Abstract

Trust, Ease, Risk Perception and Buying Interest Consumers are one of the factors that areexpected to improve Buying Service Decision Go-Jek online transportation in Semarang City.The formulation of the problem in this research is to know how the influence of trust, easeand perception of risk to purchasing decision of Go-Jek service in Semarang City, throughconsumer buying interest as intervening variable. The purpose of this study was to analyze theinfluence of trust, convenience, and risk perception of purchasing decision through consumerbuying interest as intervening variable. The population in this study is the consumer of Go-Jektransportation users in Semarang City with a sample of 120 people using the formula RaoPurba. Methods of collecting documentation data and questionnaires, analytical methodsof instrument test (validity test and reliability test), descriptive analysis of index answers pervariable, classical assumption test and regresion path analysis, and using the test of sobel.The result of the research shows that there is positive and significant influence of trust, ease ofbuying decision of service with consumer buying interest as intervening variable, and there isnegative and significant influence of risk perception to purchase decision with buying interestas intervening variable. Abstract

Improving of SMEs performance need good management system. The purpose of this researchis analyze the factors influencing the performance of SMEs and to determine whether thevariables of innovation, environmental hostility and firm size affect to improvement processs.A survey was conducted in Purbalingga regency by purposive sampling technique. Thesamples that are used to data analysing are 110 small medium enterprises. Partial LeastSquares method was used to examine 6 (six) research hypotheses. Research instrumensvalidity was measured by convergent validity and discriminant validity. Instrument reliabilitywas measured by cronbach’s alpha and composite reliability. The result shows that innovationand firm size positively effect to improvement process. Abstract

In this modern era, many product companies are competing to produce food products thatcontain halal-labeled ingredients for food products made by the wider community.The populationin this study were Islamic students in the city of Semarang who had issued halal products. Thesample in this study are some Islamic students who have spent halal food products. Techniquesin sampling in this study, using purposive sampling techniques or sampling. The purposivesampling technique is a sampling technique that adjusts to certain criteria (intentional). Analysistools that are multiple linear regression.The results showed that Instrinsik Religiosity positivelyand significantly toward the assessment of halal products, extrinsic religiosity positively andsignificantly towards the assessment of halal products, halal product knowledge had a positiveand significant effect on halal products, instrinsic significant religiosity to buy halal products,extrinsic religiosity significantly and significantly on the purchase price of halal goods, halal hasa positive and significant influence on the purchase price and an assessment of halal productshas a positive and significant effect on the purchase price of halal productsKeywords: religiosity and knowledge of halal products, halal products and interest inpurchasing products

Abstract

The objectives of this research are examine the influence of applying Total Qualitative Management(TQM) on the excellent service of the village chief apparatus in Gunungpati Semarang subdistrictand to examine the biggest influences of TQM dimension towards the excellent service.Population of the research is societies 16 kelurahan at Gunungpati Subdistrict Semarang. Thesample consists of 160 societes in Gunungpati Subdistrict Semarang. The research method usethe survey method with questionaire. The examining hypothesis in multi regression under SPSS13.The research result find that there is some influence in apllying TQM on the excellent serviceof the apparatus in kelurahan Gunungpati subdistrict, Semarang. Another examining result whichis done with contrasting the dimension of educational beta value coefficient and the biggest exercisingin contrast with another beta coefficient. It means that the educational dimension andexercising that influencing on the excellent service of the apparatus in kelurahan Gunungpati subdistrict,Semarang. Limitation of this research are the use of survey methods and only GunungpatiSubdistrict to predict excellent service of all kelurahan in Semarang city.Keyword : Total Quality Management, Excellent Service, Educational and Exercising

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Knowledge Sharing, Learning Organization, and Individual Innovation Capability variables on the improvement of Employee Performance. The data used in this study were primary data in the form of questionnaires totaling 50 respondents of functional functional employees in the Center for Agricultural Technology Study in Central Java.The section consists of instructors, researchers, technicians and librarians. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. Testing of this study used path analysis and to test the effect of intervening variables used the sobel test. The results showed that (1) knowledge sharing has a positive effect on employee performance,(2) knowledge sharing has a positive effect on individual innovation capability,(3)individual innovation capability has a positive effect on employee performance,(4) learning organization has a positive effect on employee performance,(5) learning organization has a positive effect on individual innovation capability,(6) learning organization has a positive effect on knowledge sharing. In this study, of the 4 variables that have the most influence in relation to one another. Namely the Individual Innovation Capability variable with a beta amount of 0.530. This shows that the real employees in their hearts need support to explore themselves. Then get the freedom to express new innovations they find and be given training in new technologies. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate influence the quality of the implementation of Corporate Governance (CG) and the complexity of the bank against fraud in commercial banks in 2009. Dependent vaty of bank CG. The main issues discussed in this study is the number of occurrences of fraud on the bank caused by the poor quality of execution of CG / not good. To test the above issues, conducted research on the quality and complexity of the CG implementation of bank fraud that occurred at commercial banks in 2010. Theoretical framework and data analysis performed using multiple regression with least squares equation and hypothesis testing using the t-statistic for testing the partial regression coefficients and the f-statistic to test the influence keberartian together with the level of significance of 5%. Moreover, also tested the classical assumptions include normality test, test multicollinearity, heteroskedastisitas test and autocorrelation test. The results of the analysis indicate that the variable quality of execution of CG proven negative effect on the fraud at the level of significance of less than 5% while the complexity of the bank proved to be positively related to fraud at the level of significance of 5%.Keywords : Corporate Governance, fraud, complexity of the bank

Abstract

Dimensions of social capital described everything that makes people allied to achieve a common goal based on unity, and bounded by the values and norms that grow and obeyed, as well as the social relations inherent in social structures and social networks in a community that creates wide range of social obligations, creating a climate of mutual trust, bring information channels, and establish norms and social sanctions for members of the community (Coleman , 1999). However, Fukuyama ( 2000) says that not necessarily the norms and shared values are guided by reference behave, act, and behave it automatically becomes social capital. However, only the norms and shared values based on trust. Where trust is build from expectations, honesty, and cooperative behavior emerging from within a community based on shared norms shared by its members. The population consisted of tobacco farmers, community leaders, and government officials from eight districts and rural villages are selected as samples. While the number of respondents were 104 people , consisting of 80 tobacco farmers, 16 community leaders, 16 of the village, sub-district and 2 devices. Variables research includes the study of economic, socialcultural, demographic, tobacco farmers, and the effectiveness of social capital. Data collection using focus group discussions ( FGD ) with the respondent, and field observations. The results showed that the values of trust in social capital is dominant as the basis for rural communities to be used as based on improvement of other functions, such as increased respect and mutual benefit. Problems in the optimization problem concerning the nature of social capital, human resource issues, and management issues. The main problems to optimize the role of social capital in rural areas need the support of various stakeholders, and the demands of rural communities regarding the importance of mentoring programs to improve the competence of rural communities by improving farming skills, and improve agricultural diversification. In addition, the need for transformational leadership support to improve the optimization of the role of social capital .Keywords : social capital, welfare, transformational leadership, mentoring

Abstract

The research was conducted on Kesbangpol dan Linmas Kota Salatiga with the aim to determine the effect of Quality of Work Life and Employee Engagement on Employee Performance. The research data obtained through questionnaires to 63 respondents who are employees of Kesbangpol dan Linmas Kota Salatiga using census. The results of the data obtained is processed using Partial Least Square (PLS) with PLS Smart Program. The results show that quality of working life contributing positively and significantly to Employee Engagement and Employee Performance, also Employee Engagement contribute positively and significantly to Employee Performance.Keyword: Quality of Work Life, Employee Engagement , Employee Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACTWakaf is linked to a variety of fields, such as religious, educational, cultural, social and economic.There are several problems and issues facing the Malaysian endowment management as awhole, and Kelantan in particular. Some of the problems and issues are lack of academicallyand administratively qualified personnel in the Wakaf sections/departments, lack of standardsystem for preserving wakaf assets, lack of standard system procedure for the transfer of wakafitems to the Endowment Committee, and so on. There are several contemporary problems andissues surrounding Wakaf management and organization, and the most prevalent of which is theissue of investing Wakaf funds. This is so because it is of great interest to the Malaysian Islamicinstitutions or the Malaysian Islamic council. Based on the importance of the subject, we haveseen the need to examine wakaf applications to Kelantan endowment committee. This studyis comprised of four sections, namely: the emergence of the Kelantan Endowment Committeeand its objectives; the rule of investing endowment funds from the Islamic jurists’ perspective;contemporary decisions on the issue of investing Wakaf funds; and investment of Wakaf fundsin the Kelantan endowment committee. The most important finding of the study is that theKelantan Endowment Commission relates to several fields, as stated by the researchers. It ishoped that the study and its findings will benefit the researchers, the needy ones, as well as theauthorities of Wakaf institutions and committees.Keywords: Investment, Wakaf (Endowment) funds, Endowment committee.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the effect of religioustic on the pattern of hardwork through the intrinsic motivativation and ekstrinsic motivation. And create a developmentmodel on the pattern of hard work. The population in this study are all Human Resources at MTsAl Khoiriyah 1 in Semarang, with the amount of 32 people by using kuestionaire. The samplingmethod used is the census method that all members of the population became the sample. Theanalytical method used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of data analysis can beconcluded that religioustic has the possitive and significant influence on intrinsic motivativation,religioustic has the possitive and significant influence on ekstrinsic motivativation, possitive andsignificant effect on religioustic to the pattern of hard work, possitive and significant effect onintrinsic motivation to the pattern of hard work and possitive and the possitive and significanteffect on ekstrinsic motivation to the pattern of hard work. Also based on the direct effect,indirect effect, and total effect shows the pattern of hard work influenced by intrinsic motivationby 73.1%, the pattern of hard work influenced by ekstrinsic motivation by 46.9%, the patternof hard work influenced by religioustic through intrinsic motivation by 43.3% and the pattern ofhard work influenced by religioustic through ekstrinsic motivation by 32.8%Keywords : Religioustic, Intrinsic Motivation, Ekstrinsic Motivation , and Pattern of Hard Work.
