Abstract

Examining procrastination in the workplace, particularly concerning Generation Z, has attracted considerable attention. This paper aims to perform a bibliometric review of publications related to workplace procrastination, identify thematic patterns, and explore the influence of psychological factors on procrastination behaviors, especially within the Generation Z group. One hundred seven studies published between 1992 and 2025 were analyzed using tools like VOSviewer and Mendeley. The findings categorize the research into three primary clusters: Procrastination related to the workplace, psychological elements such as stress and self-control, and decisional procrastination. This paper also addresses gaps within the existing body of literature. It proposes potential areas for future research on the impact of workplace culture, leadership styles, and other organizational factors on procrastination, particularly among Generation Z workers.

Abstract

Dynamic changes in the workplace require organizations to adopt effective strategies to improve the quality and productivity of their workforce. One increasingly popular approach is coaching, a personal development process aimed at developing individual skills and helping them face work challenges. This study examines the effect of coaching on employee performance and the factors that influence their success within the organization. The method used is bibliometrics, analyzing academic articles related to coaching published in the past five years. The study results indicate that coaching has a positive impact on employee performance, both directly and through improved work attitudes such as motivation, engagement, and responsibility. The success of coaching is influenced by the method applied, the readiness of the individual being coached, the competence of the coach, and organizational support. This study provides academic contributions to the field of human resource development and practical recommendations for organizations seeking to maximize employee potential through targeted and personalized coaching.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of tax planning strategies and compliance with digital tax regulations on the effective tax burden and financial performance of start-ups in Jakarta. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 130 start-up respondents through a structured questionnaire with a Likert scale ranging from 1 to 5. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3). The results show that tax planning strategies significantly reduce the effective tax burden and positively influence financial performance. Compliance with digital tax regulations also reduces the effective tax burden and enhances financial performance, highlighting the importance of aligning with Indonesia’s digitalized tax system. Furthermore, the effective tax burden was found to have a significant negative effect on financial performance and mediates the relationships between tax planning, compliance, and financial performance. These findings suggest that start-ups can achieve fiscal efficiency and strengthen their competitiveness by integrating proactive tax planning with digital tax compliance.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of product innovation, market diversification, and branding strategies on global competitiveness through the mediating role of unique value in Indonesian palm oil exports. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 150 respondents representing exporters, producers, government officials, and industry associations. A structured questionnaire employing a Likert scale (1–5) was used, and the data were analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3). The results demonstrate that product innovation, market diversification, and branding strategies all have significant positive effects on unique value and global competitiveness. Furthermore, unique value is shown to play a partial mediating role, indicating that differentiation through sustainability, traceability, and product quality strengthens the effectiveness of these strategies. The findings highlight the necessity of shifting from a quantity-based to a value-based model of palm oil exports to secure Indonesia’s position in the global market. This study contributes both theoretically by extending competitiveness frameworks with unique value mediation and practically by offering strategic insights for policymakers and industry stakeholders.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of environmental assurance statements and digital reporting platforms on the relevance of financial information in agricultural sector issuers in Indonesia. The increasing demand for transparent, credible, and timely financial reporting that incorporates sustainability issues motivated this research. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 160 respondents through a structured questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale. The data were analyzed using SPSS version 25, employing validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results reveal that environmental assurance statements significantly improve the relevance of financial information by increasing the credibility and reliability of disclosures. Similarly, digital reporting platforms significantly enhance relevance by improving accessibility, timeliness, and transparency of financial data. Simultaneous testing further confirms that both variables jointly strengthen the relevance of financial reporting. These findings contribute to the literature on financial reporting quality and provide practical implications for issuers, regulators, and investors in the agricultural sector, emphasizing the integration of sustainability assurance and digital transformation as strategic drivers of decision-useful financial information.

Accident-prone areas on the Waena-Sentani Road are located in areas one and area four. Region one with an Accident Number Equivalent value of 155, an Upper Control Limit value of 143.5, and an Upper Control Limit value of 144. Region four with an Accident Number Equivalent value of 155, an Upper Control Limit value of 144.2, and an Upper Control Limit value of 153. with the highest cusum value at location one of 2.56 and location two of 3.34.
