Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the company's institutional ownership structure on tax avoidance practices and the existence of financial decisions (investment decisions, funding decisions and dividend policies) as moderating variables for the interaction of the influence between the company's institutional ownership structure on tax avoidance practices. The subjects of this research were manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021. The sample selection used the purposive sampling method and obtained 30 companies that meet the criteria. The data used were secondary data from financial reports and annual reports, while the data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis and multiple regression analysis. The moderation test used MRA (Moderating Regression Analysis) using SPSS 26. The results showed that the company's institutional ownership did not affect tax avoidance practices. Furthermore, testing using the MRA shows that financial decisions as moderating variables (investment decisions, funding decisions and dividend policies) are not able to strengthen the effect of corporate institutional ownership on tax avoidance.

Abstract

Business revival in the new normal era is currently the main focus for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) after nearly a year of experiencing a downturn during the pandemic. Maintaining stable performance in the new normal era is currently the main strategy for MSMEs which have a strategic role in improving the national economy. MSME actors face many problems including limited business capital, business licensing, lack of innovation, and not a few MSMEs are still stuttering about digital technology today. Therefore, the contribution of various parties is needed in an effort to improve its performance. This study aims to develop a model for improving the performance of MSMEs through digital skills, workforce transformation and digital transformation as interventions. This digital change is urgently needed for MSMEs in increasing their readiness to face the current pandemic due to the limited space for MSMEs to move. Increasing digital transformation in MSMEs needs support from digital skills and workforce transformation from MSME human resources so that it will trigger an increase in MSME performance. This research was conducted using a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 250 MSMEs in Central Java. Analysis of research data was carried out by testing structural equation modeling (SEM) and using the variance approach (partial least squares), then data processing was supported by the SmartPLS application. The results show that increasing the performance of MSMEs can be improved through digital transformation. And in improving digital transformation through digital skill readiness and carrying out HR workforce transformation, so that MSMEs are more able to compete and adapt during a pandemic.

Abstract

As an effort to realize the vision and mission of the Hospital, employee performance must increase. In the process of improving employee performance, it must pay attention to factors that can improve performance. However, this work should not be done haphazardly and must still be in accordance with the Hospital SOP. This study aims to determine the effect of workload and salary on the performance of volunteer employees, as well as to see the potential for fraud that may occur during the process of completing work.The population in this study were all temporary staff including nurses and nutritionists who worked at one of the hospitals in Semarang, with a total sample of 76 respondents. The data source used is primary data using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression.The results showed that the workload variable has a negative effect on employee performance. Furthermore, salary has a positive effect on employee performance. Additional questionnaires show that high workloads and salaries that are not in line with expectations but performance demands remain high, will have the potential to cause activities that are not in accordance with the provisions and SOPs of the Hospital

Abstract

Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) dapat dikategorikan sebagai salah satu pihak yang patut mendapat perhatian dalam mendukung pencapaian inklusi keuangan. Adopsi teknologi oleh UKM mampu memberikan keunggulan kompetitif untuk mempertahankan kekuatannya di pasar. Penelitian ini menggabungkan dua teori, yaitu: teori TAM dan TPB dalam penerimaan e-money oleh UKM dan bagaimana dampaknya terhadap kinerja keuangan UKM. Variabel penelitian ini adalah persepsi kegunaan, norma subjektif, penggunaan perilaku dan kinerja keuangan. Data statistik didasarkan pada data yang dikumpulkan, melalui kuesioner survei dari 105 UKM di Indonesia Penelitian ini menggunakan SEM-PLS untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi kegunaan dan norma subjektif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Perilaku penggunaan uang elektronik. Studi tersebut mengungkapkan bahwa penggunaan Perilaku memiliki dampak positif terhadap kinerja keuangan

Abstract

The rapid development of information and communication technology has changed the pattern of people's buying culture from offline to online. Finally, the product marketing strategy must also follow changes in the community, including the marketing of MSME products in Purworejo Regency. This research was conducted to find out more about the effect of social media promotion and electronic word of mouth (e-WoM) on buying interest of MSME products in Purworejo Regency at Yodotuku.com, either partially or simultaneously. The number of samples is 112 respondents selected by purposive sampling method. The instrument test uses validity and reliability tests. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression.The results of the study show that social media promotion has a positive but not significant effect on the buying interest of MSME products in Purworejo Regency at Yodotuku.com. This is shown through the results of the t test of 0.329 (> 0.05). While e-WoM is known to have a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05), has a positive effect on consumer buying interest. Based on the test results, the calculated f is greater than the value of f table (64.353 > 3.08), it is known that simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between social media promotion and e-WoM  on the buying interest of UMKM Purworejo Regency products at Yodotuku.com. Therefore promotion on social media in the form of positive testimonials and reviews from consumers will be more optimal to influence buying interest for MSME products.

Abstract

Kopi menjadi salah satu minuman yang digemari oleh masyarakat di Indonesia. Dewasa ini, sudah banyak bertumbuh coffee shop, baik di kota maupun di daerah – daerah perumahan. Salah satu coffee shop yang sudah terkenal adalah Kopi Kenangan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh pengalaman pelanggan dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Kopi Kenangan di Bandung, dengan kepuasan pelanggan sebagai variabel intervening.Jenis penelitian yang dipakai di penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian kuantitatif ialah satu diantara jenis penelitian yang spesifikasinya ialah sistematis, terencana serta terstruktur secara jelas semenjak awal sampai penciptaan rancangan penelitiannya (Sugiyono, 2017. Berdasarkan tujuan penelitian ini ialah penelitian konklusif bersama tipe penyelidikan kausal (Indrawati, 2015). Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan konsumen pernah datang minimal 2 kali ke Kopi Kenangan yang jumlahnya tidak diketahui secara pasti, maka pengukuran sampel menggunakan rumus bernoulli untuk penarikan sampel dengan pendekatan proporsi, sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 400 responden.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, pengalaman pelanggan pada konsumen Kopi Kenangan Bandung berada pada kategori baik/puas, kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan Kopi Kenangan Bandung kepada para konsumen berada pada kategori sangat baik/sangat tinggi, kepuasan pelanggan Konsumen Kopi Kenangan Bandung berada pada kategori baik/puas, loyalitas konsumen Konsumen Kopi Kenangan Bandung berada pada kategori baik/puas, terdapat pengaruh pengalaman pelanggan terhadap pengalaman pelanggan, terdapat pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, terdapat pengaruh kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas konsumen, terdapat pengaruh pengalaman pelanggan terhadap loyalitas konsumen, terdapat pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas konsumen, terdapat pengaruh pengalaman pelanggan terhadap loyalitas konsumen melalui kepuasan pelanggan, terdapat pengaruh kualitas pelaanan terhadap loyalitas konsumen melalui kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

Bankruptcy is something that must be considered for every company. In Indonesia, currently there are many companies that are expected to experience bankruptcy, which occurs in large companies, especially those on a multinational scale, due to debt data that is greater than total assets, especially in transportation companies. The purpose of this study is to analyze bankruptcy prediction using the Altman, Grover and Springate Models on the Indonesia Stock Exchange PT. with reference to signaling theory. The population is 42 transportation companies for the 2018-2021 period, using a purposive sampling method of 25 companies. Hypothesis testing uses an independent sample t-test. The results of the research are; there is no significant difference between the Altman and Grover models, there is no significant difference between the Altman and Springate models, and there is a significant difference between the Springate and Grover models. The results of this study are useful in assisting potential investors in choosing companies through bankruptcy analysis for each company

Abstract

Tujuan artikel ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh job insecurity, beban kerja dan stress kerja terhadap kinerja sumber daya manusia. Job insecurity yang selama diartikan sebagai bentuk ketidaknyamanan yang dirasakan karyawan terhadap kondisi kerja diduga memiliki pengaruh terhadap hasil kerja. Dengan menggunakan sampel pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Kota Tegal I sebanyak 132 orang, data dianalisis menggunakan PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa job insecurity dan beban kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap stress kerja. Semakin tinggi job insecurity dan beban kerja yang dirasakan maka semakin tinggi stress kerja; dan selanjutnya stress kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja sumber daya manusia. Pada penelitian ini terdapat temuan menarik yaitu job insecurity dan beban kerja keduanya, tidak memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja sumber daya manusia, melainkan melalui variable mediasi stress kerja. Dengan demikian dampak dari job insecurity dan beban kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja sumber daya manusia melalui peningkatan stress kerja.

Abstract

Purchasing decisions are part of the consumer's behavior in which the consumer will determine which products to consume. There are many factors that can affect purchasing decisions. This study aims to analyze the factors affecting consumer purchasing decisions on imported packaged food products. The data was obtained through a questionnaire distributed online through google form with a sample of 200 respondents who had bought or consumed imported packaged food products in Jakarta. The method used in this study was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) techniques using SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tools. Results show that the E-WOM, halal awareness, influencer marketing and lifestyle variables have a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision of imported packaged food products.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah semakin berkembangannya bisnis di Indonesia yang menyebabkan keberadaan pasar tradisional semakin tersingkir. Masyarakat khususnya generasi muda semakin banyak yang enggan untuk berbelanja di pasar tradisional. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan model mengenai strategi yang dapat mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian generasi milenial di pasar tradisional. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi tambahan informasi bagi para penjual di pasar tradisional untuk dapat meningkatkan strategi pemasarannya. Subyek penelitian ini adalah pengunjung milenial pasar tradisional di kota Purwokerto. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dan SPSS digunakan dalam penelitian ini.  Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah strategi pemasaran yang terdiri dari produk, harga, tempat dan promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada keputusan pembelian seseorang dalam berbelanja di pasar tradisional.
