The sample that used was sukukthat listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange and it was rated by PT PEFINDO during 2006-2014.The technique that used to select the sample was purposive sampling. Based on this method, there are 29 companies that were suitable with the criteria. The analysis method that used inthis research was multiple analysis linier regression with intervening variable. The result of thisresearch was Sukuk Rating and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) variables had significant negativeimpact to Yield To Maturity. But, liquidity (current ratio) did not give significant impact to Yield ToMaturity, liquidity (current ratio) variables brought significant negative impact to sukuk rating andleverage (debt to equity ratio) did not give impact to sukuk rating too. Keywords : Current Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio, Sukuk Rating, Yield To Maturity

Analysis result of the affective commitment has positive effect on job satisfaction, continuance commitment has negative effect on job satisfaction, affective commitment hasnegative effect on turnover intentions, continuance commitment has negative effect on jobsatisfaction, and job satisfaction has negative influence to turnover intentions. This resultconsistent with research done by Ketchand and Strawser (1998) and Kadir (2003). Adaptive sales behavior that is supported by the competence of salespeople is avariable built in order to bridge the influence between customer orientation on the performanceof salespeople. In this study 102 salespeople at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III, (Persero), serve asa research population. The sampling technique used the census method or used the populationas the research sample. This is done looking at the population that is in accordance with theminimum sample requirements in the use of SEM analysis tools (equitio modeling structure)The result of this research proves that customer orientation influence to adaptive sellingbehavior. the technical competence of salespeople influences adaptive sales behavior. Technicalcompetence of salespeople does not affect the performance of salespeople and behavioralsales adaptive effect on the performance of salespeopleKeywords: customer orientation, technical competence of salespeople, adaptive salesbehavior and performance of salespeople

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to measure systemic risk and financial linkages in financial institutions in Indonesia. The financial sector plays a vital role in the economy. On the other hand, this sector is also vulnerable to crises or risks, one of which is systemic risk. This study uses a sample 20 financial institutions from January 2012 to December 2018 with the Conditional Value at Risk (CoVaR) model. The results obtained show that the size of an institution does not determine the amount of systemic risk contribution. Based on the average systemic risk contribution obtained that insurance companies become the largest contributor to systemic risk.

Abstract

An organizational transformation that results in "dramatic" events that must be addressed by all members of the organization. This study uses three basic theories from Kurt Lewin that explain the process of change in an organization, namely unfreezing, movement, and refreezing. The phenomenon that occurs at Tidar University as a new university is the optimization of human resources towards Indonesia 2045. Humans with self empowerment and flexibility as agents of change in developing management strategies for successful organizational performance towards equality with other PTN. This research was conducted to examine the implementation of the role of professional resources on organizational transformation as an agent of change. This research was conducted through a literature study that refers to research and critical review of previous theories. As for the relevance of our data, we distributed questionnaires to 25% of the total employees as baseline deep in interviews in group discussions to share professional experiences, understand our own assumptions and assumptions of others and to understand the profession. The analysis uses Lewin's three-step process approach to agents of change in change in organizations. In a critical review change management has a constructive framework for managing organizational change through the process phase. The results of this study provide theories and practical implications of a process of change by the "agent of change".
