Abstract

Ekonomi pancasila adalah sistem ekonomi yang berpedoman pada pengamalan pancasila. Nilai Ekonomi Pancasila harus ditanamkan dalam hati dan pikiran anak bangsa melalui pendidikan ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji sejarah Ekonomi Pancasila dan implementasinya dalam pembelajaran ekonomi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data kualitatif meliputi pendapat ahli ekonomi yang dirujuk dalam buku teks dan artikel jurnal yang diterbitkan secara online. Data kuantitatif berupa angket pemahaman dan penerapan nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam pembelajaran ekonomi di sekolah. Kesimpulan penelitian Ekonomi Pancasila sebagai ilmu ekonomi dengan paradigma baru yang lahir dari kondisi keilmuan ekonomi di Indonesia yang dihegemoni oleh pemikiran Barat. Demikian pula penerapan pembelajaran ekonomi didominasi oleh teori-teori ekonomi neoklasik-kapitalis yang tidak relevan dengan ideologi bangsa Indonesia.

Abstract

Salah satu masalah yang dirasakan dunia pendidikan adalah lemahnya proses pembelajaran. Dimana orientasi belajar hanya terpusat pada guru, sehingga kegiatan pembelajaran terkesan sangat membosankan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh apa penerapan metode pembelajaran Talking Stick dalam peningkatan prestasi belajar siswa kelas VIII-D SMP Negeri 2 Kualasimpang pada materi Usaha Mempertahankan Kemerdekaan Indonesia. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (Classroom Action Research). Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan soal tes, lembar observasi, catatan lapangan, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Penerapan metode pembelajaran Talking Stick pada siswa kelas VIII-D SMP 2 Kualasimpang, (2) Peningkatan pretasi belajar siswa setelah diterapkan metode pembelajaran Talking Stick, (3) Kendala yang dihadapi guru pada saat penerapan metode pembelajaran Talking Stick pada siswa kelas VIII-D SMP 2 Kualasimpang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam 3 (tiga) siklus. Pelaksanaan tindakan I dilaksanakan sebanyak 1 (satu) kali pertemuan selama 2 (dua) jam pelajaran. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan siklus I tidak terjadi peningkatan dari pre-test awal yang dilakukan peneliti. Hal itu disebabkan oleh model yang digunakan guru selama ini merupakan model konvensional. Sehingga siswa sangat bosan menerima pembelajaran IPS ini. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan penerapan model pembelajaran Talking Stick  dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa kelas VIII-D SMP Negeri 2 Kualasimpang.

Abstract

Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus pneumoniae are the most common bacterial infections in humans. Efforts to control using penicillin antibiotics tend to cause resistance and side effects, so people prefer to overcome them by self-medication or using traditional ingredients such as banana peels. This study aims to determine whether there is antibacterial activity of kepok banana peels against Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus pneumoniae bacteria. Methods: This research is an experimental study with the type of Post Test Only Control Group Design with the well method. Results: The average diameter of the inhibition zone on Staphylococcus aureus was 7,60 mm, 6,43 mm and 5,33 mm at concentrations of 100%, 75% and 50% respectively. And the average diameter of the inhibition zone on Streptococcus pneumoniae was 7,78 mm, 6,61 mm and 5,46 mm at concentrations of 100%, 75% and 50% respectively. Conclusion: The antibacterial potential of kepok banana peel extract at the overall concentration and the most optimal concentration is 100% where the diameter of the inhibition zone in Staphylococcus aureus is 7,60 mm and in Streptococcus pneumoniae is 7,78 mm.

Abstract

The study find out that teaching vocabulary through brainstorming game could develop the students' ability in using vocabulary, especially for students in Eighth grade MTs.Al-Wasliyah Lubuk Pakam in the extend 85.18% . After analyzing the data, it was found out the students' ability in using vocabulary got improvement through brainstorming game. The result of the analyzing the data showed that there was an improving on the students' ability in mastering vocabulary from each cycles. It was showed from the mean of pre-test was 39,62. Where, there were 9 students got success score criteria or it was only 33.33% and 18 students got unsuccess or it was 66,67 %. After doing cycle I through brainstorming game, there was an improving of the result of the students' mean was 58.14. Where, 15 students got success criteria score or it was only 55.56% and 12 students got unsuccess criteria score or it was 44.44%. Then, doing repairing for second cycle after reflection on the first cycle, there was improving of students' mean was 88.89. Where, 23 students' got success criteria score or it was 85,18%. In other words, the students' ability in mastering vocabulary was improved. And based on interviewed, observation sheet, diary notes and documentation, it showed that the expression and excitement of the students were also improved.

Abstract

Penelitian yang berjudul “Pengaruh Penerapan Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Bamboo dancing terhadap Prestasi Belajar IPS Siswa Kelas VIII SMP Negeri 4 Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini mengangkat masalah bagaimanakah pengaruh model pembelajaran  kelas VIII-1 (eksperimen) siswa yang mencapai ketuntasan sebesar 83,33 persen dan kelas VIII-2 (kelas kontrol) siswa yang mencapai ketuntasan sebesar 40 persen.  Perhitungan korelasi (r) untuk mencari pengaruh antara variabel X dan Y diperoleh hasil sebesar 0,96 hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa adanya hubungan yang erat antara  variabel X (nilai hasil siswa belajar kooperatif tipe Bamboo dancing) dan variabel Y (nilai prestasi belajar konvensional).

Abstract

With the advancement of technology in the form of the internet, pornographic content has become very accessible to every age including children, as a result of which it has an impact on increasing pornography crimes among the community, especially child pornography. One of the factors that causes this is because sometimes the content is on the same web page as adult pornography content. In other countries, child pornography can be punished if a person commits acts such as viewing and possessing content containing child pornography. Unlike the legal arrangements  in Indonesia, child pornography can only be punished if a person distributes or lends his child pornography content to others for commercial purposes only, in this case it does not specifically regulate the act of "viewing and possessing child pornography content" even though in other countries this act is considered reprehensible and a criminal offense. The practice of giving punishment to perpetrators of the distribution of child pornography content in Indonesia is also still limited because it turns out that in Indonesia the act is not regulated as a criminal offense. Ideal legal protection efforts in protecting children as victims of pornography can be done by harmonizing laws and regulations related to child pornography. This is because the laws and regulations governing child pornography still have formulations related to acts that are incomplete or not explained in detail so that they cannot realize justice for child victims of pornography. Because basically everyone has the right to obtain legal protection, including children. The writing of this journal uses  normative juridical aspects and uses conceptual approach methods. Meanwhile, to analyze this problem is carried out by a descriptive analysis method, which is looking for the theoretical basis of child protection in pornography law in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study tries to find out the wage system that coolies obey in tobacco plantations in Deli, East Sumatra, the methods used by the authorities to punish coolies there, and the influence of the wage system on the colonial life of coolies in tobacco plantations in Deli. East Sumatra. using research techniques and libraries to obtain the necessary facts (library research). The research findings indicate that Development has emerged as a key attraction for other parties wishing to make financial investments in Deli. The gardeners' piece rate scheme is used only for their benefit. The coolies actually suffered a lot under this regime because their 35 cents per hour work was too little to meet their needs. Another problem is if the garden owner withholds wages when the employees are disciplined and pays for tools that the employees will use at work according to the wage system. The porter was responsible for paying for everything in bulk. This causes the life of the coolies to become even more difficult, because for their daily needs they have to toil with lives that are threatened.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see how individual characteristics, work placement, and work environment affect employee performance. CV. Enam Jaya has employees with characteristics who are less careful in recording stock inventories, so they often experience cases where the stock reports do not match the warehouse stock, lack of work among employees, which results in many pending tasks, lack of planning in carrying out tasks. In terms of an inadequate work environment such as lack of air cleanliness in the room, hot air temperature and disturbing noise. CV. Enam Jaya has a population of 50 employees using the quota sampling technique which is used in research that has a limited number of samples. The data processing method in this study used Minitab version 20. The research data used were primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression test. The results of the study indicate that: There is a positive and significant effect of the Work Environment on Employee Performance, but there is no influence of Individual Characteristics and Work Placement on Employee Performance.

Abstract

Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional dan Sikap Belajar Siswa terhadap Prestasi Belajar Sejarah (Survei pada Sekolah Menengah Swasta di Jakarta Timur). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan sikap belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Sejarah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei dengan analisis korelasi dan regresi, yaitu menghubungkan antara data yang menunjukkan pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan sikap belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Sejarah. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan 1).Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kecerdasan emosional dan sikap belajar secara bersama-sama terhadap prestasi belajar Sejarah siswa SMA Swasta di Jakarta Timur. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan perolehan Sig. 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05  dan Fh = 139,475. 2).Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kecerdasan emosional terhadap prestasi belajar Sejarah siswa SMA Swasta di Jakarta Timur. Hal ini dibuktikan oleh hasil pengujian hipotesis yang diperoleh bahwa nilai Sig. 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05  dan th = 5,474.3).Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan sikap belajar terhadap prestasi belajar Sejarah siswa SMA Swasta di Jakarta Timur. Hal ini dibuktikan oleh hasil pengujian hipotesis yang diperoleh bahwa nilai Sig. 0,000 0,05  dan th = 5,416.

Abstract

This journal will discuss the criminal obligation of the leasing participation in withdrawing fiduciary collateral through current and future debt collectors in line with law number 42 of 1999 regarding Fiduciary guarantees. Leasing participation on Withdrawal of Fiduciary Collateral through Debt collectors according with the regulation. Efforts for criminal liability of the leasing participation within the revocation of fiduciary ensures through the gathering authority according with law number 42 concerning fiduciary collateral, indicating that a person who has a strength of attorney from a financial organization to a 3rd part for fiduciary ensures A guarantee penalty has in no way been held criminally responsible, it should be based on for that reason this series of actions, the person who offers the power of legal professional to withdraw from the fiduciary assure can satisfy the necessities inside the article of the criminal Code.
