Abstract

The Effect of Solvency and Liquidity on Profitability with the Exchange Rate as a Moderating Variable (Study of Banking Companies Listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2019-2022 Period)". This research aims to examine the effect of solvency and liquidity on profitability with the exchange rate as a moderating variable. This research method uses quantitative methods. The type of data source in this research is the annual financial reports of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2022 period. Based on the sampling technique using purposive sampling, a sample of 30 companies was obtained with a research period of 4 years. The analysis technique used is panel data regression. This research uses Eviews software version 12. The results of this research show that: (1) Solvency has no effect on Profitability, (2) Liquidity has no effect on Profitability, (3) Exchange Rates cannot moderate the effect of Solvency on Profitability, (4) The Exchange Rate cannot moderate the influence of Liquidity on Profitability.

Abstract

This study aims to estimate and test the effect of Transfer Pricing, Company Size, and Profitability on Tax Avoidance. This research method uses quantitative research. The data used in this study is secondary data in the form of the company’s annual financial statements obtained through the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used is Purposive Sampling so that 18 companies can be obtained from 83 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and the number of observations is 72 data samples. Data processing in this research uses Eviews 12 software. The result of this research shows that transfer pricing has no effect on tax avoidance, company size has no effect on tax avoidance and probability has no effect on tax avoidance.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to test and analyze the influence of self-efficacy, tax knowledge and career motivation on students' interest in pursuing a career in the tax field. This research method uses quantitative research methods, with the type and source of data, namely primary data obtained from the results of questionnaires. The population and sample for this research are accounting students from the Class of 2020, 2021 and 2022 who are taking a concentration in taxation and students who have taken taxation courses. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and produced 100 samples of processed data that met the criteria. The analytical method used is classical assumption testing, regression testing, hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that self-efficacy has no influence on students' interest in pursuing a career in tax, tax knowledge influences students' interest in pursuing a career in tax and career motivation influences students' interest in pursuing a career in tax.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test and analyze the effect of tax knowledge, tax incentive policies and fiscal services on taxpayer compliance. This research method uses quantitative research methods, with the type and source of data, namely primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to individuals in South Tambun. The population and sample of this study were individual taxpayer compliance in South Tambun. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique and resulted in 100 samples of processed data that met the criteria. The analysis method used is descriptive statistical test, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that tax knowledge affects taxpayer compliance, tax incentive policies affect taxpayer compliance, taxpayer services affect taxpayer compliance, tax knowledge, tax incentive policies, and taxpayer services simultaneously have a significant effect on taxpayer compliance.

Abstract

Talent management in the Regulation of the Minister for Empowerment of the State Civil Apparatus and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia Number 3 of 2014 is a career management system which includes acquisition, retention, development, and placement of talent to occupy positions based on the potential and competence of the State Civil Apparatus in accordance with the position qualifications position. ASN competency to be able to occupy certain positions is assessed in several ways, one of which is using a competency assessment. The Pekalongan Regency Government through the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) has carried out a competency assessment for ASN with supervisory positions, attended by 60 participants from Regional Apparatus Organizations within the Pekalongan Regency environment. This article uses a qualitative method with a descriptive analysis approach. The data analysis technique uses data triangulation from primary data sources, namely sources, and secondary data, namely the results of competency assessments for Pekalongan Regency government supervisory positions, then elaborated to develop a conceptual framework for implementing ASN talent management through competency assessments to improve the quality of ASN. Based on this case study, a competency gap was found in the competency assessment carried out, where the highest competency gap was in the competency to develop oneself and others. The purpose of this article is to provide recommendations to the Pekalongan Regency BKPSDM for suggestions for developing ASN competencies which are used as a basis for promotions, transfers and rotations.

Abstract

This research aims to empirically test the influence of the internal control system, village apparatus competence and organizational culture on preventing village fund management with morality as a moderating variable. The population of this study was all village officials in 20 village offices in Windusari District. The sampling technique in this research used purposive sampling, so that the research sample was 73 respondents. Respondents in this research were the village head, secretary, treasurer and planning officer. Data analysis to test the hypothesis used SPSS version 26. The results of this research show that the internal control system has a positive effect on preventing maintenance of village funds, while the competence of village officials has a negative effect and organizational culture has no effect on preventing maintenance of village funds. Furthermore, morality weakens the internal control system to prevent maintenance of village funds, while morality strengthens the competence of village officials to prevent maintenance of village funds. However, morality does not moderate organizational culture towards preventing conditions in managing village funds.

Abstract

The study investigates how the "Walls" brand influences consumer purchasing decisions. After the data was collected and analyzed using a regression model, the research investigated the significance of the value of the coefficient and the SIG. The research found that the meaningful value was 7,908, and SIG was below the limit of significance 0.05. This suggests that "Walls" support has a significant impact on customers' choices about what they buy. However, to understand more deeply how "Wells" support directly affects purchasing decisions, more information is needed.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to see how the discount affects the buyer's desire to shop in Indomaret. To check the relationship between customer purchasing interest and the discounts offered by Indomaret, a linear regression method was used. Results of regression analysis show that, although discounts contribute only a small part of the change in purchasing behavior, there is about 4% of the variation in customer purchasing interests. Quality of service or customer preferences are some additional factors that influence shopping behavior, which should be considered in this study to get a better picture. For further research, it is recommended to conduct a more in-depth customer survey and cover other relevant variables. Advanced research is expected to use this holistic approach to gain a deeper understanding of the variables that affect customer shopping behavior in Indomaret.

Abstract

Analysis of customer satisfaction of three Chicken Preset brands, namely Prambanan, Cobek, and Surabaya, showed that Prambanaan was the best in meeting customer expectations. Cobek was, although not as good as Prambana, still offering a satisfactory experience with attractive menu variations, competitive prices, and good service. On the other hand, Surabaya showed a lower level of satisfaction, probably due to a lack of competitive appeal. This analysis demonstrates the importance of factors such as menu variation, price, and service in influencing customer satisfaction, providing important perspectives for improving customer experience in the food industry.

Abstract

his study uses linear regression analysis to see how customer satisfaction and their levels of satisfaction in In Drive Transportation services relate to each other. The results showed that there is a relationship between the customer satisfaction variable and their satisfaction rate. However, overall, a regression model can only explain a small part of the variable that affects the customer’s satisfaction level. The main results suggest that most variables included in this analysis cannot explain most variations in client satisfaction levels. This suggests that other variables, such as the overall user experience or external factors such as traffic conditions, may also have a significant but invisible influence on customer satisfaction levels in In Drive Transport. Further research is needed because of the limitations of this model to identify additional components that affect overall customer satisfying of this transport service. The next step is a more in-depth and comprehensive research to gain a better understanding of the components affecting customer satisfactions of In Drive transport.
