Abstract

The implementation of the Independent Curriculum in the Indonesian education system is a strategic step towards realizing relevant, meaningful learning that is oriented towards character building for students. This curriculum not only emphasizes academic achievement but also prioritizes holistic human development through an approach aligned with the principles of educational humanism. Educational humanism views students as learning subjects with potential, dignity, and uniqueness that must be respected in every educational process. Through student-centered learning, the Independent Curriculum presents differentiated, contextual, dialogical learning practices, as well as formative and authentic assessments that support the development of positive student character. The implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) is a concrete manifestation of the integration of humanistic values ​​in learning, which encourages the growth of empathy, mutual cooperation, responsibility, tolerance, and social awareness. Furthermore, the philosophical reconstruction of student-centered learning shifts the educational paradigm from a mechanistic approach to a humanistic-constructivist approach that emphasizes meaningful learning experiences and self-actualization. The role of teachers has transformed into facilitators and learning companions who build dialogic relationships and inclusive learning environments. Thus, the Independent Curriculum, based on educational humanism, contributes significantly to shaping students' character, making them independent, possessing integrity, adaptable, and ready to face the challenges of 21st-century education.

Abstract

ASEAN Connectivity is a strategic agenda aimed at strengthening regional integration through the development of physical, institutional, and people-to-people connectivity. For Indonesia as an archipelagic state, the maritime transport sector plays a crucial role in supporting regional physical connectivity. This article analyzes the role and strategies of Indonesia’s maritime economic diplomacy within the framework of ASEAN Connectivity, with particular attention to Indonesia’s participation in the ASEAN Maritime Transport Working Group (MTWG) as a sectoral cooperation forum. This study employs a qualitative approach using a literature-based design combined with policy analysis. Data are collected from official ASEAN documents, publications of relevant ministries and institutions, regional cooperation reports, and academic literature on economic diplomacy, regional connectivity, and ASEAN maritime cooperation. The data are analyzed through a descriptive-analytical method to identify Indonesia’s position, diplomatic strategies, and policy implications arising from its engagement in the ASEAN MTWG. The findings indicate that the ASEAN MTWG serves as a strategic instrument for Indonesia to advance national interests in maritime transport and connectivity while enhancing its contribution to ASEAN’s regional integration agenda. Through this forum, Indonesia seeks to align national priorities with regional objectives, particularly in maritime infrastructure development and the harmonization of maritime transport policies. However, Indonesia’s maritime economic diplomacy continues to face challenges, including disparities in capacity among ASEAN member states and complex institutional coordination. This article contributes to international relations scholarship by highlighting the importance of ASEAN sectoral forums as arenas for maritime economic diplomacy.

Abstract

The creative industry sector, particularly the musical instrument craft, is showing a positive growth trend due to the increasing interest in music among the public. However, this rising demand often does not match the production capacity of small and medium enterprises (UMKM). This study aims to analyze the production capacity and demand patterns of Nira Gitar, a UMKM located in Klaten, Central Java. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data was collected through in depth interviews with the owner and employees, field observations, and sales reports from January to December 2025. The findings show that Nira Gitar has an average monthly production capacity of 50 guitar units, with each unit taking 2 to 3 days to complete. This capacity is limited by several key factors, namely the use of manual production tools, a shortage of experienced workers, fluctuations in the availability of high-quality wood materials (mahogany and meranti), and weather conditions affecting the drying process. On the other hand, the total demand for the year 2025 reached 598 units, with the highest order recorded in December, totaling 118 units. The company's strategy of educating customers about the product and focusing on quality rather than quantity has built consumer trust, even though the production capacity is not yet able to meet market demand instantly. This study recommends the need for gradual modernization of production tools, training for workers' skills, and strengthening the supply chain of raw materials to improve efficiency and production volume in order to meet the continuously growing market demand.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the digital content strategies implemented by Company XY, an MSME in the automotive spare parts sector, on Instagram and TikTok platforms, and to analyze the performance of both platforms in terms of reach and audience response. A qualitative case study approach was employed, with data collection techniques including observation, documentation, and interviews with the marketing team and account visitors. The analysis was conducted by referring to digital content strategy elements, social media performance indicators (4C), and the Uses and Gratifications Theory. The results indicate that the implementation of a structured content strategy significantly enhanced social media performance. Entertainment and humor-based content using a soft-selling approach was identified as the most effective format, contributing 75.5% of the total overall metrics. TikTok played an optimal role in reaching new B2C (Business to Consumer) audiences through the FYP (For Your Page) algorithm, while Instagram excelled in building brand credibility and maintaining B2B (Business to Business) customer loyalty through educational product content. Despite the increase in reach, the effectiveness of conversion through vouchers and discounts remained low. Therefore, optimization of incentive strategies and the recruitment of dedicated digital marketing staff are required to enhance interaction and sales volume.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine how rewards and punishments influence employee performance at PT Wahana Megahputra Makassar, both individually and simultaneously. This study aims to determine the extent to which rewards and punishments can help employees improve their job performance. A quantitative method with an associative approach was applied in this study. The research involved 60 permanent and contract employees of PT Wahana Megahputra Makassar as the population. The population was selected using a saturated sampling technique, also known as a census. Data were collected through questionnaires, observations, and documentation. Multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25 was employed to analyze the data and determine how the independent variables (rewards and punishments) affect the dependent variable (employee performance). The findings indicate that both rewards and punishments have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. The results also show that when a company implements a fair and consistent reward and punishment system, employees tend to be more motivated and responsible in carrying out their duties.

Abstract

The booking process with the food and municipal business (f&b) has an important part to contribute to the direct distribution of goods from the center to the partner. However, in xyz group, booking processes are still carried out by hand through unstructured format whatsapp messages, which leads to nonuniform data, miscommunication, and slow record keeping and distribution processes. This research aims to design standardized reservations forms as more effective course improvements solutions without the need for complex application development. The research method used is a qualitative description with a case study approach. Data collection techniques were made through direct observation during apprenticeship as well as detailed booking channels. In addition, the study adopted the system design approach (prototyping) in composing the proposal reservations system. Research shows that application of standardized booking forms can improve order order order order, improve information accuracy, and reduce the need for clarification by section MCC. The proposed system also facilitated the process of data recapitulation and increased the efficiency of divisional coordination, supporting the distribution operational efficiency of the F&B franchise.

Abstract

Injury cases in primary health centers are quite common and require proper initial treatment to prevent complications. Simple immobilization is one important method for early injury management, aiming to restrict movement in the injured area to reduce pain, prevent swelling from worsening, and avoid further tissue damage. This study was conducted to observe how simple immobilization techniques are actually applied in injury management at community health centers, specifically at Puskesmas Laja. The method used descriptive observational study, where we directly observed the patient care process and conducted brief interviews with health workers. The observation results showed that simple immobilization techniques such as using splints, elastic bandages, and temporary movement restriction were applied according to the injury condition and available resources. These techniques were quite effective as initial steps before patient referral if needed. In conclusion, simple immobilization techniques play an important role in injury management at community health centers and need continuous development through training and adequate equipment availability.

Abstract

Lower extremity injuries are one of the health problems that are often encountered in first-level health care facilities, especially due to physical activity, sports, and accidents. This study aims to describe the practice of handling lower extremity injuries at the Koiloda Health Center. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach through direct observation and interviews with health workers. The results showed that the most commonly treated types of injuries included muscle strains, ankle ligament sprains, contusions, open wounds, and suspected fractures. Treatment is carried out according to the standards of first-level health services, namely through initial examinations, the application of RICE principles (Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation), simple immobilization, pain management, wound care, and referral to advanced health facilities in severe cases. Although the handling practice has been carried out according to procedures, this study also found that there are limitations in facilities and supporting facilities that can affect the quality of service. The conclusion of the study emphasizes that the Koeloda Health Center has carried out the handling of lower extremity injuries according to standards, but it is necessary to improve facilities, training health workers, and support for the referral system so that services are more optimal and comprehensive.

Abstract

Data from the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2020 shows that around 8-10% experi- ence anxiety during pregnancy and this increases to 13% when delivery ap- proaches. Midwives have a big role in overcoming this problem, one of which is by lavender aromatherapy and audio hypnosis. Research objective: to determine of giving lavender aromatherapy and audiohypnosis to reduce anxiety facing child- birth in third trimester pregnant women. Researchmethodology: Search for jour- nals using a database via Google Schoolar and Pubmed with keywords, then 10 journals were found that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria which were then reviewed. The research results from each journal show that the intervention of providing lavender aromatherapy and audio hypnosis has an effect on reducing anxiety facing childbirth in third trimester pregnant women. Conclusion: The intervention of providing lavender aromatherapy and audio hypnosis has an effect on reducing anxiety facing childbirth in third trimester pregnant women. Suggestion:Pregnant women who receive of lavender aromatherapy and audio hypnosis inter- vention are expected to be able to carry out the intervention correctly so that they can overcome stress and tension during pregnancy.
