Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the description of employee performance at the Leok I Village Head Office, Biau District, Buol Regency. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive research method. The research location is the Leok I Village Head Office, Biau District, Buol Regency. The time for this research is two months, namely August to September 2022. The data collection techniques used are Observation, Interview Guide, Documentation, in the research Qualitative Descriptive Data reduction, Data presentation, Final stage. The results of the research reveal that the performance of employees at the Leok I Biau Village Head office, Buol Regency is good, based on various factors such as work quality, work quality, work quality, work quality, work quality. work, and quality of work. This shows that the performance of employees at the Leok I Village Head is good.

Abstract

Administration is interesting to research because judging from the origins characteristics and problems that occur in the Pongan village office, Bokat District, as the lowest government organization about autonomy, the autonomy possessed by the village is based on rights, so to know the leadership role of the village head in village office administrative services. Pongan, Bokat District, KTP Family Card Birth Certificate service. This research aims to determine the role of the village head in population administration services at the Pongan village office, Bokat District, Buol Regency. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used is Milles and Huberman. The results of the research show that the role of the Village Head in Population administration services at the Poongan Village Office, Bokat District in the areas of Population Identification Card, Family Card, and Birth Certificate Issuance services has been carried out well by the community's expectations.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the performance of teachers at the principal of SMA Negeri 01 Karamat, Buol Regency. The research method used is a quantitative research method using descriptive analysis, population and samples, and research procedures using observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The research results show that in general the results obtained are that teacher performance, which includes the dimensions of teacher performance in learning planning, teacher performance in implementing learning, teacher performance in learning evaluation, teacher performance in learning evaluation, and teacher performance in task discipline, is good. In general, the performance of teachers at State High School 01 Karamat, Buol Regency is quite good because the results achieved by teachers at the school in planning, implementing, evaluating, and disciplining their duties are by the responsibilities that exist in their abilities towards a profession that has value or achievement results. Work. In general, the results or work performance scores are the result of teachers' performance in carrying out their duties so that they can achieve fairly good and efficient results.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the implementation of the function of the village consultative body in monitoring development in Bulagidun Tanjung village, Gadung district, Buol district. This research used descriptive qualitative methods. The research location was carried out in Bulagidun Tanjung Village, Gadung District, Buol Regency. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that the function of the village consultative body in supervising development in Bulagidun Tanjung Village, Gadung District, Buol Regency has been realized well in terms of the function of the BPD which has accommodated and conveyed community aspirations as well as overseeing policies that have been implemented by the Village government as well as discussing and approving the revenue and budget, village shopping.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze factors that influence employee performance. The research method used is a quantitative research method using descriptive analysis, using population and samples, research procedures using observation, interviews and questionnaires. The research results show that the leadership style applied by the sub-district head is a democratic style, a charismatic style and a paternalistic style. With these three types of leadership, you can easily provide role models, provide motivation and can improve the performance of employees at the Bukal District Head Office, Buol Regency.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the quality of administrative services in the Lamakan village head's office, Karamat District. The research location was carried out at the Lamakan Village Head's Office, Karamat District, Buol Regency. The research implementation time was carried out for two months, namely from August to September 2022. The research method used was a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The results of the research show that the quality of administrative services in the Lamakan village head's office, Karamat District, shows that the ability of the officials in Lamakan village in providing services is in accordance with the values of speed and accuracy of service, where village government officials are maximal in meeting the service needs of the community. The quality of service at the Lamakan Village government office in reality as seen from the service is maximum, because the way it is served, from the level of speed and accuracy, to the time, costs, comfort and other things are as expected.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the performance of the Buol Regency Civil Service Police Unit. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative research method. The location of the research was carried out at the Buol Regency Civil Service Police Unit Office. The time for carrying out the research was carried out for two months, namely from November to September 2023. The data collection techniques used were Observation, Interview Guide, Documentation, in the research Qualitative Descriptive Data reduction, Data presentation, and Final stage. The research results show that the performance of employees at the Public Security Bureau at Satpol PP is good, this can be seen from good work behavior, loyalty, and commitment to good work practices. It also emphasizes the importance of creativity, innovation, and regulatory compliance, as well as the importance of solving problems and ensuring good work behavior.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the role of the village head in increasing job satisfaction for Mokupo Village officials, Karamat District, Buol Regency. The research method used is a quantitative research method using descriptive analysis, using population and samples, and research procedures using observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The research results show that the role of leaders in the workplace is very important because it can motivate employees to work well, act as leaders in decision-making, and play an important role in the Mokupo community. Leaders must actively participate, influence, and develop the workplace, ensuring a positive work environment. A leader's role also includes fostering respect and honor, good working conditions, and fostering social interactions. The relationship between leaders and employees is critical to achieving better performance and fostering a positive work environment.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the role of firefighters in dealing with fire prevention. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method using role theory according to Soerjono Soekanto. Researchers collected data through interviews, documentation, and observation. The results of the research show that the factors obstructing firefighters in carrying out their roles are Facilities and infrastructure are still limited and personal safety equipment for officers in dealing with fire disasters. This has a clear influence on the performance of firefighters who are required to be maximal in every extinguishing effort which has a wider impact, namely Regional Development itself, therefore it is very necessary to improve more adequate and more professional facilities and infrastructure and human resources as well as conducting outreach to the community to raise awareness and knowledge of the dangers of greatness.

Abstract

is research aims to obtain an overview of how community participation in development in South Huntu Village, South Bolango District, Bone Bolango Regency, uses a qualitative research method using a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that: Participation. decision making is carried out by involving the community who are active in providing suggestions and bright ideas for the progress of the village, community involvement in the Implementation of Programs or Projects is carried out through deliberations at the Hamlet level which are followed by Village deliberations which are attended by community leaders, religious leaders, RT / RW, sub-district government along with BPD or LPM in the context of exploring ideas. From exploring these ideas, the problems that exist in the village can be identified. Community participation in the implementation of benefits is carried out through community participation, voluntary involvement, giving of oneself directly in helping with all things related to development to support the implementation of development in the form of money, energy, goods, materials, thoughts or information that are useful for implementing development, while participation in decision making is carried out by involving the community who are active in providing suggestions and bright ideas for the progress of the village.
