data obtained from direct interviews with the community using a questionnaire. Secondary data were obtained from the Sea Mitra Village Office, as well as data related to research taken from the internet. Sampling wa carried out by means of Simple Random Sampling, namely as many as 28 samples. The research result showed that the socio-economic conditions of the Sea Mitra Village comunity during the Covid-19 pandemic experienced a decrease in main income and side income before the pandemic and during the pandemic.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the development of the Agropolitan Area of Mondoinding District in South Minahasa Regency. The study was carried out from July to September 2021. The data used came from secondary data were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the development of Agropolitan Areas in Modoinding District experienced an increase in many sectors although there were still sectors that did not develop and some even experienced a decline. Land area and agricultural production increased by 99.7% and 99.8%, respectively. Agribusiness infrastructure and facilities, particularly banking, did not experience growth with only 2 banks from 2015 to 2019, while the cooperative sector experienced a decline of 40% and the market sector developed with the addition of 1 building. Public infrastructure and facilities, particularly the clean water sector, increased by 40%, while the lighting sector increased by 8.8%. The transportation sector had developed where all villages in Modoinding District already have asphalt roads. Communication had developed, where all village areas in Modoinding District have received telecommunication channels. The health sector did not develop, where health facilities in Modoinding District were still the same as before, while the education sector increased by 10.8 percent.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the income of rice farming in Talikuran Village, Sonder District, Minahasa Regency. The research was carried out from October to November 2021. The data collected in this study were in the form of primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from direct interviews with rice farmers using a questionnaire. Secondary data were obtained from the Talikuran Village Office and partly from the internet. Thirty farmers were selected randomly from a population of 97 farmers.The results showed that rice farming was profitable for farmers because the income per hectare received by rice farmers in Talikuran Village was IDR 4,331,715.22 in one growing season with an R/C ratio of 1.24.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the added value of the business of processing peanuts into roasted peanuts. The research was carried out for 2 months, from November to December 2021 at the “Fania” Roasted Bean business in Kanonang IV Village, West Kawangkoan District, Minahasa Regency, North Sulawesi. Data collection using a survey method. Type of data used was primary data obtained through direct interviews with roasted peanut business owners "Fania" and employees as well as direct observation at the research site. The results showed that the added value of the business of processing peanuts into roasted peanuts was IDR 1,701 per liter.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the dynamics of the Kompas farmer group in Kanonang IV Village, West Kawangkoan District. This research was carried out for 3 (three) months, from September to November 2021. The data used in this study consisted of primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through direct observation in the field and interviews with respondents using a list of questions that had been compiled, while secondary data were obtained from related agencies.The results showed that the dynamics of the “Kompas” farmer group in Kanonang IV Village, West Kawangkoan District were in the less dynamic category. The lack of dynamics of the "Kompas" farmer group was because during the COVID-19 pandemic, the activities of the "Kompas" farmer group and direct "Kompas" farmer group meetings have been reduced.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the income of Apple Tomato farming in Tempok Village, Tompaso District, Minahasa Regency. The data used in this research were primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from direct interviews with farmers using a questionnaire. The number of respondents was 20 apple tomato farmers who were randomly selected from 2 Jagas in the village. The sample was divided into two categories, namely farmers who had their own land and farmers who rented land.The results showed that if only taking into account explicit costs, the average income per hectare of apple tomato farming in Tempok Village, Tompaso District for farmers who had their own land was IDR 22,989,297, while the income per hectare of farmers who rent land was IDR 11,156,570. However, if implicit costs were taken into account, the income of farmers who own their own land was only IDR 17,155,963/Ha, while the income of farmers who rent land  was IDR 4,071,504/Ha.
