Abstract

This study examines the history of Islamic civilization through the analysis of the power phases of three major empires: the Ottoman Sultanate, the Safavid Dynasty, and the Mughal Empire. The method used is library research, which utilizes sources such as books, journals, and historical documents to obtain data on the political structure, governance system, economy, society, and culture of these three empires. The results of the study indicate that the Ottoman Sultanate, the Safavid Dynasty, and the Mughal Empire had significant periods in the development and spread of Islam worldwide, highlighting various aspects such as politics, society, economy, and culture. For instance, the Ottoman Sultanate was known for its efficient governance system and vast territorial reach, while the Safavid Dynasty introduced profound Shia political policies and influenced Persian culture. Meanwhile, the Mughal Empire, although shorter-lived, made significant contributions to the development of Islam in Central Asia.

Abstract

The role of leadership is needed to encourage the progress and transformation of the educational environment, The principal's transformational leadership is an aspect of innovation, and the creativity of the principal to carry out a leadership role, coupled with the start of the Society 5.0 era, where technological advances cannot be separated from everyday life. Transformational leadership style is the spirit of a leader in transforming to make changes that are different from before, from potential energy to real energy in the form of motivation. In accordance with the research focus raised, the authors in this study used field research with a descriptive research type and a qualitative approach. This type of research uses field research that is qualitative-descriptive in nature, namely research procedures that produce descriptive data in the form of written words or utterances from people and observable behavior. There are three aspects in the form of transformational leadership. important principles are attitude, self-concept, goals. There are three aspects in the process of forming school principals' transformational leadership, namely creativity, collaboration, and discussion. Important forms of transformational leadership of school principals are attitudes, self-concept, goals. This is a form of transformational leadership that must be owned by the principal of SMK Negeri 1 Surabaya. The process of forming the principal's transformational leadership is applied by the principal at SMK Negeri 1 Surabaya in order to create transformational leadership through creativity, collaboration, and discussion.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat) analysis of the MSME (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise) "Donut's Amira) business owned by Mrs. Nopy which is located in Gabus, North Tambun. The business "Donut's Amira" is one of the MSMEs which operates in the culinary sector, especially donuts. This research uses a qualitative approach using data collected through interviews. It is hoped that this research can fulfill the author's curiosity regarding the SWOT analysis of the "Donut's Amira" business. Through this program, it is hoped that it can open up job opportunities for the community.

Abstract

"Retail is detail" said James Gulliver, which means that in a retail company every detail must be considered. Operations management is one of the keys to the successful arrangement of every detail of the activities in it so that the company's performance becomes organized. That way as a retail company that has been moving for decades, PT Tsamaniya Amanah Mandiri continues to develop the operational management strategies they use. In this study, the research focus lies on the effect of retail operations management on company performance. Data and information were collected through interviews with relevant personnel, analysis of internal and external data, and direct observation of the processes taking place at PT Tsamaniya Amanah Mandiri. Thereafter, analysis and interpretation are conducted on the data that has been collected, with the aim of gaining an in-depth understanding of the emerging findings. The methods used may involve statistical analysis, modeling, and theoretical approaches to support conclusions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of workload, work stress, and work environment on turnover in Generation Z in the Jabodetabek area. Generation Z, known as the generation that grew up with technology, has different characteristics and work preferences compared to previous generations. With a quantitative method, data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to 98 respondents working in various industrial sectors in Jabodetabek. Data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique operated through SmartPLS 3.0. The results of the analysis show that Workload has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention in Generation Z in Jabodetabek. Work stress has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention in Generation Z in Jabodetabek. Work stress. Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention in Generation Z in Jabodetabek.

Abstract

This research analyzes the impact of police authority in law enforcement in Indonesia, which includes positive and negative aspects as well as implications for security and social justice. The police's broad powers play an important role in maintaining order and security, but also have the potential to give rise to abuse of power and human rights violations. Research methods include literature reviews, secondary data analysis, and case studies to identify and evaluate the impact of police policies and actions. The research results show that police authority contributes to reducing crime rates and increasing the sense of security in society. However, there are serious challenges such as abuse of authority, brutality, discrimination and lack of transparency that reduce public trust in the police. This research underlines the importance of structural and legal reform within the police, increasing supervision and accountability, as well as legal education for the community. Suggestions include the creation of an independent monitoring agency, the development of an effective complaints system, and increased interaction between the police and the community through collaborative programs. With these steps, it is hoped that law enforcement in Indonesia can run more effectively, fairly and transparently, thereby increasing public trust in police institutions.

Abstract

International trade is an important activity for a country to carry out. One of the reasons why Indonesia is active in international trade is because of its abundant natural resources and the variety of export commodities. Rubber is a crop that Indonesia relies on which contributes greatly to Indonesia's foreign exchange earnings. It is known that Indonesia is one of the countries with the highest level of rubber productivity in the world so that Indonesian natural rubber has potential and opportunities in international trade. Therefore, in this section an in-depth analysis will be carried out to analyze the competitiveness of Indonesia's HS 40 commodity exports in international markets using the Revealed Symmetric Comparative Advantage (RSCA) method. The data used was obtained from the United Nation Commodity Trade (UN Comtrade). Indonesia has a comparative advantage over the 3 main rubber export destination countries, namely the United States, Japan, China in 2019-2021. It is said to have a comparative advantage because the RSCA value is 0. Indonesia means that as national natural rubber production increases, the number of natural rubber exports will increase. Indonesia's natural rubber exports are significantly influenced by natural rubber production.

Abstract

This paper discusses educational supervision, the development of supervision, and the role of communication in the implementation of educational supervision. Educational supervision is a process of monitoring and coaching which aims to improve the quality of education in educational institutions. In its development, the concept of supervision underwent a transformation from an authoritarian approach to being inclusive and responsive to individual needs. Communication plays a key role in the implementation of effective educational supervision, facilitating reflection, building trusting relationships, and enabling constructive feedback between supervisor and supervisee. This paper also discusses the role of technology in educational supervision and the challenges faced in its implementation, as well as presenting strategies for overcoming these challenges.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze passive verb contained in a short story entitled The Lesson Making Seno Gumira Ajidarma. The analysis was carried out in a short story entitled Lesson Making up. The method used by the researcher is a qualitative descriptive method, using several techniques in analyzing, namely, first, the technique of read which is to read intensively in short stories. Second, recording techniques that realize them are by recording passive forms and classifying passive forms based on lexical markers. Third, the data analysis technique whose realization is in how data in this study is analyzed using passive-blown theories of experts. The results show that passive verb in the short story of Seno Gumira Ajidarma Lesson is 3 types of passive verb with a number of 21 words, namely di-'s passive verb there are 9 words, ter-'s passive verb there are 10 words, and passive verbs there are 2 words. Then in this study describes the verb of morphological markers contained in passive verb, with this type of passive verb and passive verb intrasitif and its role in explaining activities in a sentence.

Abstract

The problem of this research is that one of the causes of anarchic actions by supporters is not being ready to accept their team’s defeat. The purpose of this study is to identify football supporters who act anarchically and offer a solution regarding the importance of legal regulations for supporters in responding to the problems of inter-village football tournaments in East Flores Regency. The research method used is normative legal research with a legal political approach. The research results show that: 1) there were several anarchic actions by supporters in the football tournament held in East Flores Regency, including Sora Lamawalang FC (July 30, 2022), Arsenal Terong supporters vs Bon Kota Fc supporters (August 6, 2022), Persela Lamahala supporters vs Citra Damai supporters (August 25, 2022), Bunga Baru supporters (June 2022), Perseftim supporters (September 23, 2023), and Citra Damai supporters vs Janur Waiwerang supporters (November 6, 2023); 2) the national legal basis for the formation of normative regulations: Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2022 tentang Keolahragaan and Kode Disiplin PSSI 2023. These regulations should guarantee and enforce the rules for fans who act anarchically at inter-village football events in East Flores. These regulations contain a) sanctions for supporters and their support teams; b) cooperation between the implementing committee and the support coordinator and public authorities, for example, the police; c) the obligation to map the risk of security disturbances; and d) the obligation to ensure the safety of supporters and spectators during and after the match.
