Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze factors that supports the successful ofmudharabah financing of micro-enterprises performance. The sample in this study amountedto 52 members BMT Sumber Mulia, BMT Assaadah and BMT Hubbul Wathon mudharabahfinancing recipients and 10 BMT employees. This research is explanatory research. Thisresearch uses multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the analysis concludes thatmudharabah financing conducted by BMT Sumber Mulia, BMT Assaadah and BMT HubbulWathon have expanded its business based on sharia principles, mudharabah financing providedfor BMT members has good impact for its business, mudharabah financing has significant effecton the micro-enterprises performance, business experience has significant effect on the microenterprisesperformance, the age of the micro entrepreneurs has no significant effect on themicro-enterprises performance, the coaching does not strengthen the effect of mudharabahfinancing on the micro-enterprises performance, and the education of micro entrepreneurs doesnot strengthen the effect of business experience on the micro-enterprises performance.Keywords: Mudharabah Financing, Micro-Enterprises Performance, (BMT) Baitul Maal WatTamwil

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze what Trade-off Theory and Pecking Order Theory ableto explain the financing decision in Indonesian Capital Market. In this study, determinant ofTrade-off theory are non-debt tax shields, size, and liquidity. The determinant of Pecking Ordertheory are profitability, cash deficit, and investment. Sample in this study are 40 manufacturingcompanies that active and liquid at Indonesian capital market over two years, from 2005 to2006. Thus, this study have 80 observations. Sample used the method of purposive sampling.Multiple regression model is used to test this hypothesis. The result of this Trade-off theoryapproach is found that partially all proxy aren’t statistically significant. But simultaniously nondebt tax shields, size, and liquidity variable give statistically significant. While Pecking Ordertheory approach is found that partially only cash deficit and investment variable statisticallysignificant. But simultaneously profitability, cash deficit, and investment variable have statisticallysignificant. So, firms that go public at Indonesian capital market tend to follow peckingorder theory than trade-off theory in their financing decision.Keyword : trade-off theory and pecking order theory

Abstract

This study aims at understanding the meaning of the loan in the loan business services basedon the members’ perceptions of Eko Kapti cooperative. This study uses TranscendentalPhenomenology approach by Edmund Husserl. Abstract

The purpose of this research was examining financial reporting timeliness (annual report)that go public at Indonesia Stock Exchange. Indicator of characteristic information at capitalmarket is most actually information which timeliness. Timeliness constitutes main problem sothere is trend for public’s firms to mistiming deep to pass on financial statements to BAPEPAM.The effect this research is subject to be analized discipline or compliance zoom thatgets bearing with financial reporting and to find empiric prove hits factors that regard corporatefinance reporting timeliness that go public at Indonesia Stock Exchange. Samples in thisresearch are 198 firms that go public at Indonesia Stock Exchange in year 2003 untill 2005.This research used binary logistic’s regression by use of program SPSS 13. To determine andchooses best fit model in hypothesis testing was done by estimation by use of two scenario.Result of this research : (1) Size, age and insider ownership impact of corporate finance reportingtimeliness. Abstract

This study aims to determine the fair price of shares and investment decisions fundamentallyby using the Price Earning Ratio approach seen from the development of the company’sfinancial condition. The fundamental variables used are ROE, EPS, DPS, PER, DPR. The typeof research used is quantitative descriptive. This study analyzed six companies as a sample,namely PT Delta Djakarta Tbk, PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk, PT Kalbe Farma Tbk, PTMulti Bintang Indonesia Tbk, PT Jamu and Pharmaceutical Industry Sido Muncul Tbk and PTTempo Scan Pacific Tbk. The sample was obtained using purposive sampling technique. Theresults of this study indicate that PT. Delta Djakarta Tbk is in an overvalued position so thatthe investment decision that can be taken is by selling the shares. While PT Indofood SuksesMakmur Tbk, PT Kalbe Farma Tbk and PT Jamu and Pharmaceutical Industry Sido Muncul Tbkare in a correctly valued position so that the investment decision that can be taken is by holdingthe shares. While PT Multi Bintang Indonesia Tbk and PT. Abstract

The current study examined the impact of perceived organizational support (POS), workstressor, and gender on work-family conflict (WFC) and family-work conflict (FWC) variables.The participants were 100 lecturers working full-time for a variety of universities in Semarang.T-test and hierarchical regression analysis were used to test the hypotheses. The resultindicated that POS was negatively related to both WFC and FWC. POS exhibited a moderatingeffect of the relationships of stressor and FWC, but not WFC. The result also indicated thatgender did not predict the level of conflict, and not moderated the effect of stressor on bothtypes of the conflict.Keywords: Pos, Stressor, Gender, WFC, FWC

Abstract

Spiritual leadership is an important factor in improving employee performance in government organizations. Some research has been done in order to optimize and create ongoing competitive advantage for organizations, however, more emphasis on aspects of non-human resources(tangible resources) and not much focus on the intangible resources of human capital. This study aims to determine Spiritual leaders in improving organizational outcomes. The sample in this study were employees of the District Court Office / Commercial / Corruption Semarang numbering as many as 153 people. Data obtained by conducting interviews equipped withinstruments questions. The question posed consisting of closed questions, where respondents choose the score of answer choices that are available as well as open questions. the spiritual leadership variables measured by seven indicators, four indicators of job satisfaction and performance of the five indicators. Everything is measured with a Likert scale of 1 -5. Analysisusing Partial Least Square (PLS).The results of data analysis by using the convergent validity showed that all indicator variables valid research (statistical T> T table) and a composite reliability values above 0.70. The results of hypothesis testing showed that spiritual leadership have a significant effect on satisfaction and performanceKeywords: spiritual leadership, job satisfaction, job performance

Abstract

The objective of this study is to examine the effect of intellectual capital disclosure and institutional ownership to the level of underpricing in Initial Public Offering (IPO) in Indonesian Stock Exchange. It is argued that the higher the intelectual capital disclosure the lower the level of underpricing. While because of assymmtric informatian, another argumentation is that institutional ownership influence underpricing. The sample in this study are company’s IPO in the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2007-2011. The sample are selected using purposive sampling method. The hypotheses are tested by running regression models. Thedependent variable is underpricing. The independent variables are the disclosure of intellectual capital and institutional ownership. This study also uses the control variable, they are return on assets, firm size, financial leverage, and underwriter reputation. The results show that intellectual capital disclosure has significant negative influence to the level of underpricing, while institutional ownership variable is not significant. Financial leverage and underwriter reputation as a control variable have significant negative effects to the level of underpricing.While other control variables are return on assets and firm size have no significant effect to the level of underpricing.Keywords: intellectual capital disclosure, institution ownership, underpricing, return on asset, firm size, financial leverage, underwriter’s reputation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of knowledge sharing lead to improved organizational performance based on the entrepreneurial attitude that includes learning orientation and risk taking. Purposive sampling technique is the number of samples in this study of 135 respondents. Analysis techniques using Structural Equation Model (SEM) with AMOS Soptware. The study results showed that entrepreneurial attitude that includes learning orientation and risk taking to organizational performance through knowledge sharing variables have a higher effect when compared with immediate effect. It shows that the role of knowledge sharing has led to increased organizational performance based on the entrepreneurial attitude that includes learning orientation and risk taking.

Abstract

Substitution employees have positive and negative effects. However, most of the turnover brought unfavorable influence on the organization, namely the high level of turnover. The research aims to analyze the effects of job insecurity and job satisfaction of the desire to move production employees working with the commitment of employees as variable intervening. The population in this study is devoted only to permanent employees of the production of sugar factory. Kebon Agung Trangkil Pati. Referring to the formula Slovin and using purposive sampling techniques, the obtained sample size was 66 respondents. The results showed that job insecurity proved to be a significant negative effect on employee commitment, while job satisfaction has positive influence on employee commitment. Job insecurity is proven to have a positive and significant effect on turnover intentions work. Job satisfaction has a negative and significant impact on job turnover intentions. The results of the research commitment of employees are not able to become an intervening variable between job insecurity on job turnover intentions. Employee commitment to become intervening variable between job satisfaction and turnover intentions to work. The explanation can be interpreted that the higher the level of employee satisfaction, the more it will add to the high commitment of the employees to do something to support the company's success that it will reduce employees' desire to move work. Keywords: Job insecurity, job satisfaction, employee commitment and job turnover intentions.
