Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Local Own-Source Revenue (PAD), General Allocation Fund (DAU), Revenue Sharing Fund (DBH), and Special Allocation Fund (DAK) on Local Expenditure in 35 districts/cities in Central Java Province for the period 20182023. The background of the study is based on the low fiscal autonomy ratio of the province, which averages only 40.98%, indicating a high dependence on central government transfers. The data used are panel time series data obtained from the official website of the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance and other secondary sources. The analysis was conducted quantitatively using descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, heteroskedasticity, autocorrelation), and multiple linear regression using SPSS version 30 to test the influence of each independent variable on regional expenditure. The results of the study indicate that all independent variables, namely PAD, DAU, DBH, and DAK, have a positive and significant effect on Regional Expenditure, with a coefficient of determination (R) of 0.979, meaning that 97.8% of the variation in regional expenditure can be explained by these four variables. PAD and DAU make the dominant contributions, while DBH and DAK, although having a smaller impact, remain statistically significant. The research conclusion emphasizes the importance of optimizing PAD as a source of regional revenue and the effectiveness of the distribution and utilization of central government transfer funds. These findings have implications for local governments to enhance fiscal autonomy through innovative PAD management, while strategically utilizing fiscal transfers to strengthen spending capacity and public services.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas penggunaan media jurnalistik untuk membantu siswa berkebutuhan khusus di SLB Negeri Kota Tebing Tinggi memahami materi pelajaran dengan lebih baik. Media jurnalistik, seperti berita, infografis, dan video edukasi, menyajikan informasi yang nyata, menarik, dan mudah dihubungkan dengan kehidupan sehari-hari siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan studi kasus, melibatkan guru, siswa, dan pihak sekolah. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis dengan langkah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa media jurnalistik yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan siswa mampu meningkatkan pemahaman materi, membuat siswa lebih aktif, dan membantu mereka mengingat informasi lebih lama. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar media jurnalistik digunakan secara terencana di SLB untuk menciptakan pembelajaran yang lebih menarik dan inklusif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis harga dan kualitas produk terhadap minat beli konsumen pada produk baby snacking merek Promina. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan data primer dari 163 responden berusia minimal 20 tahun yang memiliki anak usia balita dan berdomisili di Jabodetabek. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner daring berskala Likert 5 poin dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan alat analisis SmartPLS versi 4. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis pertama yaitu harga memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap minat beli. Kualitas produk memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap minat beli sebagai hipotesis kedua. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi manajerial diantaranya, konsumen memiliki kecenderungan untuk mencoba varian lain baik produk dalam merek yang sama ataupun milik kompetitor. Oleh karena itu, merek promina perlu menghadirkan produk makanan bayi yang variatif serta menyesuaikan dengan tren pasar saat ini. Kedua, preferensi konsumen untuk merek Promina sudah sangat baik. Maka promina perlu menjaga stabilitas harga jual serta kualitas produk promina yang dijual.

Abstract

TikTok has become a social media platform experiencing rapid user growth in Indonesia. During the 2024 Presidential Election campaign, TikTok became a crucial platform for creating political narratives, especially for young voters. Gerindra is a political party that actively used TikTok, with 35 posts during the campaign period. Fifteen posts from Gerindra's TikTok account received more than one million views. This study examines the political narratives used by the Gerindra Party during the 2024 Presidential and Vice Presidential Election campaign on TikTok. This research is qualitative, using Barthes's semiotics as its analytical tool. From 35 content posts on Gerindra's TikTok during the campaign period, researchers categorised them into six categories. These categories are: Prabowo attending campaign events, content in image format, Prabowo speaks at forums, broadcasts of presidential candidate debates, Prabowo's humanistic side, and Prabowo's informal activities. Within each category, researchers selected posts with high impressions. Analysis of the TikTok posts shows that the Gerindra Party used symbols that support Prabowo Subianto's political narrative in its election campaign. The political narrative created by the Gerindra Party TikTok account focuses less on the programs that presidential candidate Prabowo will implement and more on Prabowo's brand image.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the marketing communication strategy employed by the Open University of Bandarlampung to increase the number of new students. This research is considered important due to the increase in the number of new UT Bandarlampung students over the past two years, during which the trend has remained stable. UT Bandarlampung managed to increase the number of new students by 214.39% compared to the 2023 registration period, and 58.47% compared to the previous year. The success of UT Bandarlampung in increasing the number of new students is inseparable from the marketing communication strategy that has been carried out. This research was conducted with descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques involve semi-structured interviews with informants selected through purposive sampling techniques. In this study, it is known that UT Bandarlampung carries out a marketing communication strategy with the Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) Mix. In this mix, UT Bandarlampung's marketing activities are dominated by advertising through social media. Data leads from these advertisements are then followed up with personal selling via WhatsApp. This research is expected to be useful for UT Bandarlampung to optimize marketing communication strategies in an effort to increase the number of students. This research can also serve as a contribution of thought for other UT regions in applying marketing communication strategies.

Abstract

Merchandise inventory is something important for companies, especially for retail businesses because merchandise inventory is a component of current assets that has a high level of liquidity, so recording and managing inventory is an important component for retail businesses. Amazon stores sell quite lots of types and quantities of merchandise, and the recording of merchandise inventory is still done manually, making it possible for recording errors to occur which results in inaccurate reports being produced, resulting in inaccurate decision making related to inventory. Besides that, it is also difficult to know the amount of inventory, purchases and sales of merchandise at any time. Based on the problems in the Amazon store, it is necessary to have an information system for recording and managing merchandise inventory, so that it can assist in recording purchases, sales, and making decisions regarding inventory in the Amazon store. The merchandise inventory information system using the average method created can help Amazon stores to record sales transactions, purchase transactions, supplier data, goods data and can produce expected reports such as sales reports, purchase reports, warehouse cards and inventory cards using the average method and reduce the risk of losing data related to the inventory held by Amazon stores.

Abstract

Multiple disability refers to a condition that refers to multiple impairments, such as a combination of blindness, deafness, or speech impairment. Children with multiple disabilities face significant challenges in communication, learning, and social adjustment. Characteristics of children with multiple disabilities include significant visual and hearing impairments. This research was conducted at SKH MADINAH, Serang, Banten, examining the development of intellectual abilities, behavior, values, and social skills. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of this study discuss approaches that can be applied to support children with multiple disabilities in achieving independence, not only in daily activities but also in preparing for long-term life. Through this research, it is hoped that a deeper understanding of the needs of children with multiple disabilities will emerge, as well as strategies to help them become independent individuals, able to adapt, and contribute to their social environment, so that the ability to live independently is greater and provides benefits for these children.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dinamika keluarga dalam masyarakat adat Pegunungan Meratus dengan fokus pada struktur keluarga, pembagian peran, relasi gender, serta nilai dan norma adat yang menjadi pedoman dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Di tengah arus modernisasi dan masuknya pendidikan formal serta media, keluarga adat Meratus menunjukkan ketahanan sosial yang kuat dengan tetap mempertahankan kearifan lokal yang diwariskan secara turun-temurun. Metode penelitian yaitu pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi partisipatif dan wawancara mendalam terhadap informan yang dipilih secara purposive, seperti tetua adat, kepala keluarga, perempuan dewasa, dan pemuda. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Manual Data Analysis Procedure (MDAP). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keluarga masyarakat Dayak Meratus berbentuk luas dan menganut sistem kekerabatan bilateral yang memperkuat kerja sama antar generasi. Pembagian peran bersifat fleksibel dan kolektif, dengan adanya ruang negosiasi dalam pengambilan keputusan, terutama dalam aspek ekonomi, pendidikan, dan adat. Perempuan memiliki peran signifikan dalam keluarga dan adat, serta dihargai dalam proses musyawarah. Nilai dan norma adat seperti pamali, gotong royong, dan penghormatan terhadap leluhur terus hidup dan menjadi pranata sosial yang mengatur relasi dalam keluarga. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa keluarga adat Meratus berfungsi tidak hanya sebagai unit domestik, tetapi juga sebagai institusi pelestari budaya yang adaptif terhadap perubahan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the snakes and ladders game in history learning. The background of this study is to create a more interactive and enjoyable learning atmosphere, so that history lessons are more enjoyable for students. This study used a quasi-experimental method with a non-equivalent control group design. The research subjects were divided into two groups, namely the experimental class using the snakes and ladders media and the control class using conventional methods. Data were collected through multiple-choice tests and analyzed using t-tests to measure differences in learning outcomes. The results showed a significant difference in learning outcomes between the two classes. The increase in student learning outcomes in the experimental class was much higher than in the control class. Thus, it can be concluded that the snakes and ladders game media is effective as an innovation in history learning.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of live streaming shopping on increasing brand visibility and sales conversion. The phenomenon of live streaming shopping has become a significant trend in the e-commerce industry, but there is still limited research that comprehensively examines the factors that influence its effectiveness. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method on 400 respondents selected through a purposive sampling technique. The independent variables in this study include Live Streaming Quality (X1), Host-Audience Interaction (X2), Promotion Discount (X3), and Platform Features (X4), while the dependent variables are Brand Visibility (Y1) and Sales Conversion (Y2). Data analysis uses multiple linear regression techniques with the help of SPSS 26.0 software. The results show that all instruments are valid and reliable, with normally distributed data. The partial test (t-test) proves that all independent variables have a positive and significant effect on both dependent variables, with Host-Audience Interaction having the strongest effect on Sales Conversion (t-count = 4.514, sig. 0.000). The simultaneous test (F test) shows that the four independent variables together have a significant effect on Brand Visibility (F = 23.456, sig. 0.000) and Sales Conversion (F = 28.734, sig. 0.000). The coefficient of determination shows that the model can explain 39.3% of the variation in Brand Visibility and 44.2% of the variation in Sales Conversion. This study concludes that live streaming shopping is a powerful solution to increase brand visibility and sales conversion, with host- audience interaction as a key success factor. These findings provide strategic implications for businesses to optimize the implementation of live streaming shopping through improving streaming quality, engaging interactions, attractive promotional strategies, and developing user-friendly platform features
