Abstract

This research aims to determine the factors causing motor vehicle traffic violations by minors, as well as the strategies carried out by the Semarang POLRES SATLANTAS to overcome them. The research respondents were BAUR, Semarang POLRES SATLANTAS ticket, Semarang POLRES SATLANTAS CAMSEL KANIT, Semarang POLRES SATLANTAS ticket BAMIN, as well as ten minors who violated traffic regulations. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, documentation studies, literature studies, and qualitative analysis. The research results show that the causes of traffic violations by minors include human, vehicle, road and environmental factors. The strategy for dealing with traffic violations carried out by the Semarang POLRES SATLANTAS is through efforts (1). Pre-emptive, namely carrying out socialization of good and correct traffic in schools and industry through lectures and counseling, (2). Preventive means installing ETLE (Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement) on every traffic sign or vehicle driven by the police to eliminate the opportunity to commit traffic violations, (3). Repressive, namely carrying out law enforcement, if the police find that a minor does not have a driver's license driving a motorized vehicle, the police will issue a ticket, detain the motor vehicle, and summon the parents. Even though these three strategies have been implemented, they have not been completely successful in reducing the number of traffic violations by minors in Semarang Regency.

Abstract

This research examines API Banyuwangi seaplane operations in optimizing flights in Indonesia's outermost, remote, and underdeveloped regions. The connectivity analysis method measures regional connectivity with seaplane flights and identifies areas that require better accessibility. In addition, this research also involves optimizing flights by considering factors that affect seaplane operations, such as weather, topography, and distance. The results of this research can provide input for developing seaplane flight services in Indonesia, particularly in outermost, remote, and underdeveloped regions.

Abstract

In the learning process there are various teaching methods, one of which is the assignment method. The method of giving assignments can be given by teachers (lecturers) to students as one of the bases for assessing student learning outcomes. The problem in this research is how the effectiveness of the assignment method in civic education courses on the learning outcomes of students of the diploma 4 study program majoring in computer engineering at the Sriwijaya State polytechnic?. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the assignment method in the Citizenship Education course on student learning outcomes in the diploma 4 study program, majoring in computer engineering, Sriwijaya State Polytechnic. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The sample in this study was taken by purposive sampling. The sample in this study were students of class 6TIA and 6TIB Diploma 4 study program majoring in computer engineering, Sriwijaya State Polytechnic. Where the number of students in class 6TIA is 19 people, while students in class 6TIB are 20 people. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is obtained through assessment of student learning outcomes and secondary data is obtained through various sources of literature. The data analysis technique in this study was to use the Paired-Sample T test method, namely to test whether there were differences in student learning outcomes before and after the study was carried out. The results showed that there was the effectiveness of the assignment method in the Citizenship Education course on student learning outcomes in the diploma 4 study program of computer engineering majors Sriwijaya State Polytechnic.

Abstract

One form of effort to improve public information transparency services, is by making innovation changes that are carried out in accordance with Permendagri Number 3 of 2017. This research raises the issue of implementing the Public Information Disclosure policy in the East Kalimantan Provincial Government. This study uses a post positivist approach with qualitative methods. The results of this study indicate that (i) the implementation of the public information disclosure policy in East Kalimantan Province has been running effectively as evidenced in 2021 the East Kalimantan Government received an Informative Province award; (ii) to encourage the implementation of the public information disclosure policy in East Kalimantan Province, the recommended action is to increase the knowledge and understanding of the Information and Documentation Management Officer (PPID). Continuously it is necessary to carry out a Technical Guidance or Communication Forum to be able to provide explanations and discuss together with the Regional Apparatus Implementing PPID regarding the duties, principals and functions of the PPID, as well as a mechanism for managing public information exceptions as well as a mechanism for handling public information objections and disputes

Abstract

In producing a product, the quality of the product is something that must be done by the company so that consumers will feel satisfied with the product that will be used by the customer. product quality will have an influence on customer satisfaction so that the use of the product will occur at a later time because there is satisfaction. In addition to product quality that will be felt by customers, it is also necessary to provide good service to customers so that customers feel well served by the company or service provider. respondents who serve as the population and research samples are customers Cafe Hans as many as 72 people. The results of the study explain that the effect of product quality on customer satisfaction is T count 91.9% where product quality really has a major influence on customer satisfaction at Hans Café, the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction is T count 2.7% where product quality only gives a small contribution to customer satisfaction and the influence of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction is F count of 50% where together product quality and service quality have an influence on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Navigation simulators have a very important role in the learning process to steer the ship's motion safely virtually based on the same shape and function as the original. However, the absence of a navigation simulator at the Aceh Marine and Fisheries Polytechnic of the Capture Fisheries Study Program (PTK) is thought to be the cause of the non-optimal learning process so that a navigation simulator is needed. This study aims to facilitate the navigational science learning process so as to make this navigation simulator a teaching and learning tool in the classroom, both in theory and practice. The method of designing and building a mini fishing boat navigation simulator is carried out in three stages, namely the literature review method, the observation method and the field work method. The results obtained are a navigation simulator with compass, radar, electronic maps, steering, weather control, ship lights and sound signals. The building space for this fishing boat navigation simulator can be used as a learning tool to sail ships and can increase interest in learning.

Abstract

To realize safe and quality health services, every hospital is required to meet the National Indicators for the Quality of Health Services which is one of the tools for assessing and evaluating hospitals in maintaining and improving the quality of health services in accordance with Regulation of the Minister of Health Number 30 of 2022, one of the indicators Hospital service qualities is patient satisfaction. Patient satisfaction plays an important role in determining the quality and quality of health services provided by health care facilities. The extension of waiting time for drug services is a matter of concern to the public and is seen as one of the things that has the potential to cause patient dissatisfaction. The purpose of this study was to analyze the waiting time for prescription services at the pharmacy depot at the Outpatient Installation at Bangkinang Regional General Hospital, Kampar Regency in 2022. This study used a qualitative research method through in-depth interviews with 8 informants, observation , and document reviews. The research results obtained are that the number of staff on duty at the Outpatient Pharmacy Depot is still lacking so that the workload of officers is excessive, while prescription writing is currently being carried out using electronic and manual prescriptions with quite many recipes being served every day . Bangkinang Hospital already has a good SPO for prescription drug services to be used as a reference for officers, while the room for the Outpatient Pharmacy Depot is narrow, which hinders the movement of officers in providing services. The conclusion of this study is that the man factor, the tool factor and the material factor are inadequate and do not comply with the provisions

Abstract

According to the provisions of the law, not all actions of state administration officials must be against the law. The law that regulates the relationship between the state and citizens is state administrative law, also called civil law, and state administrative law is a set of norms that aim to create conditions so that state administrative institutions can carry out their functions, as well as function. time to protect citizens from the actions of state administrative agencies. State and protect the management of the State. himself, herself. Within the framework of administrative law, there are general principles of good governance which, if implemented in all aspects of governance, will make it impossible for a crisis in this country to occur. state administrative law: a) Means for the authorities to regulate and control society b) Regulate ways of citizen participation in the process of regulation and control. State Administrative Law also regulates state administrators who are divided into 3 forms of power as in the theory of Tripaja (Trias Politika), put forward by Montesqueiu, namely: (1) Legislative Power, namely the power to make regulations. (2) Executive power, namely the power to carry out regulations. (3) Judicial power, namely the power to try to defend regulations. Scope of State Administrative Law. Initially, many experts considered that state administrative law and state administrative law were one unit and could not be separated. State administrative law is only a special part of state administrative law. In short, state administrative law only has the same field as state constitutional law. However, what distinguishes state administrative law is seen as a special law, namely regulating or determining the limits of the authority of a government institution, while state administrative law is general law.

Abstract

In Organizational behavior is a function of the interaction between individuals and their environment. The purpose of this research is to find out how organizational behavior is in the Services for Making Driving Permits (SIM) at Sukabumi Porles. The administrative service for making driving licenses is carried out with the intent and purpose of achieving administrative order, to obtain accurate SIM making data as a basis for making decisions, the result of registration of the people of Sukabumi City is the issuance of proof of a valid driving license and valid personal identity is the basis to take care of the interests of making a SIM for the Sukabumi City Community concerned. The research method used is descriptive method with a qualitative data analysis approach. From the discussion it can be concluded that organizational behavior at the Sukabumi City Police Office, especially the SIM manufacturing office.still needs to be improved in order to create an orderly administration service effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memahami peran lembaga adat Panglima Laot Kuala Cangkoi dalam meningkatkan standar hidup nelayan. Penelitian lapangan dilakukan untuk memperoleh data quqlitative. Ada beberapa metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, seperti wawancara dan partisipasi yang diamati untuk mencapai pemahaman yang menyeluruh tentang perspektif sosiokultur. Informan ditentukan, sesuai dengan sampling purposif, sedemikian rupa sehingga mereka berguling seolah-olah pengambilan sampel bola salju. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Peran kelembagaan adat Panglima Laot Lhok Kuala Cangkoi tidak mampu mendorong pengembangan masyarakat nelayan karena lembaga adat Provinsi Panglima Laot, sehingga peran lembaga adat kabupaten Panglima Laot dari daerah sebagai mitra kerja menggantikan Panglima Laot Provinsi, (2) Ketidakmampuan Panglima Laot Lhok Kuala Cangkoi sebagai lembaga adat untuk memotong rantai antara nelayan dan nakhoda (ureung pohareukat) dan ritel (toke bangku). Ketidakmampuan ini disebabkan oleh faktor pemicu dalam mencari mitra nelayan, terutama modal yang dikelola oleh sistem bagi hasil, dan (3) Kesulitan hidup masyarakat nelayan Aceh di Lhok Kuala Cangkoi disebabkan oleh faktor-faktor seperti kurangnya pengetahuan lingkungan, kebiasaan itu telah mempengaruhi gaya hidup nelayan, sehingga mereka tidak dapat mengatur waktu, usaha, energi, dan uang secara efektif. Diperlukan proses yang terkait antara lingkungan, teknologi, organisasi sosial, ideologi dan pembentukan karakter dan biofisikologis individu yang diperlukan untuk meningkatkan sumber daya manusia nelayan, termasuk pemberdayaan Panglima Laot Lhok Kuala Cangkoi sebagai lembaga adat sebagai satu-satunya penjaga nelayan Aceh. masyarakat di Lhok Kuala Cangkoi, Uleelheue
