Abstract

Abstrak Gerakan Literasi Sekolah (GLS) merupakan suatu upaya yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah untuk membangun budaya membaca dan menulis di kalangan pelajar Indonesia. Kesuksesan penyelenggaraan gerakan literasi sekolah tidaklah lepas dari adanya suatu proses manajemen yang baik. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan dan menganalisis proses perencanaan, pengorganisasian, penggerakan serta pengawasan yang dilakukan dalam rangka membangun budaya literasi di SMA Negeri 5 Surabaya dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan kondensasi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil penelitian di SMA Negeri 5 Surabaya menunjukkan bahwa (1) perencanaan kegiatan literasi dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan yaitu : analisis lingkungan internal dan eksternal, menentukan tujuan, membuat rencana kegiatan, menyusun strategi, menetapkan indikator capaian serta menentukan sumber daya yang dibutuhkan, (2) proses pengorganisasian dilakukan dengan membentuk TIM literasi yang di sah kan melalui SK Kepala Sekolah pada tahun 2013, (3) penggerakan dilakukan dengan memberikan sosialisasi, motivasi serta penghargaan kepada anggota (siswa dan guru), sedangkan (4) proses pengawasan meliputi dua hal utama yaitu monitoring dan evaluasi. Monitoring dilakukan untuk mengawasi pelaksanaan program sedangkan evaluasi digunakan untuk mengukur ketercapaian program. Keempat proses manajemen tersebut telah dapat dilaksanakan secara optimal dalam mendukung ketercapaian program literasi di SMA Negeri 5 Surabaya. Meningkatnya kemauan dan kemampuan membaca siswa di sekolah merupakan salah satu wujud dari ketercapaian itu. Kata Kunci: manajemen, pendidikan, literasi dan budaya    LITERACY CULTURE FROM EDUCATIONAL MANAGEMENT PERSPECTIVE IN SMA NEGERI 5 SURABAYA Abstract School literacy movement is an effort made by the government to build a culture of reading and writing among Indonesian students. Successful implementation of school movement is not separated from the existence of a good management process. The purpose of this study is to explain and analyze the process of planning, organizing, actuating and controlling  to build a literacy culture in SMA Negeri 5 Surabaya with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques is an interviews, observation and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques use data condensation, data display and conclusion drawing/verification. The result of research in SMA Negeri 5 Surabaya shows that (1) planning of literacy activity is done through several stages : internal and external environment analysis, set goals, making activity plan, strategy compile, establishing indicator of achievement and determining the needed resources, (2) the process of organizing is done by forming the literacy team which is valid through the Principal Decree in 2013, (3) the actuating is done by giving socialization, motivation and awards to the members (students and teachers), while (4) controlling process includes two main things : monitoring and evaluation. Monitoring is done to oversee the implementation of the program while the evaluation is used to measure program achievement. The four management processes have been implemented optimally to support literacy program chievement in SMA Negeri 5 Surabaya. Increasing the willingness and ability to read students in school is one manifestation of that achievement. Keywords: management, education, literacy and culture

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of Accounting Information Systems on employee resignation intention, with job satisfaction operating as a mediating factor. Employee satisfaction may reduce the likelihood of resignation, despite challenges within the Accounting Information System environment. The researcher employed path analysis techniques, incorporating job satisfaction as a mediator. The study utilized SmartPLS 3.2.9 for regression analysis. The primary data, collected through an online questionnaire distributed via Google Forms to employees in accounting, finance, and tax at different hierarchical levels, were used. The results suggest that a robust Accounting Information System positively impacts job satisfaction but has no direct effect on resignation intention. Instead, it influences resignation intention through job satisfaction. The study found that the impact of the Accounting Information System on Gen Z respondents did not result in resignation intentions, while non-Gen Z respondents had a negative effect. The researcher recommends that financial literacy be increased among Gen Z individuals to appreciate the significance of the Accounting Information System and attain optimal job satisfaction, thereby avoiding resignation intentions.

Abstract

Delays in patient services are generally often found in health facilities, both hospitals and community health centers. One of the community health centers in Banggai Regency which still often experiences problems with delays in patient service is the Nuhon Community Health Center. This health center, which is located in the Nuhon District area, serves outpatients in several polyclinics, one of which is the general polyclinic. One of the hopes of patients when visiting health facilities is that they don't have to wait long to get service, but there are still many statements from patients who complain about delays in service at the registration counter. This study aims to determine the factors associated with delays in general poly outpatient services at the Public Health Center Registration CounterNuhon, Nuhon District, Banggai Regency in 2023. This research is an analytical survey research with a type approachcross-sectional, by taking samples by accidental sampling with a total sample of 130 people. The statistical test used is Chi square to see the relationship between service delays and the performance of registration counter staff and facilities. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between the performance of the registration counter staff, facilities and delays in providing services to general poly outpatients at the Nohon Health Center Registration Counter, Nuhon District, Banggai Regency and the value of health workers isp =0.000 while the means have a relationship with a value of p = 0.000. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the performance of health workers and provide supporting facilities in the health service process.

Abstract

Anak terkadang lebih rentan sakit, sehingga tidak jarang harus dirawat dirumah sakit. Hospitalisasi merupakan suatu keadaan krisis pada anak, saat anak sakit dan dirawat dirumah sakit. Hospitalisasi terjadi karena anak berusaha untuk beradaptasi dengan lingkungan asing dan baru yaitu rumah sakit sehingga kondisi tersebut menjadi stressor baik terhadap anak maupun keluarga. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengidentifikasi Penerapan intervensi terapi bermain Terhadap Kecemasan pada anak dengan df akibat Hospitalisasi diruang Teratai Atas RSUD R T Notopuro Sidoarjo. Metode : Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, pemeriksaan fisik dan pendokumentasian, pelaksanaan pemberian terapi Bermain untuk mengontrol Kecemasan pada Anak Akibat Hospitalisasi.halusinasi pendengaran. Hasil : Analisa data menunjukkan diagnosis keperawatan yaitu Ansietas. Pemberian terapi Bermain adalah salah satu intervensi yang bisa di terapkan untuk mengontrol Kecemasan Pada Anak. Kesimpulan : Berdasarkan Hasil evaluasi yang di dapat dan dari asuhan keperawatan bahwasanya terapi Bermain Puzzel efektif memurunkan tingkat kecemasan pada anak akibat hospitalisasi

Abstract

The Ministry of Health's policy in efforts to improve the quality of services at first level health facilities, especially Puskesmas, is to issue Regulation of the Minister of Health (Permenkes) of the Republic of Indonesia Number 46 of 2015 concerning Accreditation of Puskesmas, Pratama Clinics, Doctors' Independent Practice Places, and Dentist Independent Practice Places. This aims to ensure that quality improvement, performance improvement and implementation of risk management are carried out continuously at the Community Health Center. The aim of this research is to analyze the relationship between service quality and the level of satisfaction of BPJS outpatients at the Nuhon Community Health Center, Nuhon District, Banggai Regency. The research method used is quantitative research with a cross sectional study design. The sample in this study amounted to 86 respondents. Data analysis used the chi-square test. The research results showed that the results of the Chi-Square test analysis showed results with a value of p = 0.001 < 0.05, which shows that there is a relationship between service quality and the level of satisfaction of BPJS outpatients at the Nuhon Community Health Center, Nuhon District, Banggai Regency. It is hoped that the management of the Nuhon Health Center can carry out management evaluations and improvements to improve the quality of service and should carry out continuous satisfaction surveys to evaluate the performance of health services and the quality of service at the Nuhon Health Center so that it is hoped that it can increase patient satisfaction.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of the prime lending rate on credit quality and its subsequent effect on banking performance (LDR, ROA, NIM) in Indonesia. This quantitative study encompasses 43 conventional banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) between 2019 and 2023, with 215 data points. The originality of this study lies in its examination of the direct and indirect effects of credit quality on the relationship between the prime lending rate and banking performance. The data were analyzed using the mediation regression method with panel data, using EViews 13.0 employed for this purpose. The results of the study demonstrate that PLR has a positive effect on credit quality (NPL) and LDR, but a negative effect on ROA, and no effect on NIM. Conversely, NPL exerts a negative influence on LDR, ROA, and NIM. The mediation test revealed that PLR has a negative effect on LDR, ROA, and NIM through NPL. Ultimately, the findings suggest that banking practitioners should exercise caution when pursuing high net interest margin (NIM), return on assets (ROA), and loan-to-deposit (LDR) ratios. Instead, a more prudent approach to extending credit is recommended to maintain the NPL ratio below 5%. This approach contributes to the sustained financial stability of the banking institutions under consideration. For policymakers, the study offers insights into the broader effects of interest rate changes on banking stability and credit quality in emerging markets. Financial regulators, such as Bank Indonesia, could utilize these findings to develop policies that balance economic growth objectives with financial stability. For instance, they could implement measures to maintain NPLs below critical thresholds during periods of fluctuating interest rates. These implications encourage a balanced approach to managing interest rates, focusing on credit quality, and maintaining consistent performance to ensure long-term financial stability.

Abstract

This community service aims to build mental health awareness among adolescents and parents in Timbuolo Village, Botupingge District, Bone Bolango Regency. This activity was carried out on July 10, 2024, targeting people aged 17-65 years. The methods used were health education and interactive discussions designed to provide an in-depth understanding of the importance of mental health. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in community understanding of mental health and a commitment to supporting individuals with mental health problems. This program also identified major barriers to community acceptance of mental health issues and provided practical solutions to overcome them.

Abstract

This community service aims to improve the understanding of posyandu cadres and the community about posyandu administration and patient referral management to health facilities. The activity carried out in Molotabu Village on November 23, 2024 included education on posyandu administration and the referral process, as well as free health checks. The results of the activity showed an increase in participant understanding and efficiency in the patient referral process. In addition, this activity strengthened the relationship between the community and health facilities, encouraging better access to health services. This service also contributed to improving the quality of posyandu services through direct training and improving the practical skills of posyandu cadres.

Abstract

The implementation of Management Information System (SIM) for a hospital is very important in its application in the present era. This is supported by the increasing complexity of the problems that exist in the patient's medical data and other administrative data related to the implementation of hospital services received by the patient. This research was conducted at Dr. M.M. Dunda Limboto. the approach in the study is a qualitative approach and the type used is descriptive research that aims to analyze the application of Management Information System (SIMRS) in outpatient care at Dr. M.M. Dunda Limbotomelalui 6 aspek PIECES (performance, information, economy control, efficiency, dan service). Based on the results of research conducted it can be concluded that the application of Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) in outpatient care at Dr. M.M. Dunda Limbotomelalui 6 aspek PIECES (performance, information, economy control, efficiency, dan servicesudahdilakukandengancukupbaik. Abstract

Community participation in the Free Health Check (CKG) program still faces obstacles such as lack of information, limited time, and fear of knowing the test results. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of youth collaboration strategies in increasing community participation in the CKG program in East Bulango District. The research design used a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. Initial data on June 13, 2025, showed 216 registrants with 214 people attending. After training for 20 youth as health promotion agents on August 2, 2025, and continued with promotions through social media and field activities, the number of registrants increased to 427 with 423 people attending by August 13, 2025. This increase is equivalent to a 97.6% increase in participation. These findings indicate that youth involvement is effective in expanding the reach of information and overcoming barriers to community participation. The results of the study emphasize the importance of youth-based collaborative strategies as agents of change in strengthening early detection and health promotion programs in the community.
