Objectives: The research aims to find out if job motivation and organizational culture affect the development of organizational citizen behaviors (OCBs) through employee performance.Methodology: The research was conducted in one of Gorontalo Province’s, with a population of 2,262 employees, and questionnaires were distributed to 260 employees in various departments who volunteered to be respondents; sampling was based on Slovins Formula. Processing data with Structural Equation Model (SEM) and AMOS.Finding: The findings indicated that motivation affected employee performance, organizational culture did not affect performance, motivation had no effect on OCB, organizational culture had no effect on OCB, and employee performance had no effect on organizational culture's influence on OCB.Conclusion: These findings can be explained by the fact that the work incentive used thus far is intrinsic, providing encouragement and inspiration for all employees to improve performance. Organizational culture has not affected employee performance, indicating that the organizational culture employed thus far has been result-oriented and ineffectively applied.

ABSTRACT The Influence of Leadership and Discipline on the Performance of TNI-AD Soldier Personnel at Kodim 1419 Enrekang Triska Ramadani Muliyadi Hamid Nurmadhani Fitri Suyuti This study aims to measure the influence of leadership on the performance of TNI-AD soldier personnel at the 1419 Enrekang District Military Command which is mediated by discipline. The collection of quantitative research data was carried out using the solvin formula sample technique on 148 populations and the results of the returned and valid questionnaire were 106 people as a sample. Data processing uses the validity and reliability test methods using the SPSS program, the testing technique that is often used by researchers to test validity is to use the Bivariate Pearson correlation (personal moment product) and to use the questionnaire reliability test method. In this study, the split half item method was divided into two groups, namely groups of odd items and groups of even items. Then each group's score for each item is added up to produce a total score. If the correlation is 0.7, it is said that the item provides a sufficient level of reliability, conversely, if the correlation value is below 0.7, it is said that the item is less reliable. The results of this study concluded that leadership and discipline affect performance. The researchers prove this with a value (f count) of 19.078 > 3.08 with f table with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 meaning that leadership and discipline simultaneously influence performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah K.H.Hayyung Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar. Pengumpulan data penelitian kuantitatif ini dilakukan dengan teknik sampel rumus solvin terhadap 133 orang populasi dan hasil kuesioner yang kembali dan valid adalah 100 orang sebagai sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pembagian Kuesioner online dengan menggunakan Google form dan disebar kepada 100 Pegawai ASN sebagai responden. Pemrosesan data menggunakan metode uji validitas dan reliabilitas ini menggunakan program SPSS, teknik pengujian yang sering digunakan para peneliti untuk uji validitas adalah menggunakan Pearson’s Product Moment Coefficient r dengan kriteria pengambilan keputusan serta menggunakan metode Uji reliabilitas kuesioner dalam penelitian digunakan metode split half item tersebut dibagi menjadi dua kelompok yaitu kelompok Jenis Kelamin dan Pangkat/Gol. Kemudian masing-masing kelompok skor tiap itemnya dijumlahkan sehingga menghasilkan skor total. Apabila korelasi 0,7 maka dikatakan item tersebut memberikan tingkat reliabel yang cukup, sebaliknya apabila nilai korelasi dibawah 0,7 maka dikatakan item tersebut kurang reliabel. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. Kata Kunci : Gaya Kepimpinan, Motivasi, Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja

This qualitative research aimed to review the usefulness of Research Skills Development framework (RSD) among higher education students in Indonesia. The RSD concept has contributed to research-based learning models among students in Australia, both among elementary and tertiary school students. Due to this research framework's success in Australia, we plan to review and see the usefulness of the RSD framework to university students in Indonesia. To facilitate this introduction, we have tried to review several important documents related to this RDS concept, application, evaluation together with rubric assessment. Furthermore, we reported it as a document to the introduction to the research development framework. The results of this document review will be published in one of the higher education academic journals in Indonesia. With the hope that this document will be the forerunner of introduction and development among students, especially those who are completing academic assignments involving research skills for publication purposes to assess academic communication skills. However, many things will challenge this kind of study, something new to the concept of confirmative studies in Indonesia, including several new terms in the research framework that require new understanding notations.

Kabupaten Bulukumba menyimpan banyak potensi unggulan salah satunya adalah kayu jati. Potensi ini diolah para pengusaha mebel di dusun Lumpakeng. “Sahrul Mebel†merupakan salah satu usaha mebel yang memanfaatkan kayu jati. pengelolaan kayu jati mitra memiliki beberapa permasalahan. Permasalahan yang dihadapai mitra “Sahrul mebel†adalah adapun permasalahan yang dialami adalah rendahnya mutu bahan baku sehingga mempengaruhi kualitas produk, inovasi desain produk yang masih sederhana, kualitas finishing yang masih rendah, serta kurangnya manajemen usaha dan sistem pemasaran yang lemah. Solusi yang ditawarkan dalam kegiatan PKM ini adalah 1). Pelatihan pengawetan kayu untuk menghasilkan bahan baku yang bekualitas, 2). Pelatihan desain produk mebel yang lebih bermotif, 3). Pembuatan mebel dengan desain yang lebih bermotif, 4). Pelatihan finishing dengan menggunakan teknik duco guna meningkatkan kualitas produk secara visual, 5). Pelatihan manajemen usaha, dan 6). Pelatihan pemasaran produk. Kegiatan PKM ini diharapkan memperoleh luaran diantaranya : 1). Bahan baku kayu yang berkualitas, 2). Sumber daya manusia yang terampil dalam membuat desain mebel yang lebih bermotif, 3). Produk mebel yang dihasilkan dengan desain yang lebih bermotif dan berkualitas secara visual, 4). Terciptanya manajemen usaha yang baik dan 5). Adanya peningkatan penjualan produk dengan strategi pemasaran yang lebih baik.

The aims of this research are to test and analyze the effects of poverty, general allocation fund (DAU) and economic growth to human development index (HDI) in Indonesia. The type of this research is quantitative research. This research used 33 provinces throughout Indonesia (exclude DKI Jakarta). Period of this research was during 2016-2018. Researcher did this research during September 2019-June 2020. The method used in this research is Pooled Data. This research used secondary data and the software of this research used Eviews. 8. The result found that (1) poverty has negatively significant effect (0.000) to human development index (HDI) in Indonesia, (2) general allocation fund has positively significant effect (0.000) to human development index (HDI) in Indonesia and (3) economic growth has no significant effect (0.676) and is negatively related to human development index (HDI) in Indonesia.

Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) untuk menganalisis pendapatan petani tambak secara umum di Kabupaten Luwu, (2) memotivasi petambak untuk menghasilkan sebanyak – banyaknya produk hasil perikanan tambak (udang windu, ikan bandeng, rumput laut, dan udang vaname) untuk memenuhi kebutuhan protein masyarakat lokal selain sebagai komoditas ekspor yang dapat meningkatkan pendapatan petambak di Kabupaten Luwu. (3) untuk mengetahui jenis budidaya perikanan yang memberikan keuntungan lebih besar bagi petambak, (4) dapat digunakan untuk memperkaya materi ajar pada mata kuliah Statistika Inference. Sampel sebanyak 50 petambak responden dipilih dengan cara sampel kemudahan (convenience sampling) dibagi dalam empat kelompok. Analisis data dengan Oneway – Anova atau Kruskal – Wallis Statistic, menunjukkan bahwa secara statistik, (1) Produktivitas tambak rumput laut secara rata-rata lebih tinggi dibanding produktivitas budidaya lainnya. Namun keuntungan petambak rumput laut masih lebih rendah dibanding petambak udang vaname karena perbedaan pada harga komoditas. (2) Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan keuntungan yang diperoleh diantara kelompok petambak.(3) Multiple Comparations Anova disimpulkan adanya perbedaan keuntungan yang menyolok antara petambak udang vaname dengan petambak ikan bandeng, akan tetapi antara petambak udang windu, rumput laut dan petambak ikan bandeng keuntungannya relatif sama.

Study This aims To know And analyze The influence of Risk Awareness on Employee Performance in Banking in Balikpapan And analyze the influence of Development Source Power Man on the Performance of Employees in Banking in Balikpapan. The method study used is method quantitative. The number of respondents was 84 people. Analyze data using analysis regression linear multiple with the use of Soft Ware SPSS. Results study show Risk Awareness is influential in a way significant to the Performance Employee of banking in Balikpapan, matter This concluded from the data obtained with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The results of this research, prove that Risk Awareness Which Good capable increase Performance in Employee, Development HR has a significant effect on Employee Performance in banking in Balikpapan, this is concluded from the data obtained with the value results significance as big as 0,000 < 0.05. From results show that the Development of HR Which is Good increases the Performance of employees together, the variable Risk Awareness And the Development of HR are influential and significant to the Performance of Employees. The more good Risk Awareness And Development HR given to Employee Performance in Banking in Balikpapan will increase.

This research aims to determine the suitability of the influence of innovation and service quality on customer satisfaction at Perumda Air Minum Makassar City. Data collection uses primary data obtained from questionnaires using saturated random sampling, its validity and reliability have been tested, and classical assumptions in the form of Normality, Multicollinearity and Heteroscedasticity have also been tested. The data analysis method uses descriptive analysis techniques, coefficient of determination analysis (R2), multiple regression analysis, partial testing (t test) and simutant test (f test). The results of this research show that the Innovation variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Perumda Air Minum Makassar City. The service quality variable does not influence customer satisfaction at Perumda Air Minum Makassar City. And the innovation and service quality variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Perumda Air Minum Makassar City.

This research aims to examine the influence of personality, leadership and decision making on employee performance at PDAM Makassar City. The method used in this research is a structural equation model with a total of 66 respondents consisting of men and women. Based on data analysis, it was found that personality and leadership had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while decision making did not show a significant effect. Validity and reliability tests show that all indicators are suitable for use, with Cronbach alpha values above 0.70. The data normality test shows a normal distribution, and the multicollinearity test shows there is no correlation between the independent variables. The heteroscedasticity test does not show symptoms of heteroscedasticity, which indicates a good regression model. The T test shows that personality and leadership variables have a significant effect on performance, while decision making does not have a significant effect. The F test shows that the independent variables simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination (R2) value of 0.677 indicates that the model has a strong relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. Based on these findings, it is recommended to improve personality training programs, leadership qualities, and improve decision-making processes to improve overall employee performance.
