Abstract

This study discusses the application of philosophy education as an innovative strategy to develop critical thinking in elementary school students to support the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in the Society 5.0 era. Philosophy education provides space for students to think deeply, analyze problems critically, and understand various points of view. This is important in developing critical thinking skills needed to face global challenges in the Society 5.0 era. Through a philosophy-based approach, students are invited to understand not only academic concepts, but also social values such as equality, justice, and sustainability. This study also examines how the integration of philosophy education in the elementary school curriculum can contribute to the achievement of SDGs, especially in terms of improving the quality of education and inclusive and sustainable character building.

Abstract

The accelerating transition toward sustainable industries demands strategic human resource management that integrates Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles with Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) practices. Despite global recognition, conceptual and operational integration between ESG and GHRM remains limited, particularly in Asia, where adoption rates and standardized performance indicators are still low. This study aims to identify and map international publication trends, thematic structures, and research gaps in ESG–GHRM integration, while proposing a conceptual framework to guide future research and practice. Employing a systematic literature review (SLR) guided by the PRISMA 2020 protocol and supported by bibliometric analysis using VOSviewer, the study synthesizes findings from 26 peer-reviewed articles published between 2020 and 2025, retrieved from Scopus, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar. The bibliometric mapping reveals five dominant thematic clusters: green recruitment, green training, green performance appraisal, pro-environmental employee behavior, and ESG-linked sustainability performance. Emerging research directions include the role of green transformational leadership, digital transformation in sustainable HRM, and culturally grounded leadership models such as Mo’odelo Leadership. Findings indicate that strong GHRM adoption correlates positively with environmental commitment, organizational adaptability, and innovation in sustainability practices. However, research gaps remain in addressing the social and governance dimensions of ESG, developing standardized measurement frameworks, and expanding studies to underrepresented regions such as Southeast Asia. The study contributes to theory by providing evidence-based recommendations for aligning HR policies with sustainability goals. These insights hold significant implications for policymakers, industry leaders, and scholars in fostering resilient, ethically governed, and environmentally responsible organizations

Abstract

This study presents the design and development of a company profilewebsite for PT Rekayasa Industri using the WordPress ContentManagement System (CMS). The main objective is to enhance thecompany’s digital presence and improve communication withstakeholders through an accessible, professional, and cost-effectiveonline platform. WordPress was selected due to its user-friendly featuresand ability to manage content without requiring advanced technical skills.The development process followed the Waterfall methodology, coveringfive sequential stages: requirement analysis, design, implementation,testing, and maintenance. The result is a responsive and informativewebsite that showcases the company’s profile, services, project portfolio,and contact information.The use of WordPress significantly streamlined the development processand enabled easy content updates by internal staff. This approach offers apractical digital solution for companies aiming to build credibility andvisibility in the online environment. The website is expected to supportthe company’s branding strategy and serve as a reliable informationchannel for the public.

Abstract

This project activity is carried out to create an applicationthat can help the sales process and stock management ofgoods more easily, quickly, and regularly. This application isbuilt using Microsoft Access because it is easy to use andsuitable for small business needs. In applicationdevelopment, database design, input and output forms arecreated, and automatic report preparation is carried out. Theapp can record purchase and sale transactions, monitor stockof goods directly, and present reports needed by users. Theresults of using this application show that the transactionrecording process becomes faster and errors in stockmanagement can be reduced. With this application, the salesprocess becomes more efficient and effective. Thisapplication is suitable for business actors who want to startusing digital systems without having to use complicated orexpensive applications.

Abstract

Monetary policy plays a central role in regulating a country's economic stability. Through instruments such as interest rates and cash regulations, central banks strive to control inflation, manage economic growth, and maintain financial system stability. Effective monetary policy is key to creating a stable and sustainable economic climate. This study aims to compare the fintech ecosystems in Indonesia and the UK and provide policy recommendations. Using a comparative descriptive method with analysis of literature, reports, and relevant resources, the UK is shown to have a strong financial infrastructure, progressive regulations, higher financial inclusion, and sound financial literacy. On the other hand, Indonesia faces challenges in financial infrastructure that need to be strengthened, regulations that need to be adapted, and financial access and inclusion that need to be improved. Policy recommendations include inclusive regulation through the establishment of a regulatory sandbox, collaboration between government, industry, and traditional financial institutions, increasing financial literacy through educational programs, strict data protection and cybersecurity, and improving technological infrastructure for equal access to fintech. By implementing these recommendations, Indonesia can develop an inclusive and sustainable fintech sector in line with the UK's success.

Abstract

This study investigated the relationship between financial literacy—which encompasses financial behavior, attitudes, and knowledge—and the profitability of small and medium enterprises in the food and beverage industry in Malang District, Indonesia. The data were collected using a questionnaire distributed to 107 business owners and managers. The relationship between profitability and financial literacy, including financial behavior, attitudes, and knowledge, was examined using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis showed a significant positive influence of financial attitude and knowledge on profitability. Financial behavior, however, had no impact on profitability. The results of this study are expected to increase the awareness of the government and related financial organizations regarding the significance of financial literacy for SMEs, particularly in relation to programs designed to improve their business capacity through financial literacy training and education.

Abstract

PT Cihampelas Cerdas Mandiri is an accommodation company or business entity engaged in accommodation services or room rentals. The cash income system for renting rooms at PT Cihampelas Cerdas Mandiri is still done manually, while PT Cihampelas Cerdas Mandiri has established two hotels, namely Cihampelas Hotel 1 and Cihampelas Hotel 2, with the head office located at Cihampelas Hotel 2. This raises various problems. Companies often face problems with cash income systems from room rentals that are less effective and efficient, so that it can affect the achievement of the Daily Income Report. In this context, a computerized and online cash income accounting information system has been created to facilitate the verification process of calculating cash income from room rentals, as well as reducing the frequency of errors in calculating cash income from room rentals. The purpose of this final report is to improve performance in calculating cash income from room rent to be more effective and efficient in the future. In addition, this Final Project report is a solution for companies in the process of calculating cash income from room rentals computerized using Google Spreadsheets.

Abstract

The effectiveness of the performance appraisal system is a unit consisting of interrelated elements with goals as a measuring tool to assess the properties of work, individual characteristics, and the final result of how productive the individual is in handling his work, which is then used to achieve optimal results, according to organizational goals. In measuring the effectiveness of the performance appraisal system, five dimensions are used, namely relevance, sensitivity, reliability, practicality, and acceptability. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the performance appraisal system of PT Patra Badak Arun Solusi. Sampling amounted to 102 people using incidental sampling techniques. The data collection technique was by distributing a questionnaire containing 10 statements distributed to employees as a measure of the effectiveness of the performance appraisal system at PT Patra Badak Arun Solusi. After that, the data was processed using the SPSS version 22 application, which was then analyzed. Descriptive analysis shows the effectiveness of the performance appraisal system for employees at PT Patra Badak Arun Solusi is effective. The mean is 3.89.

Abstract

Culture is a pattern of attitude of a group that becomes a habit and is passed down from generation to generation. This is also applied in the organization. Every organization has its own culture which differentiates one organization from another. Big companies like Google and Apple attribute their success to the organizational culture they have. Organizations are formed of three elements, namely people, goals, and structure. In addition to organizational culture which has a role in an organization, people in the organization also contribute to the activity of the organization. Perceptions of people or members of the organization can be used as a benchmark to continue to grow to be even better. The purpose of this study was to determine employee perceptions of organizational culture and the interrelationships of organizational culture dimensions at PT Agro Jabar by using quantitative research methods and data analysis. using descriptive statistical methods. The population is all employees of PT Agro Jabar with a census sampling technique sampling design. The results of the study show that of the six dimensions of organizational culture, three of them, namely outcome orientation, people orientation, and team orientation, fall into the 'very good' category, while the dimensions of adaptability, detail orientation, and integrity fall into the 'good' category.

Abstract

The management information system (MIS) is an implementation of information technology that is used, including the transportation sector. PT KAI as a train provider uses an information system to support its business activities, one of which is a train ticket booking application through KAI Access. The entire system of KAI Access is running well, but there are a few deficiencies regarding the output expected from users of this service to make travel more effective and efficient. The drawbacks of this output are in the form of the absence of train track information on the E-ticket and notification of train arrivals in real time in the Application.Therefore it is necessary to design an information system by making a wellstructured project design so that the results obtained by the KAI Access Application user service are maximized. The design is done by first describing business processes using BPMN and designing solutions using Data Flow Diagrams (DFD).
