Good financial reporting is needed so that financial reports are available accurately and on time. Azizah's crackers business is an SME located in Batu Gadang Village, Lubuk Kilangan District, Padang City  West Sumatra Province. One of the problems in this business is that financial recording is still done manually, so it requires a long process and a high error rate and it is difficult to know the cash flow position quickly and accurately. Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening training for Early Childhood Education teachers using the expository method. The expository method was chosen to provide a systematic and direct understanding of the Pancasila student profile concept, where participants received material through lectures and presentations delivered by the training facilitators. This research employed a quantitative approach by collecting data through post-training evaluation tests to measure the teachers' level of understanding of the presented material. The training results showed that 80% of the participants successfully comprehended the Pancasila student profile concept and were able to design activities relevant to its objectives, while 20% of the participants did not fully grasp the material. Factors influencing these differing results include participants' prior knowledge, professional experience, and the intensity of their engagement in the training sessions. Based on these findings, it is recommended that follow-up training adopt more interactive learning methods, such as group discussions and case studies, to enhance the understanding of participants who have not yet mastered the concepts optimally.

Abstract

Premarital and preconception care are essential components in improving maternal and newborn health outcomes. This community service aims to evaluate the importance of premarital and preconception counseling, with a focus on its role in reducing the risks associated with unplanned pregnancy, complications during pregnancy, and adverse neonatal outcomes. Although the benefits of premarital and preconception care are clear, access and awareness are still limited in Indonesia, especially among couples planning to marry. This community service was carried out through a national webinar attended by midwifery students, midwives and midwifery/health lecturers. The number of participants was 815 people. Based on the questionnaire that we gave to the midwives, only a few received preconception visits even though the implementation of premarital and preconception care can significantly improve reproductive health outcomes, reduce maternal and infant mortality, and help prospective couples plan a healthy pregnancy. The results of this activity identified barriers to accessing these services, including lack of awareness and education. The hope from this activity is that midwives can expand health education programs aimed at increasing community awareness of the benefits of premarital and preconception care in creating healthier family planning outcomes
