Abstract

PT Cihampelas Cerdas Mandiri is an accommodation company or business entity engaged in accommodation services or room rentals. The cash income system for renting rooms at PT Cihampelas Cerdas Mandiri is still done manually, while PT Cihampelas Cerdas Mandiri has established two hotels, namely Cihampelas Hotel 1 and Cihampelas Hotel 2, with the head office located at Cihampelas Hotel 2. This raises various problems. Companies often face problems with cash income systems from room rentals that are less effective and efficient, so that it can affect the achievement of the Daily Income Report. In this context, a computerized and online cash income accounting information system has been created to facilitate the verification process of calculating cash income from room rentals, as well as reducing the frequency of errors in calculating cash income from room rentals. The purpose of this final report is to improve performance in calculating cash income from room rent to be more effective and efficient in the future. In addition, this Final Project report is a solution for companies in the process of calculating cash income from room rentals computerized using Google Spreadsheets.

Abstract

The effectiveness of the performance appraisal system is a unit consisting of interrelated elements with goals as a measuring tool to assess the properties of work, individual characteristics, and the final result of how productive the individual is in handling his work, which is then used to achieve optimal results, according to organizational goals. In measuring the effectiveness of the performance appraisal system, five dimensions are used, namely relevance, sensitivity, reliability, practicality, and acceptability. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the performance appraisal system of PT Patra Badak Arun Solusi. Sampling amounted to 102 people using incidental sampling techniques. The data collection technique was by distributing a questionnaire containing 10 statements distributed to employees as a measure of the effectiveness of the performance appraisal system at PT Patra Badak Arun Solusi. After that, the data was processed using the SPSS version 22 application, which was then analyzed. Descriptive analysis shows the effectiveness of the performance appraisal system for employees at PT Patra Badak Arun Solusi is effective. The mean is 3.89

Abstract

Culture is a pattern of attitude of a group that becomes a habit and is passed down from generation to generation. This is also applied in the organization. Every organization has its own culture which differentiates one organization from another. Big companies like Google and Apple attribute their success to the organizational culture they have. Organizations are formed of three elements, namely people, goals, and structure. In addition to organizational culture which has a role in an organization, people in the organization also contribute to the activity of the organization. Perceptions of people or members of the organization can be used as a benchmark to continue to grow to be even better. The purpose of this study was to determine employee perceptions of organizational culture and the interrelationships of organizational culture dimensions at PT Agro Jabar by using quantitative research methods and data analysis. using descriptive statistical methods. The population is all employees of PT Agro Jabar with a census sampling technique sampling design. The results of the study show that of the six dimensions of organizational culture, three of them, namely outcome orientation, people orientation, and team orientation, fall into the 'very good' category, while the dimensions of adaptability, detail orientation, and integrity fall into the 'good' category.

Abstract

The management information system (MIS) is an implementation of information technology that is used, including the transportation sector. PT KAI as a train provider uses an information system to support its business activities, one of which is a train ticket booking application through KAI Access. The entire system of KAI Access is running well, but there are a few deficiencies regarding the output expected from users of this service to make travel more effective and efficient. The drawbacks of this output are in the form of the absence of train track information on the E-ticket and notification of train arrivals in real time in the Application. Therefore it is necessary to design an information system by making a wellstructured project design so that the results obtained by the KAI Access Application user service are maximized. The design is done by first describing business processes using BPMN and designing solutions using Data Flow Diagrams (DFD).

Abstract

Information system for ordering goods based on e-commerce is a system used to make goods ordering transactions using online-based media. This design aims to facilitate ordering goods for customers, as well as convenience for companies. This is one of the solutions to overcome errors in managing goods orders to customers. This allows businesses to easily enter purchase data without writing notes or sales books. Enable store owners to review sales data quickly and efficiently. This study aims to create a more effective means of buying and selling compared to previous methods at PT Trivia Nusantara. This design is done using data flow diagrams in the form of easy-to-create process flows.

Abstract

Business is an activity that offers people's needs in the form of products and services in order to get as much profit as possible. In managing a business, of course, an information system is needed. In running a business, of course, information is very important for business founders, business users, and human resources in it who will use this information for various things. Information can be defined as data that has been processed into a form that has meaning and function for the recipient. PT Menjahit Mimpi Indonesia, a company that focuses on the convection sector, has problems with providing information about the production progress of customer heads that are less effective and efficient. This system for providing information to customers was previously only informed by the admin via chat on social media. But now a solution has been created, namely using spread sheet media so that customers can more easily monitor existing production progress. The existing production progress design has been explained in the DFD level 0.1 to 2 design. With the existing solutions, it is hoped that customer satisfaction, trust, and customer loyalty will increase for PT Menjahit Mimpi Indonesia.

Abstract

Information systems for purchasing and recording inventory of incoming goods are important for companies in carrying out their business activities. Purchase flow system and record incoming goods stock at TB. Sumber Agung is still less effective and efficient. Thus, this can result in errors, delays, and even losses for the company. Therefore, the design of an information system for purchasing stock of goods and recording incoming stock of goods is made to facilitate and provide a positive impact for the company. In addition, the use of manual records for inventory is also not very effective and efficient. Microsoft Excel can be useful for companies to record goods in TB. Sumber Agung. Abstract

Kajja Korean Street Food is a business engaged in food and beverages. Inspired by the many fans of Korean drama films who often display the culture and culinary specialties of the country of ginseng, this is one of the backgrounds for the establishment of this Kajja Korean Street Food business. However, currently Kajja Korean Street Food only has an Instagram account to promote and introduce its food and beverage products, which is not yet effective enough to attract more consumers. Therefore, it is necessary to digitize business using a website. Kajja Korean Street Food chose to create a website-based company profile using the WordPress Content Management System (CMS). The purpose of designing and making a company profile based on this website is to attract more consumers to know about Kajja Korean Street Food products and also as a marketing content that can be used by Kajja Korean Street Food. The design stage is carried out in four stages, namely planning, analysis, design, and implementation. After that, interviews were conducted with business owners regarding the final results of the website that had been created.

Abstract

This study used the descriptive analysis method. The activities carried out are data analysis and distribution of questionnaires. The number of respondents was collected by as many as 115 people. Of the 115 respondents, the population of this study are customers of Bank BRI or have ever transacted at BRI bank. The statistical analysis used is regression analysis using the SPSS version 22 application. The results of this study indicate that the service quality is satisfied based on the mean value of 4.06. The results of the data analysis show that the mean value of consumer satisfaction is 3.87. This value indicates that the level of consumer satisfaction is sufficient to be satisfied. The regression coefficient shows that service quality influence 0.304 to customer satisfaction with a significance level of 0.000. Thus, it can be concluded that service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research intends to examine customer perceptions and purchasing intentions regarding fashion goods that include both domestic and foreign brand imagery. The causal approach used in this quantitative study examines the strength of correlations between variables by putting preexisting assumptions to the test. Purposive sampling methods were used using smartPLS 3.0 software to choose the sample for this research, which consisted of 100 respondents, utilizing the questionnaire method for data collection. According to the study's findings, donning clothing with a local brand image makes most locals feel prouder and more at ease. They often visit local fashion product stores because they are drawn in by the growth of local brand image models. However, some of them really like purchasing imported fashion items because they believe that, despite the lower price, they are more qualified and distinguished.
