Abstract

In today's digital era, mobile applications play a crucial role in supporting students' academic activities. Many high schools have introduced their own Learning Management System (LMS) applications to enhance accessibility to academic resources. However, the adoption of these applications remains limited. This study seeks to examine the factors influencing students' intention to use LMS applications by applying the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model. The examined variables include Effort Expectancy, Performance Expectancy, Social Influence, Satisfaction, and Trust. The findings indicate that Social Influence, Satisfaction, and Trust significantly impact students' intention to use LMS applications, whereas Effort Expectancy and Performance Expectancy do not show a notable effect to student intention to use LMS.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of exposure to the TikTok culinary account @solofoodie on followers' interest in culinary tourism. The research employed a quantitative approach with a causal inferential design. The sample consisted of 100 active followers of the @solofoodie TikTok account, selected using the Taro Yamane formula. Data were collected through an online Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using simple linear regression. The results indicated a positive and statistically significant effect of TikTok exposure on culinary tourism interest, with an R value of 0.746 and a significance level of 0.001. The regression model obtained was Y = 0.592 + 1.131X, indicating that each additional point in TikTok exposure increases culinary interest by 1.131 points. These findings confirm that culinary content on TikTok can shape audience preferences and behavioral intentions, strengthening the relevance of the Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) theory in social media

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh aspek-aspek signage terhadap kemudahan navigasi pengguna di Perpustakaan Universitas Negeri Padang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden yang diambil secara simple random sampling dari total populasi 135.976 pengunjung periode AgustusOktober 2024. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disusun berdasarkan prinsip desain universal dan faktor yang mempengaruhi kemudahan navigasi, lalu dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua aspek signagekesetaraan penggunaan, fleksibilitas desain, simpel dan sesuai kebutuhan, serta informatifberpengaruh positif terhadap kemudahan navigasi, yang diukur melalui indikator keterbacaan informasi dan daya ingat visual. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah bahwa peningkatan kelengkapan, penempatan, dan kualitas desain signage dapat meningkatkan pengalaman navigasi pengguna secara signifikan di perpustakaan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of artificial intelligence technology in improving English writing skills of language education students. The population in this study were 280. The sample consisted of 30 taken by random sampling. The data collection technique used a Likert scale questionnaire. Data analysis techniques with Analysis techniques with simple correlation tests, simple regression tests, determinant coefficient tests, and t tests. The result of the study is that there is an influence of artificial intelligence technology on the writing abilities of English language education students.

Abstract

Influencing employee performance improvement through the work environment, work-life balance, and the role of mental health as mediating factors. The population in this study was non-organic employees of Bank Indonesia in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province, with a total of 90 respondents' questionnaire data collected. Respondent data were analyzed using SPSS version 21 software, employing techniques including respondent description, descriptive analysis, instrument validity and reliability testing, and hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis and mediation analysis. The results of the study show that the work environment does not affect mental health, the work environment has a positive effect on performance, work-life balance has a positive effect on mental health, work-life balance has a positive effect on performance, mental health has a positive effect on performance, and mental health mediates the effect of work-life balance on performance but does not mediate the effect of the work environment on performance. This study has theoretical and managerial implications.

Abstract

Impelentasi Pendidikan karakter cinta tanah air dalam kehidupan masyarakat sangat penting ditanamkan sedini mungkin sebagai bentuk dari nilai nasionalisme yang tertuang pada pancasila. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Kauman, Brebes, Jawa Tengah. Pendidikan karakter cinta tanah air adalah upaya untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai kebangsaan melalui partisipasi aktif warga dalam kegiatan 17 agustus yang menegaskan pentingnya kebebasan dan persatuan untuk membentuk warga negara yang bertanggung jawab dan berkomitmen terhadap bangsa dan negara, pendidikan katrakter pancasila sangat penting untuk mengajarkan nilai-nilai cinta tanah air. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif digunakan, dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan karakter cinta tanah air telah dimasukkan ke dalam pendidikan, baik melalui pendekatan formal di lembaga pendidikan maupun melalui kegiatan nonformal di masyarakat desa kauman, seperti gotong royong, upacara bendera, dan pelatihan kebangsaan. Pada penelitian ini orang tua, tokoh masyarakat, dan guru sangat berperan dalam menanamkan nasionalisme dan nilai pancasila pada masyarakat dengan bekerja sama memperingati HUT RI untuk memastikan pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter cinta tanah air melalui kegiatan bela negara tertanam pada jiwa masyarakat khususnya warga desa kauman brebes jawa tengah.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the effect of additional benefits and remuneration on employee engagement. This study aims to examine and analyze how employee engagement mediates the effect of additional benefits and remuneration on employee performance. The population of this study is 79 employees, from staff to management, representing all employees of the Central Java High Court. Primary data was collected using a questionnaire. Multiple linear regression was used as the data analysis method. The results show that additional benefits influence employee engagement, remuneration influences employee engagement, additional benefits influence employee performance, remuneration influences employee performance, employee engagement influences employee performance, and employee engagement mediates the effect of additional benefits on employee performance at the Central Java High Court. Therefore, employee engagement can increase employee potential, with high additional benefits improving employee performance, and employee engagement mediates the effect of remuneration on employee performance at the Central Java High Court. Therefore, employee engagement can improve employee performance through high and expected remuneration.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of organizational culture and organizational commitment on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable at PT ABC. The research approach uses a qualitative method by involving 20 employee resource persons selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and documentation, then analyzed using Miles and Huberman's interactive model through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that a collaborative and open organizational culture and high affective commitment encourage the emergence of employee job satisfaction. Job satisfaction was found to be a significant mediating factor, where satisfied employees tended to demonstrate proactive performance, discipline, and high loyalty. In contrast, dissatisfied employees tend to work to minimum standards. Financial aspects and promotional opportunities emerged as factors that needed to be improved to strengthen overall job satisfaction. In conclusion, organizational culture and organizational commitment have a positive effect on employee performance through job satisfaction as a mediator. The practical implications of this research encourage PT ABC's management to strengthen a culture of innovation, provide recognition, and optimize the compensation system to support sustainable performance.

Abstract

Contruction development in Indeonesia is currently growing rapidly in all fields, be it construction of roads and bridge construction as well as building construction. However, in the implementation of a contruction activity, several changes are often encounetered in its implementation. An addendum is an additional document prepared after the main contract is signed, with the aim of changing, adding to, or clarifying the contract. Contract addendum in construction projects are consequence of the dynamics of implementation that are not fully can be planned at the beginning. Various factor, both internal and external, can trigger the need for changes to the content of the contract through the issuance of an addendum. This research aims to determine the dominant factor causing addendum and their effect on the time performance of construction projects in Papua Pegunungan Provinve. This research uses a survey method in the form of distributing questionnaires to 40 respondents, namely consultants and contractors. Then the data analysis was carried out using Descriptive Statistical methods dan Relative Importance Index (RII). The result of the research show that the dominan factor causing addendum is road access to the project implementation location with a mean value 3,55 and RII value of 0,75. This is different from the causes of addendum pn other regions because Papua Pegunungan has difficult terrain and unique natural conditions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji retorika kepemimpinan dalam media fiksi melalui pidato Erwin Smith dalam anime Attack on Titan, yang telah ditonton lebih dari 100 juta penonton global (MyAnimeList Crunchyroll, 2024). Fokus utama adalah analisis unsur retoris ethos, pathos, dan logos serta dampaknya terhadap loyalitas, motivasi, dan legitimasi moral. Berdasarkan data Milennial Leadership Index (2024), 72% generasi muda mengidolakan pemimpin yang berani berkorban demi kelompok, sebagaimana direpresentasikan dalam karakter Erwin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa anime dapat menjadi media edukatif dan reflektif dalam pembelajaran nilai-nilai kepemimpinan dan retorika modern.
