This study aims to find out how is the self-initiative of employees at purchasing department of Hotel The Rinra Makassar and also to find out how is the positive productivity of employees at Hotel The Rinra Makassar. This research uses the qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques use an observation checklist, interview guide, and documentation. The subjects were three employees and one manager at Purchasing Department of Hotel The Rinra Makassar. The data analysis used in this study is data processing which includes the process of collecting and classifying data with the aim of finding useful information as a basis for decision-making Data analysis is an-effort to search and organize notes from observations systematically, and interviews to improve researchers’ understanding of cases studied.

This study is the correlational research that aimed to know the correlation between business English vocabulary mastery and reading comprehension of business English communication students. Business English vocabulary mastery as independent variable and reading comprehension as dependent variable. The population in this study is the students of Business English Communication study program class 2019, 2020, and 2021. The sample consist of 60 students. In doing this research, the data was obtained by business English vocabulary and reading comprehension tests. The analysis’s final result shows a positive correlation between students’ business English vocabulary mastery and their reading comprehension. The result shows that the students’ average level of business English vocabulary mastery was 68.91, and got fair scores in the table of business English vocabulary mastery rate scores. Meanwhile, the students’ reading comprehension score was 59.41 and also got fair scores in the table of reading comprehension rate scores. The result of Pearson Product Moment analysis, the correlation score was 0.981. Based on the table of criteria, it can be inferred from the index correlation table that the level of correlation is between 0.90-1.00 and the r product moment was in the very high correlation category. According to the interpretation of the correlation, the value of 0.981 is higher than rtable (0.250) at the 5% significance table. It means that the alternative hypothesis (H1) is accepted. Based on the findings above, the researcher concluded that the students’ business English vocabulary mastery correlated to their reading comprehension.

This research is a qualitative descriptive study that aims to determine the services or services of the tourism industry applied by PT. Iramasuka tours and travels. The existence of customer service is very much needed in corporate organizations, so that it can function as a modern management function which has an inherent function in company management, namely how to play a role in conducting mutual communication for the purpose of creating mutual understanding, mutual respect, mutual trust, creating goodwill, customer satisfaction, decision of the best and so on in order to achieve a positive image for a company. The research have a purpose that to identify and exploring the types of tourism industry services that are applied and the importance of customer service in the world of work at PT. Iramasuka Tours and Travels. This study uses a qualitative approach the data is processed through three qualitative data analysis namely reduction of the data, made the presentation of the data and made the good conclusion.

This research is descriptive qualitative research that aims to find out the activities of employers and employees in working on English documents at PT. Iramasuka. The subjects of this research were employers and employees. The sample consists of 4 respondents. In conducting this research, data were obtained using interview questions, observation checklist, and questionnaires. The results of the data shows that the activities carried out at PT. Iramasuka in the business communication division is correspondence conducted in the office, including making agreement letters, confirmation letters,reading and informing cooperation agreements. The product division creates and designs products to be marketed, discusses and provides suggestions and ideas for further products that have the potential to be marketed. In the promotion section, creative and attractive product ideas are designed so that they can attract the attention of customers. Based on the findings above, the researcher concluded that many activities through documents were carried out at PT. Iramasuka uses the English language and skills.

This study aims to determine the influenced of the Working Environment on employee performance at the General Election Commission in South Sulawesi Province. The population in this Research is all employees consist of 37 people. The number of samples used were 37 people using total sampling theory. The data were collected by using the description method and questionnaires distribution. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis using Statistic application. The result of this study indicate that the Working Environment variable has a positive and significant influenced on Employee Performance variables, with a significant value about 0.001, and coefficient value about 0.405. Testing results of t value is 5.461 bigger than the t table > 2.030. It can be concluded that there is a positive and significant connection between the working environment and employee performance at the General Election Commission in South Sulawesi Province. The influence of the work environment on employee performance is 46%, while 54% is influenced by an unknown variable or variables not examined in this research.
