Abstract

This research has purpose to analyze the ability of investor to accuracy of market reaction torespond announcement of increasing dividend at Indonesian Stock Exchange. This researchalso examine dividend information indication and accuracy of market reaction. The variablewhich is used to see market reaction is abnormal return, in are side the ability of investor ispromoted by stock holder in institution. The sample which is used in this research is all companieswhich are registrated in Indonesian Stock Exchange is chosen by sampling purposemethod since 2004 to 2006 it is got 127 sample of company. This result of research showsthat increasing dividend announcement doesn’t have information indication, investor is notcorrect to respond decreasing dividend market announcement or Indonesian Stock Exchangehasn’t been efficient in information or in all decisions, and there is no effect or impact fromanalyze of ability investor toward the accuracy of market reaction to respond increasing dividendannouncement.Keywords : Dividend Increase, Information Content, Decisionally Efficient Market, Investor Sophistication, Institutional Ownership.

Abstract

E-money saat ini telah menjadi media pembayaran yang sangat digemari semua kalangantermasuk pesantren. Kajian ini ingin mengetahui dan menganalisis motif pesantren dalammenerapkan e-money. Studi ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif berdasarkanobservasi, interview. Hasil dari studi ini disimpulkan bahwa pesantren juga mampu menerapkantransaksi e-money sebagai media pembayaran pesantren dengan memanfaatkan teknologiuntuk membantu menunjang kegiatan kepesantrenan agar berjalan optimal. Tujuannya untukmeningkatkan customer service pesantren, menciptakan lingkungan cahsless society, sertapaperless offices yang dapat mengefisienkan data. Implikasi dari penelitian ini diharapkan akansemakin banyak pesantren yang menerapkan transaksi non tunai kepada santrinya, sebagaisalah respon positif pesantren terhadap perkembangan zaman sehingga dapat menyiapkangenerasi bangsa yang berdaya saing tinggi dengan bekal pemahaman agama yang kuat,cerdas intelektual dan mampu memahami dan manguasai teknologi informasi dan komunikasi.Kata Kunci: Sistem Pembayaran, E-money, Pesantren dan Era Digital

Abstract

The objective of this study is to analize and examine the optimalitation of transformational leadership and its influence on employee performance with employee’s affective commitment, continuans commitment, normative commitment and employee’s creativity variable as intervening variable at Bappeda Kabupaten Jepara. Respondents of this study are all employeesof Bappeda Kabupaten Jepara as many as 50 people, by sampling random sampling methods.With the analytical techniques by using Partial Least Square (PLS).Based on the analysis and discussion in this study obtained a general conclusion that the positive effect of transformational leadership on affective commitment, normative commitment, continuans commitment, and creativity of employees significantly. And affective commitment, normative commitment and commitment kontinuans, and employee creativity positively affected performance significantly.Keyword: transformational leadership, affective commitment, normative commitment, continuans commitment, creativity, performance.

Abstract

This study aimed to test the performance improvement model with variables: organizational climate, work motivation, communication, job satisfaction, and trust. The study was conducted by survey method by distributing questionnaires to 105 members of the “Satlantas Polres Jepara”. Sampling studies using Random Sampling Proportional method.The results showed that the performance of members can be optimized by building a conducive organizational climate, as evident in this study that organizational climate directly affects the performance. Next the performance of members can also be optimized by always providing the motivation and confidence to members, because this study also proved that both these variables directly affect performance. Furthermore, this study also prove that job satisfaction as an intervening for the relationship of organizational climate to performance, can be interpreted that in order to optimize the performance of effective communication can be built, but prior to the performance improvement should be created in the working member satisfaction first.Keywords: organizational climate, work motivation, communication, trust, job satisfaction, performance

Abstract

Data was collected by questionnaire and literature with a number sampel to many 90 respondents consisting of 11 female respondents and 79 male respondents . The data analysis technique used is the Patrial Least Square (PLS) analysis is a powerful metoode therefore does not assume the data to be certain scale data, not need many assumptions and sample size should not be large . The results showed that ethical leadership variable had no significant effect on performance , psychologicalempowerment have a significant effect on performance , ethical leadership significant effect on satisfaction, psychological empowerment significant effect on satisfaction, and satisfaction have a significant effect on performance.Keywords : Ethical Leadership, Phsycological Empowertment, Satisfaction and Performance.

Abstract

This study analyses one of the sacred trusts which Allah the Almighty has assigned to Muslimleaders or the government in the country, i.e. the administration of obligatory alms (zakah)led by the government and how it is seen from the historical perspective and Islamic law.The study applies a type of qualitative research which tends to the documents analysis. Thestudy focuses on the issue on aversion of some Muslims in the country to entrust their alms(zakah) administration to their government or its representatives due to the weakness of lawenforcement and the lacking of their trust to them over the years. Accordingly, the issue of thezakah distribution which is still individually practiced today, where they distribute it directly tothe recipients (asnaf), whereas the Shari’ah law does not give anyone the right or mandateto collect and distribute it in this way. Therefore, this significant issue should be resurrectedand resolved due to the fact that many people in the country does not comply it very well. Thisproblem actually caused by their lack of knowledge of zakah obligation, objectives of shari’ah(maqasid al-shari’ah) in zakah administration, zakah philosophy and its history.Keywords: Alms, Collection, Distribution, Shari’ah, Government.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational learning and knowledge Donating andcollecting knowledge on teacher performance in SMA Islam Sultan Agung 1 Semarang. In thisstudy proposed several variables, namely organizational learning as independent variables,the performance of human resources as the dependent variable, as well as collecting Donatingknowledge and knowledge as an intervening variable. This type of research in this study isexplanatory research and using research methods to the census of 60 teachers in SMA IslamSultan Agung 1 Semarang. The first phase tested the validity and reliability questions foreach variable. The second stage regression test organizational learning, knowledge donatingand collecting knowledge on teacher performance. Abstract

Purchasing decisions become an important thing in retaining customers. The purchase decisionis a customer’s response to a discrepancy between the level of prior importance and the actualperformance it perceives after use. As for the population is a student class of 2013. Samplestaken in the study obtained for 96.04 then rounded up to 100 people. Based on the abovecalculation results, the number of samples taken in this study is the student class of 2013as many as 100 respondents. Criteria of sampling as a resource is a social networking siteusers who have made purchases two (2) times through social networking sites. The result ofresearch indicate that Ease, Quality of information, Quality of interaction have positive andsignificant influence to trust, Ease, Quality of information, Quality of interaction have positiveand significant influence to purchasing decision, Trust influence positively and significantly topurchasing decision.Keywords : Ease, Quality of information, Quality of trust interaction, purchase decision

Abstract

Many researchers in behavioural organizational science found that multidimensional effectof commitment variables- effective commitment; continuance commitment and normativecommitment- have different influence to turnover intention. This research aims to investigateinfluence multidimensional effect of commitment to turn over intention and to analyzemultidimensional of commitment as mediator variables. Questionaires distribute amonglectures and nurses of Sultan Agung Fondation amounting 59 respondents. Abstract

The development of the capital market is currently followed by the development of the stock market is increasingly in demand by investors as well, seen from data on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) which shows that the stocks included in the sharia has increased. An investor will do the analysis to make an investment decision. The analysis is technical and fundamental. One of the fundamental analysis is profitability ratio analysis issued by the company. Good financial performance will be the information used as a positive signal by investors, because companies that have good financial performance will provide more benefits for investors. The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze profitability variables on stock returns in Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) period 2012-2016. Population of this research is a company included in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). This research using sample criteria, we obtained a sample of 21 companies included in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) for the period of 2012-2016 and published annual financial report data on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) required during the study. The variables used in this research are earning per share (EPS), return on equity (ROE), return on asset (ROA), return on sales (ROS), return on investment (ROI), size as control variable, and stock return as the dependent variable. Result of this research show that investor on Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) see simultaneously the profitability ratio as a signal for investment decision making. Variable size can be used as control variable in that used in this research. Profitability ratios that are taken by investors are return on assets (ROA), earnings per share (EPS), and return on investment (ROI). So that should be a special attention for companies incorporated in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) to increase investor interest to invest in the company.
