This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods, and by using a functionalism approach aims to build a social system or social structure obtained from the study of patterns of functioning relationships between individuals, between groups, or between social institutions that exist in a society. Currently, there are many universities that use social media, but not many universities can make optimal use of social media. Promotion is something that every company must do. The main thing in promotion is to create a persuasive message that is effective to attract the attention of consumers. The use of social media for prospective new students. This study aims to decipher the influence of social media use on the number of new students. This research is a quantitative descriptive research. The sample was taken from users of 9 digital platforms Youtube, Facebook, Tik Tok, Instagram, Twitter, Sportify, ClubHouse, Pintrest and Linkedin. Based on the results of the research, the use of digital platforms to increase the number of university students is increasing. This paper seeks to outline how the trend of social media use in universities, what social media platforms can be used in universities and how social informatics is the use of digital social media platforms for universities.]]>

<![CDATA[Character education is very important because currently there are many students who cannot practice character in their daily lives. The aim of the research carried out by the author is to provide an important overview of the character cultivation that students must have by means of teachers and parents who must work together to always remind students wherever they are to apply character in everyday life. This type of research is qualitative research with the subject of research being Islamic teachers as the main topic of discussion. This is because Islamic teachers are teachers who can require their students to implement character education. Then data collection techniques use interviews and observation. The results of this research explain that character education implemented in the independent curriculum education unit has been determined. So teachers of Islamic Religious Education and Character Education subjects must provide a form of character education in PAI lessons to achieve success in the learning process. These forms are discipline, devotion, honesty, self-awareness, responsibility and empathy.]]>

<![CDATA[Research indicates that the concept of remuneration in Islamic economics emphasizes alignment with its principles. Workers are expected to maintain professionalism and avoid fraud. The primary aim of this remuneration concept is to enhance workers' well-being, reflecting a focus on community welfare and humanity rather than just profit. Entrepreneurs are encouraged to treat workers like family, fulfilling all their needs, and embodying the spirit of cooperation (ta'awun), ensuring no harm comes to any party. This ethos promotes collective responsibility in meeting the basic needs of the less fortunate. In the context of Place in Jakarta City, the remuneration model aligns with Islamic economic principles. Employee pay is based on customer percentage, encouraging each worker to contribute to the business's success. Salaries are adjusted according to the employees' skills and the number of customers they serve, resulting in variable wages rather than a fixed amount. This model ensures that remuneration is fair and reflects the employees' contributions, fostering a cooperative and supportive work environment consistent with Islamic values.]]>

<![CDATA[The problems that will be discussed in this final project are; 1. What is the form of the HR improvement program for the Apparatus at the Tanjungpinang City Satpol PP. 2. Has the program been effective in achieving the expected goals and objectives? Objectives, namely; 1. To find out the form of the HR improvement program at the Tanjungpinang City Satpol PP. 2. To find out how effective the human resource improvement program of the Tanjungpinang City Satpol PP is and to determine the success rate of the program in achieving its goals and objectives. HR development is very important to increase the effectiveness of the Tanjungpinang City Satpol PP program. This program is implemented to improve the ability and skills of Satpol PP personnel in carrying out their duties and functions. This HR improvement program consists of education and training for state defense cadres, disaster task force training, music corps guidance, PPNS and Intel training and martial arts training. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and observations. The results of this study indicate that the skills, knowledge, and professionalism of Satpol PP members have been improved through these programs, which directly improve performance in maintaining public order and security. The human resource improvement program at Satpol PP Tanjungpinang City has been running effectively although there are constraints related to budget limitations.]]>

<![CDATA[New Student Admission in the zoning system has been carried out since 2017. However, as long as this zoning system is in effect, it has not been able to guarantee an equal distribution of the number of students accepted in each school, because there is still one school that receives the number of students not up to the predetermined capacity plan. The purpose of this study is to determine the results of the implementation of the zoning system in the New Student Admission in 2023 in Tanjungpinang City. The research used is a qualitative method. The theory used is the evaluation indicators according to Dunn (2000). The results showed that the implementation of the zoning system that had been implemented in 2023 in the effectiveness dimension showed that the implementation of PPDB in the zoning system was not carried out optimally in accordance with the rules stated in the Technical Guidelines. The efficiency dimension shows that the agency has made a number of efforts to be able to achieve equal distribution of capacity, but the results of the implementation that occur in the field cannot be considered efficient because the community itself still adheres to the understanding of favorite schools or hereditary schools. The adequacy dimension shows that the facilities and infrastructure in Tanjungpinang City have not been carried out evenly. The equalization dimension shows that the implementation of the zoning system in 2023 cannot guarantee the equalization of the capacity plan received in each school. ]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims at Fundraising Strategy in Increasing ZIS Funds in LAZ PERSADA East Java. One of the most important things in a zakat institution is fund raising activities. Fundraising is an activity to collect funds and other resources from the community, whether individually, in groups or organizations, where the funds will be distributed and utilized for the benefit of the mustahik. So in this case, zakat institutions must have an efficient and effective fundraising strategy so that these funds can be managed optimally. LAZ PERSADA is one of the amil zakat institutions that has succeeded in raising tens of billions of funds over the last two years, this cannot be separated from the fundraising strategy they have. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods and data sources come from interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that the fundraising strategy implemented by LAZ Persada is broadly grouped into three, namely retail or direct collection, partnerships such as corporate social responsibility, and digital channels or indirect collection such as websites and social media.]]>

<![CDATA[In this problem, the State University futsal team The Jakarta State University futsal team has a problem of lack of success in attacking and controlling the ball through the application of ineffective combination play, which hinders the ability of the Jakarta State University team to create space to become opportunities and create goals. One of the problems that may arise is the lack of variety in the combination play of players when attacking and controlling the ball. The research method used in this research is the experimental method. The variables studied, including the independent variable and the dependent variable, have been determined explicitly by the researcher since the beginning of the study. The independent variable in this study is combination play training, while the dependent variable is collectivity. The results showed that there was an increase in collectivity ability after being given combination play training with a tcount value of 6.23 which is greater than ttable 2.16 with a significance level of 0.05. This is in accordance with the framework and theory as well as the research hypothesis which says that there is an effect of combination play training on futsal collectivity. Based on the problems found, which are supported by literature review, framework and research results, it can be concluded that there is an effect of combination play training on the collectivity of the UNJ futsal team. ]]>
