Abstract

This study investigates the influence of Green Organizational Citizenship Behavior (GOCB) and Circular Economy (CE) implementation on the success of Green Accounting (GA) initiatives, mediated by Cultural Readiness (CR) among employees of public accounting firms in West Java. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 135 respondents via a Likert scale (1–5) and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) version 3. The results reveal that both GOCB and CE implementation positively and significantly influence CR, which in turn significantly enhances GA success. Moreover, CR partially mediates the relationships between GOCB, CE implementation, and GA success, highlighting the critical role of organizational culture in supporting sustainability initiatives. These findings suggest that fostering environmentally responsible behaviors, embedding circular economy principles, and cultivating cultural readiness are essential for achieving effective Green Accounting practices in public accounting firms.

Abstract

This study examines the role of sustainable leadership in higher education in supporting education for sustainable development (ESD) and innovation within Indonesian universities. Using a quantitative research design, data were collected from 175 respondents through a structured questionnaire employing a five-point Likert scale. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3). The results reveal that sustainable leadership has a significant positive effect on both ESD and innovation. Moreover, ESD itself exerts a strong positive influence on innovation and mediates the relationship between sustainable leadership and innovation. The model demonstrates substantial explanatory power, with R² values of 0.56 for ESD and 0.63 for innovation, and good predictive relevance (Q² > 0). These findings highlight the importance of embedding sustainability principles in leadership practices and integrating ESD into academic programs, research, and institutional culture. For Indonesian higher education, the results suggest that innovation is best achieved when leadership practices are grounded in sustainability values, thus enabling universities to contribute more effectively to sustainable development and national innovation goals.

Abstract

Tanamerah Village is one of fourteen villages in Saronggi District, Sumenep Regency, East Java. Villagers experience water difficulties during both the rainy season and the dry season. Technical guidance will be carried out for groundwater identification to find out where the groundwater points are located that are able to meet the community's water needs. The method used for identification makes six tracks with varying distances between tracks. The length of each passage is twelve meters, and the depth of each passage is three hundred meters. Identification was carried out on village treasury land with an area of 500 m2. Six tracks in this service, the distance between tracks is 5-8 m, and the length of each track is 12 m. Track 1 was obtained from groundwater at a depth of 80m, and track 2 was obtained from groundwater at a depth of 80 m. Track 3 was obtained from groundwater at a depth of 70 m, and track 4 was obtained from groundwater at a depth of 20 m. Passage 5 is obtained from groundwater at a depth of 20 m, and passage 6 is obtained from groundwater at a depth of 70 m. Recommended drilling point is located on the TM1 line at point 8 with a depth of 80 m.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to examine the global research landscape related to transfer pricing using a bibliographic approach based on 115 scientific articles indexed in the Scopus database between 2015 and 2025. Utilizing Vosviewer software, analyses of keyword co-occurrence, co-citation, and bibliographic coupling were conducted to identify key topics across countries, influential authors, and patterns of scientific collaboration. The analysis results indicate that transfer pricing, tax issues, and tax avoidance are dominant topics. Emerging subtopics include sustainability, information technology, and business restructuring. While contributions from developing countries remain relatively limited, scientific collaboration is still predominantly led by developed nations. These findings highlight the need to broaden the perspective on transfer pricing research by engaging with the context of developing countries and adopting a more comprehensive, interdisciplinary approach. This study is expected to serve as a foundation for developing research guidelines and transfer pricing policies that can be adapted to a more integrated and global dynamic.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of education level, work environment, and work experience on work performance. Through a systematic literature review, the study found that all three factors significantly affect work performance, albeit with different complexities and nuances. The level of education, both formal and non-formal, provides an important cognitive foundation and practical skills, but its relevance varies depending on the individual's employment context and demographics. The work environment, with its physical and non-physical dimensions, creates conditions that support or hinder productivity, in which organizational structure, culture, and relationships between employees play a key role. The psychosocial environment, including job satisfaction, support, and stress management, has also proven crucial in influencing employee well-being and performance. Work experience, with its accumulation of knowledge and practical expertise, is a strong predictor of performance, especially in complex jobs. Therefore, organizations need to consider the complex interactions between these factors in designing effective human resource development policies. Further research is needed to explore the contextual factors that moderate these relationships and develop a more comprehensive model to improve work performance.

Abstract

The increasing complexity of housing markets in developing countries, driven by economic, geographic, social, and cultural dynamics, calls for a comprehensive understanding of factors influencing real estate purchase intention. This study conducts a bibliometric analysis of 171 Scopus-indexed articles published between 2015 and 2025, aiming to map the intellectual landscape and identify research patterns in this domain. Using tools such as Scopus Analyze, VOSviewer, and Biblioshiny, the study examines publication trends, influential works, thematic clusters, and international co-authorship networks. Findings highlight the dominance of the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) in explaining consumer decisions, with purchase intention, attitude, and perceived behavioral control emerging as core constructs. Key thematic clusters include sustainability, housing policy, digital integration in decision-making, and cultural perceptions. Despite growing attention to green housing and environmental sustainability, topics such as feng shui and ethnocentrism remain underexplored. The study contributes to a deeper conceptual and methodological understanding of consumer behavior in housing markets and offers direction for future interdisciplinary research focused on inclusive and sustainable housing development.

Abstract

In the modern world of work, employee mental health is very important, especially amidst increasing work pressure, high professional demands, and rapidly changing work environments. Bibliometric methods were used in this study to analyze research trends in employee mental health. VOSviewer was used to analyze the relationship between authors, institutions, and keywords after data were collected from Publish or Perish software accessed from Google Scholar from 2014 to 2024. The results of the analysis showed that subjects such as burnout, work-life balance, and organizational support were the main concerns in academic journals. The impact of the Covid 19 pandemic on employee mental health is discussed in the most appropriate article. Three main clusters emerged from the VOSviewer visualization: (1) burnout and mental health, (2) employees and evaluation, and (3) COVID-19 and the pandemic. As this study shows, cooperation between researchers and institutions has grown, but there are still opportunities for further research, especially on understudied topics such as burnout and meta-analysis. It is hoped that these findings will help policy makers and human resource practitioners create evidence-based strategies and policies to improve employees' mental well-being in the workplace.
