<![CDATA[The potential use of workshop tools is often not in accordance with the SST and is related to speed work in work which includes servicing the carburetor, fuel system, steering system, electrical system so that in workshop work there are often delays in dealing with customers such as tune ups which should be handled quickly but with a lack of tools the work becomes late. Providing knowledge about existing equipment in workshops, providing skills in using multifunctional tools for repairs, improving the quality of human resources, especially mechanics. This service uses a direct, practical presentation method at the workshop where the chairman gives directions to customers and surrounding mechanics to take part in the training using multifunctional key tools. From this activity it can be found that in the workshop, when repairs are busy, customers really complain about how long it takes to repair their motorbikes because the equipment does not comply with operational procedures, and there are no SST tools. With community service activities at the Rita Motor Pesurungan Lor workshop, it provides knowledge, understanding and innovation regarding efficient and multi-functional workshop tools. Speed up employee work in service with this multi-functional tool so that customers are satisfied with its performance.]]>

<![CDATA[Skills are something that every individual must have to increase family income and open work businesses for the community. The people of Bandar Bayu Village lack skills other than farming. Because of the skills possessed by the people of Bandar Bayu Village, skills training was held in the form of manual electric arc welding skills, the aim of this training was to increase family income and open work businesses for the community. Manual electric arc welding training is given because the equipment and ferrous metal are easy to obtain and the price is affordable. Welding training for the people of Bandar Bayu Village is carried out by directly instilling ferrous metal measuring techniques, ferrous metal cutting techniques, ferrous metal joining techniques by first explaining the function of the tool, the function of ferrous metal and safety before the welding process, safety during welding and safety training after welding. arc electricity manual. The results of manual electric arc welding skills training for the people of Bandar Bayu Village are that the people are able to weld iron materials and produce two tables and two stoves.]]>

<![CDATA[According to Permendiknas No. 19 of 2005, cultural arts and skills education is given in schools because it is unique, meaningful, and beneficial to the development needs of pupils, and lies in the provision of experience through expressive, creative, and appreciative activities. This statement suggests that learning cultural arts and skills not only focuses on mastering the teaching material but also on enhancing students' creativity by improving their craftsmanship skills. Strategies are needed to encourage students to be creative while learning cultural skills and arts because of the importance of creativity. Approaches, methods, and learning models are crucial in the art learning process at school. By using the right target approach, learning will become more meaningful as it brings us closer to the goal. The purpose of this community service activity is to enhance students' ability to create creative products as well as help them find business opportunities. The students of SMK 10 November Jakarta are the target audience of this community service program. This method of community service is training. The lecturers and students of the study program of Industrial Engineering of Mercu Buana University who have experience in hand craft making with resin materials act as instructors and sources in this activity.]]>

<![CDATA[Community Service aims to increase the income of farmer groups by making hydroponics based IoT, the Mekar Ayu Farmers Group in Sei Mencirim Village has so far relied on horticultural farming by using agricultural land that is very dependent on nature and controlling hama by spraying anti-pests which results in the harvest being contaminated with these anti-pest substances. Farming groups have not utilized the empty land around the group members' housing which can be used to create various businesses that can increase their members' income, such as training in hydroponics, sowing water spinach and bok choi seeds. The problem is that there is no hydroponics yet, even though the land for laying hydroponics is mostly in the homes of members of farmer groups. So far, farmer groups have relied on agricultural land and knowledge of sowing seeds. IoT-based hydroponic production training solutions and seeding and pest control training until harvest arrives.]]>

<![CDATA[This community service aims to enhance the capacity of teachers at Alazhar Asyarif North Sumatra's elementary, junior high, and Madrasah Aliyah schools in scientific writing and book authoring. The training is designed to equip teachers with the necessary knowledge and skills to produce high-quality scientific papers and to create books that can be used as teaching materials. The methods used in this training include presentations, interactive discussions, and hands-on practice. The results of the training indicate an improvement in teachers' understanding and skills in writing scientific papers and books, as well as a strong motivation to continue developing these competencies.]]>
