Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penguatan modal sosial masyarakat Kelurahan Kumpulrejo Kota Salatiga menghadapi Pandemi Covid-19 menggunakan konsep modal sosial yaitu kepercayaan, norma, jejaring. Metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data wawancara dan terjun ke lapangan. Munculnya gerakan Lumbung Tulung Tinulung dilandasi oleh nilai-nilai kehidupan yang disepakati bersama dan berkembang di dalam masyarakat Kumpulrejo, yaitu kepedulian terhadap lingkungan sekitar. Hasil penelitian yaitu kepercayaan sebagai salah satu unsur dalam modal sosial menjadi unsur fundamental dalam membangun dan memperkuat program Lumbung Tulung Tinulung. Norma sebagai salah satu modal sosial ditandai dengan adanya nilai-nilai dasar dalam masyarakat Kumpulrejo yang menjadi pengikat baik internal maupun eksternal. Jejaring sebagai salah satu unsur modal sosial dilihat dari penguatan peran Lumbung Tulung Tinulung tidak hanya sebagai tempat mengumpulkan dan menyalurkan bahan pangan menjadi sebuah program dan gerakan yang mampu mengedukasi masyarakat maupun membangun dan membina jejaring antar aktor. Kesimpulan berdirinya Lumbung Tulung Tinulung merupakan salah satu langkah dalam rangka membangun ketahanan masyarakat Kelurahan Kumpulrejo dalam menghadapi pandemi Covid-19 berdasarkan konsep modal sosial.

Abstract

Kumpulrejo Village becomes the priority of Salatiga City in the sustainable village development based on the local potential of agrotourism. Kumpulrejo holds potential in livestock farming, nearly 80% of the population are dairy farmers. Suboptimal institutional capacity of the Livestock Farmer Groups in managing potentials results in problems regarding sustainable village development program in Kumpulrejo. The community’s social capital is expected to significantly affect the Livestock Farmer Groups’s institutional capacity strengthening. The present study aims to find out the affect of social capital on the institutional capacity strengthening with regard to argoturism-based sustainable village development in Kumpulrejo. The method that used was quantitative-descriptive, data obtained from questionnaires, observation, and interview. The sampling technique used by simple random sampling, to the 60 respondents. The study showed that social capital which consist of a trust, social network, and norms significantly affect to the institutional capacity strengthening by 57,9%. Partially, a trust did not hold significantly affect, while social network and norms significantly affect the institutional capacity strengthening of livestock farmer groups in Kumpulrejo Village.

Abstract

Health is one of the basic rights possessed by everyone which is approved in various laws and constitutions. Therefore, health is a human right. The United Nations Development Program (UNDP) reported the level of health of the Indonesian people in 2008 was below the standards of countries in Asia. Improving Health Insurance for Indonesian needs to be Improved. This paper is intended to analyze the National Health Insurance, known as Social Security Administrator in the City of Salatiga, which is one of the downstream of Universal Health Coverage in realizing the United Nations program to provide health services to the public in accordance with the 1948 UN Declaration Article 25 paragraph 1. The method used in this research is to find Qualitative by using triangulation, namely direct observation in the field, interviews with relevant parties, and supporting documents. The results of this study analyze as part of the global development agenda as well as guarantee for human security. The implementation of the National Health Insurance in Salatiga City in 2018-2019 has increased mainly due to individual coverage and budget, although it has not met the UHC 95% target in 2019. This shows that Universal Health Coverage (UHC) is a form of protection of human rights as well as strategic steps to ensure human security, especially in the health sector.

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan menganalisis bonus demografi Kota Salatiga dalam aspek keluarga berencana, serta adaptasi dimasa pandemi covid-19. Masalah difokuskan pada perubahan demografi kependudukan, aspek keluarga berencana dan perubahan sosial diikuti dengan adaptasi. Sebagai pisau analisisnya menggunakan teori dari Robert King Merton tentang fungsionalisme struktural dan tipe adaptasi serta konsep perubahan sosial. Data-data dikumpulkan melalui data sekunder dari data demografi yang ada di Kota Salatiga dan data primer melalui wawancara terhadap pihak-pihak yang berkaitan dalam penelitian ini. Teknik analisa datanya menggunakan statistik deskriptif dengan analisa trend berupa grafik, diagram, dan tabel, hasil wawancara dianalisis secara kualitatif. Kajian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Kota salatiga telah memasuki bonus demografi, dari hasil analisis trend rasio beban tanggungan. Pada tahun 2020 angka rasio ketergantungan Kota salatiga mencapai 42,98 persen yang artinya 100 penduduk usia produktif di salatiga menanggung beban ekonomi tidak lebih dari 43 orang penduduk usia non-produktif. Penggunaan alat/cara kb merupakan salah satu upaya untuk menekan jumlah kelahiran dengan TFR Kota Salatiga pada tahun 2020 sebasar 1,55 persen. Pandemi covid-19, berdampak pada pelayanan KB di Kota Salatiga, adanya perubahan sosial. Adanya adaptasi dalam fungsional struktural dengan adaptasi pada tipe kompromisme, kemudian mengalami persegeseran, ke adaptasi inovasi. Tantangan pada pengendalian penduduk, penurunan tingkat kelahiran, ketahanan keluarga, generasi dan persiapan usia tua, jumlah pasangan usia subur (PUS).

Abstract

The shift and expansion of security coverage in international relations makes security divided into two types, namely traditional and non-traditional security. Terrorism is a form of non-traditional threat which is still a priority for countries and international organizations around the world. The anxiety that comes from terrorism attacks makes countries and international organizations to form joint policies and cooperation in the context of countering terrorism. The European Union, as a regional organization of countries in Europe contributes to protecting European citizens by acting as the main forum for cooperating and coordinating with member states. Another effort made by the European Union to improve security in their region is to deepen and expand their security cooperation with NATO to eradicate, thwart and eradicate terrorist acts which have continued to increase since 2014. Through the Joint Declaration in 2018, the European Union and NATO deepen the scope of their security cooperation in combating terrorism in Europe.

Abstract

The issue of achieving the Sustainable Development Goals or SGDs as stated in Government Regulations No. 59 of 2017, still reaping various problems related to the position of the Regional Government which is not actively involved in the implementation of the SDGs and is not fully supported by stakeholders. It is necessary to conduct action research with a Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) approach. Through surveys and data mining through FGDs related to potentials and problems, the objectives of sustainable development can be identified in order to realize a sustainable village. The results showed that of the 17 SDGs, only 12 SGDs could be implemented at the district level, while the rest were the responsibility of the bureaucrat at the local government level. The potential that can support the achievement of SDGs in Kumpulrejo village is to rely on livestock business, especially cattle.

Abstract

Body shaming is the treatment of a person in giving negative comments to a person's physical condition (body or appearance), whether consciously or not. Body shaming affects the level of self-confidence of a person, both male and female, from the age of 13 years to the age of 36 years. This means that body shaming affects both generation Z and the millennial generation. The purpose of this study is to describe the forms of body shaming experienced by Generation Z adolescents in Salatiga City and explain the effect of body shaming on the existence of self-confidence of Generation Z adolescents in Salatiga City. This study uses quantitative methods with the type of explanatory research. The results of this study indicate a strong correlation coefficient of 0.715, which means that there is a correlation between the body shaming variable and the self-confidence variable of generation Z teenagers in Salatiga City. The effect of body shaming on the intensity of self-confidence of Generation Z is 51.2%, while the remaining 48.8% is influenced by other factors not examined by researchers. The F test shows a probability value of 0.000 <0.05, which means that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. From this study obtained a significance value of 0.000, it can be concluded that body shaming has an influence on the existence of self-confidence of generation Z teenagers in Salatiga City.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of IJEPA on coal trade which affects Indonesia's economic development through the import-export sector. IJEPA is an economic cooperation that includes cooperation in the manufacturing industry, agriculture, fisheries, forestry, trade, human resources, tourism and mineral resources with the aim of improving the economy by utilizing the export, import and coal sectors. Using descriptive qualitative methods with literature studies and interviews, the results of the research show that the establishment of IJEPA can strengthen economic relations, open access to the Japanese market and to gain profits between Indonesia and Japan.

Abstract

The problem of stunting is a national issue that needs serious attention. In Salatiga City, stunting cases are still very ups and downs. This is because it is not only a matter of poverty, but also the low level of parenting and public understanding of stunting. The purpose of this community service is to aid and strengthen the community so that they have the ability to prevent stunting through Integrated Field Learning. So that it is expected to be able to raise public awareness of the causes of stunting problems that exist in each kelurahan, and to strengthen institutions at the base level which eventually becomes a synergistic movement. And aims to build an accurate database of the profile and potential of each kelurahan. The solution given is to aid and community strengthening through pentahelix collaboration with target communities in 7 Kelurahan namely Kauman Kidul Village, Pulutan Village, Kecandaran Village, Blotongan Village, Kotawinangun Lor Village, Tegalrejo Village and Randuacir Village where PLT has been carried out related to stunting cases found in Salatiga City, stunting prevention campaign. The method is carried out by making or looking for stunting prevention strategies, prevention action plans, socialization and workshops, making communication, information and education media in the context of stunting prevention campaigns, building data houses and reading gardens that can be accessed by the community as a source of family information, one of which is related to stunting prevention.

Abstract

Pemerintah telah merumuskan Strategi Nasional Percepatan Penurunan Stunting (STARNAS) yang terdiri dari lima pilar berfokus pada kebijakan penurunan stunting. Salah satu pilar yakni pilar ketiga berfokus pada konvergensi melalui koordinasi dan konsolidasi program kegiatan pusat, daerah hingga desa. Bappeda memiliki peranan sebagai leading sectors yang mampu mengkoordinir seluruh komponen agar dapat melaksanakan aksi konvergensi penurunan percepatan stunting. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1) mendeskripsikan kondisi stunting di Kota Salatiga. 2) mendeskripsikan implementasi aksi konvergensi percepatan penurunan stunting yang dilakukan oleh Bappeda. 3) menganalisis strukturasi peran Bappeda dalam aksi konvergensi stunting di Kota Salatiga. Peneliti menggunakan teori strukturasi Antoni Giddes untuk menganalisis peran Bappeda dalam aksi konvergensi stunting di Kota Salatiga. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif, sedangkan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahawa angka prevalensi stunting di Kota Salatiga pada tahun 2021 mencapai 15,2% hal ini berarti angka prevalensi stunting pada tahun 2022 mengalami penurunan yaitu 6,21. Bappeda sebagai leading sektor dalam aksi konvergensi berperan sebagai perencana dan pengarah dalam menjalankan proses pemerintah di suatu daerah. Bappeda berperan sebagai koordinator dan fasilitator untuk memperlancar pencapaian tujuan dengan memberikan bantuan berupa pelatihan, pengadaan sarana dan prasarana, serta komunikasi.
