Abstract

This article discusses the issue of the Kesiman Kertalangu Integrated Waste Management Site (TPST) which has an impact on the surrounding community because the smoke produced causes disruption to people's sense of smell and even threatens public health, but basically the community is not protesting regarding the existence of the TPST but rather the impact caused by its activities. This article uses a normative legal research method, by taking a statutory approach, then the data collected will be processed using a qualitative approach and explained descriptively. The Kesiman Kertalangu TPST violates the right to a clean and healthy environment as mandated by the constitution, UUPPLH and the Sustainable Development Goal's concept. It is hoped that the government's responsibility regarding the impacts that occur will refer to article 54 UUPPLH and 82 of the Job Creation Law, then the Kertalangu TPST must have an SDG concept, especially Village SDGs, guided by Village SDG number 3, environmental restoration efforts must be made based on UUPPLH and the Job Creation Law. and carrying out sustainable waste management based on SDG's principles as well as developing technology is very necessary in solving problems by comparing it with waste management in Singapore, namely processing smoke from combustion into electrical power and scarp metal which produces high economic value.

Abstract

The principle of good faith receives less attention than other principles in civil law literature. This study aims to determine how buyers who buy and sell land in good faith are protected by the law. The normative legal research methods used in this study are utilized. One concrete form of legal protection for buyers who act in good faith is that if a judge decides that the buyer is a buyer who acts in good faith, he or she must also decide the status of the sale and purchase that has taken place. These are the findings of the research study that are the subject of the discussion. Is the sale and purchase object still the buyer's property, or does the sale and purchase status end and the buyer has to pay back the seller the money? Rather than having to file a lawsuit in court, which takes a considerable amount of time and cannot guarantee buyers' certainty of legal protection, this type of thing is certain to be sufficient to provide buyers in good faith with protection.

Abstract

Hand hygiene is a program carried out by WHO to overcome HAIs. The implementation of this program is influenced by various things such as nurse motivation and compliance. Efforts to prevent HAIs that health workers can take are to increase their ability and motivation by implementing standard precautions, namely practicing hand hygiene. Motivation is needed by nurses to comply with the implementation of hand hygiene. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between motivation and nurses' compliance in carrying out hand hygiene. The design of this research is descriptive correlative with a cross sectional approach. The sample in this study was taken using a total sampling technique, namely 71 nurses. The variables studied were motivation and compliance in carrying out hand hygiene. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires and observation sheets. Data were analyzed using Spearman Rank Correlation with significance α≤0.05. The research results showed that of the 71 respondents who had good motivation, 44 (83.0%) respondents complied with hand hygiene and 9 (17.0%) respondents did not comply with hand hygiene. Respondents with moderate motivation were 18 (100.0%) respondents who did not comply with hand hygiene. Meanwhile, there were no nurses found with less motivation. The results of the analysis of the relationship between motivation and the level of nurse compliance in carrying out hand hygiene showed that the p-value was 0.01. There is a relationship between motivation and nurse compliance in carrying out hand hygiene. Most nurses have good motivation and are obedient in carrying out hand hygiene. However, there are still nurses who have moderate motivation and are not compliant in carrying out hand hygiene. Therefore, further efforts need to be made to increase nurses' motivation and compliance in carrying out hand hygiene.

Abstract

The objective of this article is to examine the significance of internal control in an accounting information system. An accounting information system serves as a framework for conducting accounting operations within an organization. A structured accounting information system is the result of the interaction between individuals, instruments, and methods. In the creation of financial reports, accounting information must be guaranteed to be free of errors and fraud, regardless of whether it was intentionally or inadvertently committed. This article employs a descriptive methodology, with library data serving as some of the data sources. The article's conclusion is that financial reports are a method of accountability from management to interested parties. Consequently, the reports that are generated must be of the highest quality and devoid of errors. Internal control is a manifestation of management's endeavor to achieve this objective by utilizing five control elements: control activities, control environment, risk assessment, information and communication, and supervision.
