Abstract

This study aims to determine what causes the job satisfaction of a human resource in theorganization. In this test the researcher uses the factors of involvement of a spiritual Leadership,intrinsic Motivation and Organizational Commitment. Tests conducted using SEM AMOS program,the results obtained that spiritual leadership has a significant effect on job satisfaction, intrinsicmotivation also has a significant effect on job satisfaction, and Organizational Commitmentsignificant effect on employee job satisfaction.Keywords: Spiritual Leadership, intrinsic Motivation, Organizational Commitment, JobSatisfaction

Abstract

One of the reasons in performance apprisal research was to evaluate accurately and integratethe overall employer performance. The result expected as a feedback to the problems what isincapable, constrained jobs faced by employer, with the reason how to anticipate the aboveproblems to support the stability and balance of the organization (Dreher and Doughethy, 2003).One of the influenced variables to the performance appraisal was LMX and dyadic qualitymoderated duration. The research at PT. PLN Yogyakarta branch, used with survey method for102 respondents evaluated and analysis by multiple regression. The result a strong indicationin simultineous dyadic quality and has a positive and significant relationship with performanceappraisal, although partially not showed a significant performance appraisal relationship. The resultshowed the higher employer performance appraisal in moderated by the interaction duration. Thisappraisal would be strengthen with the finding of rating different between employer performanceappraisal by interaction duraton and gender. These finding expected could be significant feedbackto the employers and especially to the organization in the final decision processed.Keyword : Leadher Member Exchange (LMX), Dyadic Quality, Duration

Abstract

This study intends to examine the effect of CEO characteristics on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) disclosure. We took sample by using pusposive technique in  public listed companies in Indonesia during 2012-2017 periods. A total of 159 firms-years observations were included in the sample. The results indicate that CEO’s tenure and CEO’s age impact ESG disclosure negatively, while educational background impact ESG disclosure positively. Our findings provide new evidence on the role of CEO on companies’s sustainability performance. The findings are expected to be able to ensure the importance of choosing the right CEO’s characteristics in order to enhance ESG disclosure.

Abstract

The global financial crisis has negatip effect on global capital markets include Indonesian Capital market (IDX). This aims of this research are, first, to, to knowing effect of global stock market to Indonesian Capital Maket. Second, to analyze how performance of each Global Capital Marketcompare with each others, than analyze wich are the best and worst market. The types of this research were descriptive and explanatory research and the research method with used seconder data and purposive sampling technique. The samples in this research are indexes of global capital markets, like as: DJI, NIKKEI, KOSPI, HSI, FTSE, ASX and JKSE (IHSG). Thedata collection technique is the literature study and documentation, while the data analysis technique is with Eviews. The results of this research indicated that (1) There are significantly simultan relationship between global capital markets (DJI, NIKKEI, KOSPI, HSI, FTSE and ASX) to Indonesian capital market (IHSG), and three global capital markets (DJI, FTSE and HSSI)has significant partial impact to IHSG. (2) There isn’t defference significance performance between each capital market in the global capital market. Abstract

This study aims to analyzed budget participation influenced toward managerial performance with management costing knowledge and motivation as moderating variable. The population included was manufacture companies in Semarang City. Sampling using a purposive sampling method and obtained 84 samples that meet the criteria and free from outliers. The data used in this study is primary data, questioners for managerial level. Multiple Regression was used as analysis technique. The result showed that only motivation was rejected, while budget participation and management costing knowledge hypothesis was accepted.Keywords : budget participation, management costing knowledge, motivation

Abstract

Research thesis with the title of improving performance craft creative industries through people equity and innovation strategies in Konawe. This study attempts to examine the inter-relationship people equity, innovation strategy and performance craft creative industries. This type of research is survey. The population in this study is the creative craft industry as a whole is in Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi. Sampling technique in this study is nonprobabilitas with saturated sampling method and number of respondents was 96 respondents. A statistical technique used was PartialLeast Square . In this study , construct validity and reliability were tested with quantitative phases. The results showed that: ( 1 ) people equity significant positive effect on innovation strategy, ( 2 ) people equity significant positive effect on the performance of the creative craft industry and ( 3 ) innovation strategies significant positive effect on the performance of creative handicraft industry.Keywords : people equity , innovation strategy , creative craft industry performance

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the increase in impulse buying based on positive emotion, life styleand hedonic shopping motive in Paragon Mall Semarang The study population was a visitorParagon Mall Semarang. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling technique, which isa technique of making it by chance encountered and suitable for research, obtained the numberof samples of 100 people. Analysis tools is the path analysis, which previously tested thevalidity and reliability as well as the classical assumption. The results showed that the hedonicmotive significantly affect life style shopping. Hedonic motive has a significant positive effect onimpulse buying. Possitive emotion has a significant influence on impulse buying. Shopping lifestyle has a possitive influence significantly to impulse buying. Possitive emotion to become anintervening variable between hedonic motive and impulse buying. Abstract

This study aimed to describe and analyze the effect of customer relationship managementon customer loyalty to the brand trust and customer satisfaction as an intervening variable.The population used is that consumers who buy at Distro Districtsides and Smith Semarang.By using purposive sampling technique, which specializes in consumer buying in distributionsDistrictsides and Smith Semarang minimum age of 20 years and above, then obtaineda sample size of 100 respondents. A tool of analysis is path analysis with SPSS, wherepreviously tested the validity and reliability and classic assumption test. The test results indicateCustomer Relationship Management positive and significant impact on brand trust. CustomerRelationship Management has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. Thetrust has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. Customer RelationshipManagement, brand trust and gratification of customers also have a positive and significantimpact on customer loyalty. The test results Sobel test shows that brand trust is able to becomean intervening variable between Customer Relationship Management to customer satisfaction.Customer satisfaction is able to become an intervening variable between brand trust andloyalty of customers. Brand trust is able to become an intervening variable between CustomerRelationship Management on customer loyalty. Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk menguji factor-faktor IPO performance dengan IPO return. Studiini mencoba menidentifikasi mekanisme yang cocok untuk menguji factor-faktor yangdapat mempengaruhi IPO return di Indonesia, seperti yang ditunjukkan oleh perusahaanperusahaandi Bursa Efek Indonesia. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi IPO performanceditunjukkan oleh enam variable, yaitu ukuran perusahaan, umur perusahaan, total sahamyang dibagikan ke masyarakat, tipe investor, tingkat hutang perusahaan dan rasio antaraharga yang ditawarkan dengan pendapatan per lembar saham. Factor-faktor IPO returnditunjukkan oleh satu variable, yaitu return jangka pendek (initial return). Data dari studi inidiambil dari perusahaan-perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 1996-2006. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, didapatkan bahwa factor-faktor yangditeliti (ukuran perusahaan, umur perusahaan, total saham yang dibagikan di masyarakat,tipe investor, tingkat hutang dan rasio harga) tidak dapat mempengaruhi IPO return di pasarIndonesia. Ini kemungkinan terjadi karena para investor, khususnya investor luar, masihkhawatir tentang kondisi eksternal seperti kondisi ekonomi yang tidak stabil,kondisi politik,peraturan pemerintah dan kondisi keamanan di Indonesia, jadi, ini yang memungkinkanbahwa kondisi eksternal dapat mempengaruhi IPO return di IndonesiaKeywords : IPO return, IPO performance, initial return, internal condition, external

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the Influence of fund on Cooperatie to assist economicempowerment the Business of Batik Writing. The object of research are batik writing owner atdistrict level in Yogyakarta Indonesia. Batik writing business that are members of Cooperatiesample are Yogyakarta City with 60 respondens. Type of data collected is of primary data andsecondary data. Methods of data analysis used in this research include test validity, reliabilitytest and regression analysis. Based on calculation of regression test to funding of capitalvariable is significant to economic empowerment on the business Batik Writing. Thus it can beconcluded that the more effective use of capital loans made by the authors of batik then theireconomic independence is increasing.
