Abstract

This study discusses product quality, service quality, price and location on purchasing decisions at “Soto Ayam Pak No Bok Ijo Bok ijo Kediri”, this study aims to determine the results of the influence of product quality, service quality, price and location on purchasing decisions at “Soto Ayam Pak No Bok Ijo Bok ijo Kediri”. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques in this study used primary data (observation, interviews, questionnaires) and secondary (literary study). Sampling in this study used the Accidental Sampling technique which took respondents as a sample based on coincidence, that is, anyone who met the researcher by chance could be used as a sample if the person he met was suitable as a data source. Total population in this study ± 1500 people and a sample of 94 people. Data processing in this study is using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination (R2). The result of this research is product quality has an influence on purchasing decisions with a significant value of 0 < 0.05. Service quality has no relationship to purchasing decisions with a significant value of 0.09 > 0.05. Price has a relationship with purchasing decisions with a significant value of 0.008 <0.05. Location has no relationship to purchasing decisions with a significant value of 0.091 > 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to find out: 1) the leadership role of the school headmaster in developing the quality of human resources at SMK Wikarya Karanganyar; 2) the strategic efforts made in developing the quality of human resources at SMK Wikarya Karanganyar; 3) what leadership styles are dominantly used by the headmaster of SMK Wikarya Karanganyar. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The data sources of this research include primary and secondary data sources. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling and snowball sampling. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, and document analysis. The validity test technique used is triangulation. Data analysis using interactive data analysis techniques. The results of this research analysis are as follows: 1) the leadership role of the school principal consists of several types, including educator, manager, supervisor, inovator, and motivator; 2) strategic efforts in developing the quality of human resources are carrying out various development activities routinely, optimizing the school climate, and always carry out supervision by the headmaster; 3) the dominant leadeship style applied by the headmaster at SMK Wikarya Karanganyar is democratic.

Abstract

Performance is the implementation of a pre-planned strategy. The implementation of performance is carried out by human resources who possess abilities, competencies, motivation, and interests. This study aims to analyze the influence of job satisfaction and work stress on employee performance. The research method used is quantitative descriptive with primary data collection through distributing questionnaires to 53 employee respondents. The data analysis techniques used in this study include descriptive analysis, instrument data testing including validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests including tests of normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing including t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination test. The results of this study indicate that the independent variable, job satisfaction, has a positive influence on employee performance, with a resulting significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. This means that job satisfaction significantly affects employee performance. On the other hand, work stress has a negative influence on employee performance, with a resulting significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. This indicates that work stress significantly impacts employee performance. The results also show an adjusted R-squared value of 65%, which means that the influence of job satisfaction and work stress on employee performance is categorized as moderate.

Abstract

Turnover retention refers to the tendency or desire of an employee to leave the current job or organization. This may reflect the employee's thoughts, feelings, or plans regarding leaving the position in the near future. This study aims to see how the effect of job satisfaction and work environment on turnover intention of PT. Jaya Teknik Artha Makmur. This study consists of three variables, namely job satisfaction, work environment and turnover intention. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with primary data collection techniques with data collection in the form of questionnaires distributed to 41 employees as respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive, data instrument test which includes validity and reliability tests, classic assumption test which includes normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation tests, multiple linear regression tests includes t test, F test and test of the coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that the independent variable i.e. work environment has a negative effect on turnover intention with a significance value of 0.031 <0.05 and job satisfaction has a negative effect on turnover intention with a significant value of 0.039 <0.05 and the adjusted R squared value obtained is a 36.7%, which means that the influence between work environment and job satisfaction on turnover intention is in the low category.

Abstract

Current developments in the modern era mean that culinary entrepreneurs must be able to express their own thoughts, creativity and innovation. This research aims to determine the influence of price, location and promotion on purchasing decisions at Jaguar Cafe and Resto Kediri. Researchers chose Jaguar Cafe and Resto Kediri based on existing considerations. This type of research is quantitative research with an associative approach. With a population of 1,703 visitors to the Jaguar Cafe and Resto on Jln. Merak, Karangmulyo Branggahan, Ngadiluwih Kediri District, using non-probability techniques. The samples taken were 94 customers using the Slovin formula. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) software tools. The results of this research show that price has a significant influence on purchasing decisions at Jaguar Cafe and Resto Kediri, Location has an insignificant influence on purchasing decisions at Jaguar Cafe and Resto Kediri, and Promotion has a significant influence on purchasing decisions at Jaguar Cafe and Resto Kediri.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how far differentiated learning is understood and implemented at SMKN 1 Surakarta, and what is being done to optimize its implementation. This type of research uses qualitative descriptive research with a case study approach. Data sources for this research include informants (deputy head of curriculum and teachers who have implemented differentiated learning), and documents (learning outcomes, flow of learning objectives, teaching modules, student mapping questionnaires). The sampling technique is purposive sampling. Data collection uses interviews, observation and documentation. Testing the validity of the data used is a credibility test (deepening interviews, triangulation of sources and techniques, negative technical analysis, using reference materials, peer discussion), transferability test, dependability test, and confirmability test. This research data analysis uses interactive descriptive techniques. The results of this research are as follows, (1) teachers' understanding regarding differentiated learning still needs to be expanded and improved (2) the implementation of differentiated learning is still not visible (3) teachers have made various efforts to optimize differentiated learning

Abstract

Human resources are the driving aspect of a company's operations. The performance of human resources, namely employees, is an essential factor in achieving company goals. Providing proper compensation and motivation will influence employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and motivation on employee performance at PT. Jaya Teknik Artha Makmur Tangerang. A non-probability technique of 41 employees chose the sample, and the analytical method used was multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this study indicates that partial compensation does not significantly influence employee performance, but the coefficient value is positive. This result showed the value of t count -0,102 < t table 1,685 with a significant level > 0,919. In comparison, motivation significantly affects employee performance with a positive coefficient value. The t count also indicates the t count 5,349 > t table 1,685 with a significant level < 0,000. Simultaneously compensation and motivation affect performance.

Abstract

Intense competition in the culinary world forces entrepreneurs to think about what consumers want, including product diversity and product quality. Researchers chose Mata Hati Cafe because it was based on existing considerations. The aim of the research is to partially and simultaneously explain the influence of Product Diversity (X1) and Product Quality (X2) on Customer Loyalty (Y) at Mata Hati Cafe Kediri. This research uses quantitative methods, in order to find out how much influence these variables have on customer loyalty. The population was 5,329 customers using non-probability sampling techniques with a purposive sampling approach. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature study. Samples were taken from 98 respondents using the Slovin formula. The analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination test. Data processing with the SPSS program. The results of this research show that product diversity sometimes has a significant influence on customer loyalty at Mata HatiCafe Kediri, product quality sometimes has a significant influence on customer loyalty at Mata HatiCafe Kediri. Meanwhile, product diversity and product quality also have a significant effect on customer loyalty at Mata Hati Cafe Kediri.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology today has brought the internet to facilitate various aspects of human life. One of the basic human needs that is most helped by the presence of the internet is communication and entertainment. Using digital media to fill time and seek entertainment, such as listening to music with the Spotify application, is increasingly popular with the younger generation. Social media, which is a platform for communicating, is currently considered a marketing opportunity to reach a wider and more precise target audience. This study aims to identify and explain the effect of advertising appeal which can be categorized into two types, namely rational appeal and emotional appeal of advertising on the decision to subscribe to Spotify Premium in 108 sample student respondents in the city of Bandung. Through multiple linear regression analysis with data processing on SPSS version 29, this study shows the results of the partial influence of the rational appeal of advertising has an effect of 27% and the emotional appeal of advertising has an effect of 54.2% on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, the simultaneous effect of the two ad appeals is 69.3% on purchasing decision.
