Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: (1) perkembangan petani pala di di Desa Lhok Bengkuang, dan (2) tingkat kesejahteraan sosial ekonomi masyarakat petani pala di Desa Lhok Bengkuang Kecamatan Tapaktuan Aceh Selatan  1984 -2013. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian sejarah, yang terdiri dari empat prosedur kerja yaitu, mengumpulkan sumber (heuristik), kritik sumber (Verifikasi), Penafsiran (Interpretasi) dan Penulisan Sejarah (Historiografi). Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa: Perkembangan pala ini mulai dibudidayakan keseluruh pelosok Aceh sejak 1870. Di Desa Lhok Bengkuang motivasi para petani menanam pala didorong oleh faktor alamnya yang tidak baik untuk tanaman komoditi lainya. Sistem pemasaran komoditi pala ini dilakukan secara langsung oleh petani (oligopsoni) dengan sistem pembayaran kontan. Para petani rata-rata menanggung jumlah keluarga 5-8 orang. Jika diperhatikan tingkat pendidikan anak mereka rata-rata masih menempuh jenjang pendidikan SMP dan SMA. Sedangkan kondisi fisik rumah tempat tinggal para petani rata-rata sudah tergolong permanen. Pendapatan dan luas area pertanian/kebun pala yang dimiliki oleh petani, maka rata-rata petani pala di Desa Lhok Bengkuang Kecamatan Tapaktuan, Aceh Selatan memiliki luas area kebun pala berkisar antara 2 Ha sedang penghasilan yang diperoleh petani rata berkisar antara Rp. 26.000.000 – 31.000.000/tahunnya. Besar atau kecilnya pendapatan petani sangat bergantung pada luas area perkebunan serta keadaan harga pala di pasaran.

Abstract

Coriander seeds are spices that are generally used by Indonesian people not only as a food ingredient, but also as a medicinal ingredient. The purpose of this study was to determine the content of secondary metabolites in coriander seeds ( Coriandrum sativum L.). This study used the maceration extraction method with 96% ethanol as a solvent and then continued with phytochemical screening. From the results of the phytochemical screening of 96% ethanol extract of coriander seeds ( Coriandrum Sativum L.), it was found that the extract contained phenolic compounds, flavonoids, tannins, saponins, triterpenoids and steroids, and did not contain alkaloids .

Abstract

This research aims to determine (1) the role and efforts of the school committee in improving the quality of education at SMA Negeri 5 Banda Aceh and (2) the obstacles faced by the school committee in improving the quality of education at SMA Negeri 5 Banda Aceh. This article uses qualitative approach with qualitative descriptive research methods. The research subjects consisted of school principals and school committees. This research data collection technique is to use interview techniques, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the school committee has carried out its role well, namely as an advisory agency, a supporter (supporting agency), a controller (controlling agency), and as a liaison agency (mediator agency). There are several obstacles faced by the school committee, namely in the implementation of learning carried out in schools is still limited to learning in the classroom, which means that learning is carried out limited to the delivery of material and the work plan has not been formed by the committee at SMA Negeri 5 Banda Aceh.

Abstract

The research, titled "Standard of Economic Teacher Learning Process at senior high school in Banda Aceh" aims to know the standards of the learning process and know what obstacles economic teachers face in implementing the standard of learning process. This research was conducted using quantitative methods with a type of declining research using frequency distribution techniques. The population in this study was an economics teacher at senior high school in Banda Aceh city of 47 people. The number of samples in this study amounted to 12 teachers of economic subjects with purposive sampling techniques that are sampling techniques with certain considerations. The results showed: (1) Obtained from the distribution of questionnaires that the standard of learning process of economics teachers at sma negeri in Banda city as a whole that entered into the category is very good number of 10 teachers, and 2 teachers implement the standard of learning process into the category of good. (2) Obtained from the results of the interview that the obstacles faced by teachers in carrying out the standards of the learning process are: when implementing the standard of learning process curriculum 2013 is very many forms of learning that must be implemented by a teacher, many components that must be noticed by teachers simultaneously in carrying out the standard of learning process.

Abstract

Speech Act is communication activity which contains the intent to be conveyed when speaking (the illocutionary power of an utterance) and the effect the speaker wants to achieve (perlocutionary speech). In the sale and purchase of sand mining on the banks of the Sariak River, Padang Pariaman Regency, there is a speech act between the miner and the buyer of the sand. The researcher wants to reveal the lexicon and meaning in speech acts as linguistic documentation and the richness of the lexicon. The purpose of this research is to develop linguistics in a sociopragmatic perspective. The theory used in this study is the theory of speech acts in sociopragmatic science. In this study the author uses a qualitative approach. The researcher found the syntactic aspect in the form of words and sentences. The syntactic form found is in the form of nouns that turn into adverbs due to changes in meaning in speech acts based on the context. Then find the sentence mode in the speech act of request by using declarative and interrogative sentences/questions, and using terms and language that are in accordance with the social context of interaction and culture of the community, so that efficient communication is achieved.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) determine whether the speed of customs services, employee integrity, and employee empathy simultaneously have a significant effect on service user satisfaction at the Tanjung Perak Customs Middle Type KPPBC; (2) find out which of the speed of customs service, employee integrity, and employee empathy partially have a dominant influence on service user satisfaction at the Tanjung Perak Medium Customs Type KPPBC. The research method used is the survey method. The primary data source in this study was in the form of questionnaire data on service users at the Customs and Excise Service Office of the Tanjung Perak Medium Type Customs. Methods of data collection through field research methods (Field Research Method), namely questionnaires and literature studies. The results of this study indicate that (1) simultaneously the independent variables consisting of Service Speed, Integrity and Empathy have a significant effect on service user satisfaction in the supervisory office and Tanjung Perak Customs and Excise Services Surabaya is acceptable; (2) partially the dominant influence on service user satisfaction is the Service Speed variable.

Abstract

Strategic management is planning, monitoring, analysis and evaluation that is carried out on an ongoing basis from all the needs needed by organizations both in the world of education in an effort to achieve their goals. The purpose of strategic management in the world of education is an effort to improve education based on established laws. The implementation of strategic management of the school environment includes internal and external analysis and reaches a strategic evaluation to determine the extent to which results have been achieved. This study aims to describe the strategic management of Uisu Siantar Private High School based on an analysis of the internal environment. The internal environment is an environment that has a direct influence on the operation of educational institutions, such as curriculum, students, teaching and educational staff, facilities and infrastructure as the potential of the school itself, the competitive situation, the situation of educational customers, and graduate users. Everything influences the determination of strategies that are expected to support the school in achieving its goals. This study uses a qualitative approach and descriptive type. While collecting data using interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data presentation and conclusion. The application of strategic management in education is carried out through the preparation of strategy formulation and strategy implementation, by combining school-based management.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah apakah strategi belajar inquiring mind want to know berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar sejarah siswa kelas X IPA di SMAN 2 Simeulue Barat, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh strategi belajar inquiring mind want to know dengan gallery learning terhadap prestasi belajar sejarah siswa kelas X IPA di SMAN 2 Simeulue Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan Jenis penelitian eksperimen. Adapun yang dijadikan sebagai populasi adalah seluruh siswa kelas X IPA di SMAN 2 Simeulue Barat yang terdiri dari dua kelas yang membuka 40 orang, X-IPA2 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan X-IPA1 sebagai kelas kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan tes dan dokumentasi. hasil Berdasarkan penelitian diketahui bahwa (1) secara homogenitas kedua kelas yang dijadikan sampel bersifat homogen. Hasil ini dapat diketahui dari hasil uji homogenitas varians dengan hasil penelitian Fhitung Ftabel atau 1,32 2,15 (2) untuk normalitas eksperimen diperoleh bahwa x2hitung x2tabel atau 3,03 16,9 sedangkan uji normalitas kelas kontrol diperoleh x2hitung x2tabel atau 3,57 16.9, dapat dikatakan kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol berdistribusi normal (3) hasil uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji-t dan diperoleh nilai thitung = 2,59 dan nilai ttabel pada taraf signifikan = 0,05 dengan dk = 38 adalah 1,68 dengan Kriteria pengujian, maka Ha diterima. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proses belajar mengajar dengan menggunakan strategi inquiring mind want to know dengan galeri pembelajaran menunjukkan hasil penelitian yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Up to this point, Indonesian political machinery has experienced cyclical instability dating back to the Orde Lama and Reformasi. Perpolitikan semakin mendekati iklim yang lebih demokratis dalam konteks era reformasi ini. Despite this, Indonesia continues to experience a period of democratic transition. Pemilihan Umum Kepala Daerah (Pemilukada) is the primary tool used by democratic mechanisms to create kepemimpinan in a certain region. After several years in Rezim Orde Baru's environment, where he failed to provide the populace with the opportunity to express their own opinions, Pemilukada was steadfastly adopted as a democratic path in the process of choosing the new head of state. Abstract

Freedom of speech and expression must be accompanied by ethics and sensitivity when a message is delivered. Otherwise, the purpose of delivering the message may fail-the presence of rejection and adverse reactions from people who read or receive messages. The tragedy at Kanjuruhan stadium can be seen from various aspects: communication ethics, especially in speaking, thinking, and behaving. Second, based on the spiral of silence theory, discourse debates give rise to a diversity of opinions that will eventually narrow down to a single phase of silence. Using Literature Review, this study will explain various things from the wealth of opinions circulating in the community through Twitter and online media from 01 October – 14 October 2022.
