Abstract

The aim of this study is to find out the impact of Current Ratio, Net Profit Margin, and Debt to Equity Ratio on Return on Asset and Stock Return. The data used is a source of data that has been available both internal and external data and data can be accessed through the internet and publication of information. Data used is the financial report of the sub-sector food and beverages companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange period 2018-2022. Analysis methods show that Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio have no influence on Return on Asset and Stock Return. Net Profit Margin has an effect on Returns on Assets and Asset Return. Return On Assets has an influence upon Stock Return. Return on Asset cannot mediate the Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio against the Stock Return. Return on Asset can mediate the Net Profit Margin against the Stock Return.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya penggunaan media pembelajaran yang bervariasi dan menarik, khususnya dalam pembelajaran sejarah, sehingga menimbulkan ketertarikan peserta didik terhadap mata pelajaran sejarah lebih rendah dibanding mata pelajaran lain. Permasalahan tersebut menyebabkan pembelajaran sejarah menjadi sangat membosankan, tidak menarik dan menimbulkan sikap pasif dari peserta didik. Jika permasalahan ini terus berlanjut akan berdampak pada kurangnya keinginan dan motivasi belajar peserta didik sehingga menyebabkan kemampuan peserta didik dalam pembelajaran sejarah menghasilkan hasil belajar yang rendah. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dikembangkan produk media pembelajaran berbasis aplikasi padlet yang dapat membantu pendidik dan peserta didik dalam mempelajari sejarah khususnya materi sejarah berita proklamasi kemerdekaan Indonesia di banten. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian RD (Research and Development) dengan menggunakan model ADDIE (analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation). Berdasarkan penilaian kelayakan ahli materi dan ahli media, pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis aplikasi padlet termasuk dalam kategori sangat layak dengan persentase nilai dari ahli materi sebesar 91,85% dan dari ahli media sebesar 100%. Kemudian, berdasarkan hasil penilaian kepraktisan dari pendidik dan 33 peserta didik termasuk dalam kategori sangat praktis dengan persentase nilai dari praktisi pendidik sebesar 89,23% dan dari praktisi peserta didik sebesar 84,68% dan mampu menarik motivasi belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran sejarah. Dengan demikian media pembelajaran berbasis aplikasi padlet pada pembelajaran sejarah dengan materi berita proklamasi kemerdekaan Indonesia di Banten layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran sejarah di kelas maupun untuk pembelajaran secara mandiri.Kata Kunci: Pengembangan, Media Pembelajaran, Sejarah, Aplikasi Padlet

Abstract

Politik etis berfokus pada pengelolaan irigasi, pelaksanaan emigrasi, dan penyediaan pendidikan bagi bangsa Indonesia. Meskipun politik etis mendorong kemajuan bagi bangsa Indonesia, kebijakan ini masih berada di bawah kekuasaan penjajahan Belanda. Awalnya, kebijakan ini dilaksanakan dengan tanggung jawab, di mana Belanda memberikan perhatiankepada rakyat lokal dan memberikan bantuan kepada Indonesia ketika menghadapi kesulitan. Meskipun tidak langsung meningkatkan kesejahteraan rakyat, kebijakan ini mampu mengubah struktur kehidupan bangsa, seperti dengan penyebaran sistem irigasi dan pengenalan serta pengolahan berbasis pertanian dan perkebunan modern. Pelaksanaan transmigrasi, di mana masyarakat dipindahkan keluar dari Pulau Jawa, membantu mempererat hubungan antarmasyarakat Indonesia. Dampak politik etis yang paling mencolok terjadi di bidang pendidikan. Adanya sistem pendidikan bagi bangsa Indonesia memungkinkan perubahan dalam pemikiran mereka, mendorong mereka untuk berpikir maju serta lebih kritis guna memperjuangkan kemerdekaan tanpa perlu berperang seperti masa lampau. Melalui pendidikan, lahir individu-individu yang cerdas serta memiliki pola pikir yang sebanding dengan bangsa Barat. Mereka kemudian memimpin perjuangan kemerdekaan Indonesia dengan semangat nasionalisme, baik melalui negosiasi internasional maupun konflik bersenjata.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dampak penggunaan media pembelajaran digital terhadap minat belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran sejarah di SMA Mujahiddin Pontianak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, melibatkan partisipan berupa siswa dan guru sejarah. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi kelas, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran digital, seperti aplikasi interaktif dan video edukasi, dapat meningkatkan minat belajar siswa dengan menyajikan materi sejarah secara lebih menarik dan visual, sehingga siswa lebih tertarik untuk mempelajari dan memahami materi sejarah. Media digital juga membantu siswa dalam memahami dan menghargai materi yang dipelajari, serta meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran sejarah. Dengan demikian, penggunaan media pembelajaran digital dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran sejarah di sekolah.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of taste, price, store atmosphere and service quality on consumer satisfaction. This type of research is associative research. Data collection in this research was carried out through a survey approach with a quantitative descriptive research type by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents, while the population used in this research was customers of GB 2 Bireuen warkop. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. The data analysis tool used in this research uses SPSS. The data analysis technique in this research is descriptive analysis. The results of this research show that taste, price, store atmosphere and service quality influence customer satisfaction at warkop GB 2 Bireuen

Abstract

A This research aims to determine the influence of good corporate governance mechanisms, leverage, and company size on the audit quality of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2021-2022. Data collection techniques using literature study and documentation. The population in this research is all banking companies registered on the IDX for the 2021-2022 period, namely 44 companies. Data analysis using descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity and autocorrelation), logistic regression tests and hypothesis tests (t test). The research results show that the size of the board of directors, leverage and company size have an effect on audit quality, while the size of the audit committee has no effect on audit quality. This indicates that the larger the size of the Board of Directors, the better the supervisory function. Thus, we will choose the Big Four KAP to guarantee audit quality. The smaller the company's leverage, the greater the company's opportunity to use Big Four KAP. Company size influences the company's decision to use Big Four KAP, while the size of the audit committee does not influence the company's decision to use Big Four or Non-Big Four KAP.

Abstract

This research aims to determine students' questioning abilities by using peer lesson learning strategies based on a scientific approach in history learning at SMA Negeri 1 Peudada. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with a qualitative descriptive research type. The research subjects were determined using a purposive sampling technique as many as 34 students. The data collection technique used is observation. Based on the research results, the percentage of clarity of questions submitted by students was obtained at a percentage of 75% and included in the good category, for the indicator of clarity of the relationship between students' questions and the problem being discussed, the percentage was obtained at 75% and included in the good category, for the indicator of providing time to think for asking and answering obtained a percentage of 87.5% and was included in the very good category, in the indicator of distributing questions evenly among the students the percentage was obtained at 75% and included in the good category, and in the indicator of giving question demands the percentage was obtained at 41.6 % and is included in the poor category. Based on the results of data analysis, it was concluded that the peer lesson learning strategy based on a scientific approach had a positive effect on students' ability to ask questions.

Abstract

Social media has a significant impact on the development of Indonesian teenagers, especially in terms of adding new words and abbreviations. The aim of this research is to study teenage slang and how it impacts their Indonesian language development. To collect data, qualitative descriptive methods were used in this research, and three teenagers who were active in social media were observed, recorded, and interviewed. Research finds that teenagers prefer to use slang rather than speak good and correct Indonesian. As a result, there will be a worrying impact on the existence of Indonesian language use. Efforts to remember the correct use of Indonesian on social media will help better communication and maintain good language use in accordance with language norms

Abstract

This research aims to find out how learning outside the classroom as an implementation of the P5 Independent Curriculum at SMAN 22 Gowa can provide learning motivation and improve student learning outcomes. Learning outside the classroom is an effort to direct students to carry out activities that can lead them to observe the surrounding environment, in accordance with the material being taught. So that education outside the classroom is more focused on experience and environmental education which greatly influences students' intelligence. In line with the Merdeka Curriculum through P5 (Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila). The techniques for collecting data using observation, interviews and documentation that are the samples in this research are: Teachers, students as the main source of information for researchers.

Abstract

Work ethic is a positive attitude or ability to work well possessed by an employee, particularly those in the Mampotu Village, Amali District, Bone Regency. This study aims to analyze the work ethic of employees in improving performance in Mampotu Village, Amali District, Bone Regency, and what factors influence the work ethic of employees in improving performance in Mampotu Village, Amali District, Bone Regency. This research is qualitative, utilizing observation, interviews, and documentation as data collection techniques. The data analysis follows an interactive analysis model. The research results regarding the work ethic of employees in improving performance in Mampotu Village, Amali District, Bone Regency reveal that the work ethic of employees in Mampotu Village, Amali District, Bone Regency is considered very good. Factors influencing the work ethic in improving performance in Mampotu Village, Amali District, Bone Regency can be assessed from several factors, namely, economic structure, religion, social, political, educational, motivational, and work discipline. Therefore, it can be concluded that the good work ethic of employees and certain factors have contributed to the improvement of performance in Mampotu Village, Amali District, Bone Regency.
