Abstract

This study aims to analyze the sales trend of the TYZA Handbody product, a personal business established in 2022 in Gowa, South Sulawesi. The business focuses on selling whitening handbody products through both online and in-store channels. This research employs a quantitative method with data collection techniques including questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using simple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS. The results show that sales experienced a consistent upward trend from the first to the fifth month, with a significant increase occurring in the sixth and seventh months. The regression equation obtained was Yt = 60.857 + 53.750X, which was used to forecast sales trends from the eighth to the twelfth month. The predictions indicated a steady increase in sales, providing a valuable basis for future marketing strategy decisions. This research offers useful insights for business owners to make data-driven decisions and maximize business growth opportunities.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of Social Proof on consumer purchase decisions after the merger between TikTok Shop and Tokopedia, especially in Makassar City. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach that aims to reveal the influence between Social Proof variables (such as reviews, ratings, number of buyers, and the influence of public figures) on consumer purchasing decisions. The population of this study is the entire population of Makassar City totaling 1,474,393 people, with a sample of 100 respondents selected using the purposive sampling technique. Data was obtained through a questionnaire survey designed to measure respondents' perception of the influence of Social Proof on their purchasing decisions. The data analysis technique was carried out with the help of SPSS software to see the significant relationship between the two variables. The results showed that there was a strong relationship between Social Proof and consumer purchase decisions, with a significant value of 0.001 which was smaller than 0.05. This indicates that Social Proof has a significant influence on consumer purchase decisions after the merger in Makassar City, so the strategy of using social proof can be an effective marketing tool for the company.

Abstract

Achieving the target determined by the company by looking at the level of the company's ability to meet market needs is the goal of a company in making a profit. but in fact the company so far based on the data obtained by the author has not been able to meet the employee performance targets set by the company. So that the company in its development has not been maximized. Based on these problems, the author in this study aims to analyze strategies for improving employee performance. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method which explains the strategy for improving employee performance at CV Eiwa Makassar city. The data analysis technique used by the author in this study is a qualitative data analysis technique which is carried out through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the strategy for improving employee performance at CV Eiwa Makassar city has not been carried out routinely. This is due to a lack of understanding of things that can improve employee performance and the company's level of concern that is still not optimal for the welfare of its employees. In addition, in terms of improving employee performance, the company has not been able to implement it according to employee needs due to financial and non-financial limitations.

Abstract

This study This Study aims to analyze the effect of accounting knowledge, business experience, and work motivation on the perception of the use of accounting information. Data collection uses primary data with saturated sampling method. The population is MSME players in Makassar City, to be precise at cide market. The result of the questionnaire have been tested for validity and realibity and the classical assumptions in the form of normality assumptions and heteroscedasticity assumptions have been tested methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression techniques. Data were analyzed using SPSS Version 25 The results of this study indicate that Accounting Knowledge, Business Experience and Work Motivation have a significant effect partially or simultaneously on the Use of Accounting Information on MSME Actors in Makassar simultaneously.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of profitability and solvency on stock prices, with a specific focus on the banking sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) over the period 2016-2020. Adopting a quantitative research approach, the study utilizes secondary data derived from the financial statements of 32 publicly listed banking institutions. The analysis is conducted using multiple regression techniques to examine the relationship between the variables. The findings reveal that both profitability and solvency exert a positive and statistically significant influence on stock prices, suggesting that these financial indicators play a critical role in determining market valuation within the Indonesian banking sector.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Employee Training and Development Management on Organizational Performance at PT Semen Tonasa in Pangkep Regency, both partially and simultaneously. The background of this study is the importance of an effective human resource strategy to support organizational performance achievement in facing increasingly fierce competition in the cement industry. This type of research is quantitative with a multiple linear regression analysis approach. The results of the study indicate that partially, Employee Training and Development Management has a positive but insignificant effect on Organizational Performance. Simultaneously, both variables also have no significant effect on organizational performance with a contribution of 11.3% (R² = 0.113), while the remaining 88.7% is influenced by other factors outside this study, such as leadership, work culture, technology utilization, and employee motivation. These findings indicate that employee training and development programs need to be directed more strategically and measurably in order to have a real impact on improving organizational performance.

Abstract

This study explores the WoowEdu platform as an innovative digital learning solution in the Indonesian education sector. The objective is to analyze WoowEdu's strategic role in addressing educational challenges such as limited access, inconsistent teaching quality, and the need for an integrated learning system. Using a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method, this study employed strategic analysis tools including SWOT, TOWS Matrix, and Porter's Generic Strategies to evaluate WoowEdu's business position. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation involving stakeholders such as teachers, students, principals, and parents. The research findings indicate that WoowEdu offers a comprehensive Learning Management System (LMS) that supports the planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning activities. Its features—ranging from material management and assessment to parental monitoring and collaborative tools—improve operational efficiency, learning quality, and stakeholder engagement. The platform facilitates both synchronous and asynchronous learning, enabling flexible access and encouraging creative thinking among students. The evaluation results indicate that WoowEdu contributes positively to learning outcomes and the development of digital competencies. The study concludes that WoowEdu is not only a technological tool but also a strategic catalyst for improving the quality and inclusiveness of education in the digital era.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of online gambling prevention policies among civil servants at the Airport Authority Office Region V Makassar, and to examine the organizational and individual responses of civil servants at the Airport Authority Office Region V Makassar. This research employs a qualitative method, which focuses on gaining an in-depth understanding of social phenomena, experiences, behaviors, or perceptions of individuals or groups within the Airport Authority Office Region V Makassar. The research sample was determined using purposive sampling, resulting in seven informants who were interviewed, with the validity and reliability of the data having been tested. The findings of this study indicate that: (1) transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Airport Authority Office Region V Makassar; (2) organizational culture does not have a positive effect on employee performance when examined partially at the Airport Authority Office Region V Makassar; and (3) simultaneously, transformational leadership style and organizational culture have a significant effect on employee performance at the Airport Authority Office Region V Makassar.

Abstract

Analysis of the Financial Performance Assessment of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk, listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study aims to assess the financial performance of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk, listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data collection used quantitative data obtained from the website of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk, which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results of the study were obtained from the calculation of the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), the Quality of KAP's Productive Assets, Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Assets (ROA), and the Liquidity Ratio (LDR). The results show that PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk, listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, has a HEALTHY predicate in the Capital, Asset, and Management aspects. It has a LESS HEALTHY predicate in the Earnings aspect, and an UNHEALTHY predicate in the Liquid aspect. Based on the research results, the researcher recommends that PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk, listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, continue to improve its business activities to maintain its health. And the importance of the CAMEL method as a reference for giving ratings to companies. Because the five CAMEL factors are the basic factors for measuring a bank's performance from all aspects.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur dan menganalisis kompetensi dan kompensasi serta motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pegawai Pada Pada PT. Pertamina Reg. VII Sulawesi Selatan sebanyak 100 orang. Dengan menggunakan Teknik Sampling Jenuh. Data yang dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner kemudian dianalisis dengan metode Path Analysis dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 23. Dari hasil penelitian maka ditarik kesimpulan (1)Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel kompetensi terhadap motivasi pada pegawai Pada PT. Pertamina (Persero) Reg.
