Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine changes in people's perceptions of the nyorong tradition. This study describes the Sumbawa people's perception of the Nyorong tradition found in the Nyorong culture in Sumbawa district. This research is a type of qualitative research. The method used is descriptive analysis. The source of the data in this study is the perception of the Sumbawa people obtained from the informants. The data in this study were in the form of recordings which were analyzed based on community responses. Based on the results of the discussion, there is the elimination of traditions at several stages in the Nyorong incident due to financial and external cultural influences resulting in the Sumbawa people leaving their pure identity in the form of practicing marriage with a series of applications, determining the day, Kabul consent then finally thanksgiving. The loss of the nyorong tradition during the delivery of the dowry, which previously occurred in the nyorong event, preparing equipment for the nyorong event, packing luggage, forming a nyorong committee, preparing the nyorong arena, carrying out the nyorong attraction), old replay (reply to rhymes).

Abstract

Cisaat Village in Subang District is a developing tourist village increasingly visited by Middle Eastern tourists. Unfortunately, the Tourism Awareness Group (pokdarwis) in Cisaat has not yet mastered Arabic communication skills, although they have already gained experience in learning Arabic. This research aims to develop Arabic teaching materials for tourism village groups in Indonesia. This study uses the research and development method of Thiagarajan's 4D model. The instruments of this study were questionnaires distributed to 30 members of Pokdarwis and unstructured interviews. The data analysis used was quantitative descriptive. The results showed a need to prepare Arabic teaching materials for Tourism Awareness Groups (Pokdarwis) at Cisaat Tourism Village. Educational materials are designed in e-audio books, and the learning topics presented are transportation, homestay (hotel), and transactions.

Abstract

The implementation of earth alms is a culture that is carried out from generation to generation by the people of Indonesia, especially on the island of Java as a form of gratitude for the gift of the earth's produce by God. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the earth alms tradition associated with character education in the form of moral values contained in the implementation of the tradition. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a literature study approach. The findings and results of this study indicate that culture is a strong solution to the demoralization that occurs in the nation's generation. This is stated in the values contained in the implementation of the earth alms tradition which includes social, religious, economic and other aspects.

Abstract

This research was aimed at finding and describing about the affixation process of Verbs in Bajo Language, and the finding similarities and differences of verbs in English and Bajo language. This research was classified as a descriptive qualitative study. The techniques of data collection used in this research were interview and study document. The data were analyzed by using contrastive analysis. The result of the research showed that most of verbs in Bajo language changed based on meaning. The change on meaning could be formed from affixation process. Affixation process of verbs in Bajo language there is prefix process, suffix process, simulfix process, and confix process. While affixation process of verbs in English, there is prefix process, suffix process and confix process. The similarities of affixation process of verbs in English and Bajo language are both have the prefix process, suffix process, confix process in the morphological process. Difference was affixation process of verbs is in English did not have simulfix process of affixation process.

Abstract

Empowerment of local communities is an important aspect that must be carried out by all parties as a form of caring for fellow human beings. The sense of concern for the surrounding community is also driven by the Pertamina Integrated Terminal Banjarmasin by creating a program that targets several fields including the economic, environmental, education and health sectors. With that explained that research is a type of qualitative research with data sources derived from library sources. There are three important questions in this research. First, what is the role of Pertamina Patra Niaga Integrated Terminal Banjarmasin in realizing the Sustainable Development Goals in Indonesia? Second, how is the Pertamina Patra Niaga Integrated Terminal Banjarmasin realized in realizing the economic and social development of the Banjarmasin community? Third, what is the urgency of the Pertamina Patra Niaga Integrated Terminal Banjarmasin Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program for the community? The theme taken in this study is community empowerment around the company through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). The results of this study show evidence that Pertamina Patra Niaga Integrated Terminal Banjarmasin is capable of empowering the surrounding community by providing teaching in the fields of economics, environment, education and health. The success of the program initiated by Pertamina Patra Niaga Integrated Terminal Banjarmasin also comes from the social factor of Human Resources (HR) in the region having an interest in developing and learning. With human resources who have been equipped with an understanding related to ecology, natural resources in the Banjarmasin environment can be developed.

Abstract

Law No. 31 of 2014 on witness and Victim Protection (Article 1) states that LPSK is an institution tasked and authorized to provide protection and other rights to witnesses and/or victims as stipulated in the law. And in Article 12 states LPSK is responsible for handling the provision of protection and assistance to witnesses and victims based on the duties and authorities as stipulated in the law. In certain circumstances, protection may be granted shortly after the application is submitted to LPSK. The factor of lack of socialization for people in the area is the weakness of LPSK's performance development, although currently in 2023 LPSK has stated that it has provided various channels, ranging from application applications available on Android, services via Whatsapp, email, letters.

Abstract

Idi city an administrative city thas has the main function as the adminisrative center of East Aceh Regency, this city is known as an area that has various historical heritages that are still preserved today. The purpose of thish research was to explain the development and process of ecological change in Idi City from a fish port city the district capital in 1974-2020. This research methods using a qualitative appproach. The data collection techniques used are documentation, literature review, and interviews. The results of the research showed that, City of Idi has always been known as the center of government during the dutch Colonial period, at which time Idi City had become the center of the discretion of East Aceh Regency. After the colonial period ended, Idi City began to change from the center of government into a fishing port city. Ecologically Idi revedeveloped after being designated as the capital of East Aceh Regency. After Idi Rayeuk was established as the district capital, Idi City became one of the most developed cities in East Aceh Regency. The development of the city of Idi can be seen from the housing and settlement center, office center, and trade center.

Abstract

The sea is one area that is part of people's lives in Indonesia, especially in West Aceh Regency, Aceh Province. The wealth of the sea makes it a source of income for some people who have a profession as fishermen. However, the condition of the sea will not be separated from illegal fishing actions carried out by irresponsible parties, causing disruption of marine ecosystems and sources of public opinion. Therefore, it is necessary for the participation of various parties in protecting the marine area. This study aims to obtain a persuasive strategy of Pangilma Laot in increasing the participation of various parties to assist law enforcement in guarding illegal fishing activities. The research method used in this research is participatory action research which involves various parties involved to play an active role in the object of study in this research. The results of this study prove the need for the participation of various parties in supporting panglima laot for law enforcement to reduce the number of illegal fishing.

Abstract

This research is aimed to examine the significance of the dimension of customer towards customer satisfaction, trust, and customer loyalty. The environmentally friendly brand is popular nowadays. This study was done by quantitative research using a total of 198 samples. The samples were analyzed statistically using the PLS-SEM. The results show that conscious attention and social connection have no significance effect towards customer satisfaction. On the other hands, enthused participation, pro-environmental, pro-community have significant effect to customer satisfaction. This research shows that customer satisfaction has significant effect to trust. Customer satisfaction and trust also shows significant effect to customer loyalty.

Abstract

Annual land subsidence in Tambakrejo Semarang has decreased by 10 to 13 centimeters. However, the government has not adopted any meaningful policies. This article aims to investigate how many government policy measures have been implemented to address land subsidence in Tambakrejo, Semarang. This article is thus written using an empirical   judicial method in which the researchers do direct field observations, interview informants, and collect data from numerous journals. The results acquired and the impact on the Tambakrejo community of material and immaterial losses caused by subsidence. The government's policies have been implemented, however they have been less effective for the people of Tambakrejo.
