Abstract

This study aims to explore the impact of product variations and packaging on purchasing decisions at Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) "Sambalin Aja" in Medan City. The research method applied is a quantitative method with an associative approach. The results of the analysis show that partially, product variety (X1) does not have a significant influence on purchasing decisions, with a calculated t value (1.085) lower than the t table value (2.03452), and a significance value greater than 0.05 (0.286). Meanwhile, the packaging variable (X2) positively and significantly influences purchasing decisions, as evidenced by the t count (4.265) which exceeds the t table (2.03452), and a significance value of 0.000, with an unstandardized beta coefficient for the packing regression of 0.554. This finding indicates that the management of UMKM "Sambalin Aja" needs to pay special attention to the aspect of product packaging, along with increasing the variety of products that can be the choice of consumers. It is recommended that management re-analyze the competitiveness of packaging and product variations compared to competitors, to ensure optimal competitiveness in the market.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja keuangan, good corporate governance terhadap pengungkapan sustainability report (Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2017-2020). Penelitian ini mengambil populasi dan sampel dari annual report dan sustainability report pada Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2017-2020, dimana dalam penentuan sampel metode yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode statistik yang dibantu dengan program SPSS 24,0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara partial return on assets (ROA), dewan komisaris independen dan komite audit berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengungkapan Sustainability Report. Kemudian secara simultan return on assets (ROA), dewan komisaris independen dan komite audit berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengungkapan Sustainability Report. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat dilihat bahwa pengungkapan sustainability report sudah mulai banyak dilakukan oleh perusahaan sehingga data yang dihasilkan lebih berbobot dengan jumlah pengungkapan dan kualitas laporan yang lebih baik dan teruji.

Abstract

This study aims to draw conclusive findings and provide a detailed overview of the investigated phenomenon using data collected at a single point in time. The survey was conducted through the distribution of questionnaires among employees working at a manufacturing company in Jepara Regency. The sampling technique used was stratified random sampling based on employee positions to ensure that all employee groups were represented, with a sample size of 108 respondents. The authors ensured that responses from each employee position had equal representation in the analysis. The coded data were then imported into SmartPLS 3 software for comprehensive analysis. The analysis results show that there is a positive and significant relationship between procedural justice and employee job satisfaction. Additionally, employee job satisfaction has a significant positive impact on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Mediation analysis revealed that job satisfaction fully mediates the relationship between procedural justice and OCB, where the direct path between procedural justice and OCB becomes insignificant when job satisfaction is included as a mediator. The managerial implications of these findings are that companies should focus on improving employee job satisfaction through effective implementation of procedural justice to encourage OCB. From an academic contribution perspective, this study enhances the understanding of the mediating role of job satisfaction in the relationship between procedural justice and OCB, and supports previous research highlighting the importance of organizational justice in enhancing job satisfaction.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan kerjasama tim terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui semangat kerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Equityworld Futures Semarang yang sudah bekerja minimal selama 2 tahun, dengan sampel menggunakan puporsive sampling , pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan keluaran SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa kepemimpinan dan kerjasama tim berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap semangat kerja. Kepemimpinan dan tim kerjasama berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan semangat kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan serta semangat kerja mampu menjadi variabel intervening .Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan, Tim Kerjasama, Semangat Kerja, Kinerja karyawan

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of mediating earnings management on the relationship between corporate governance, profitability and corporate socials responsibility. Specifically analyzing the impacts of the boards of commissioners on corporate social responsibility and earning management and the impact of earnings management on corporates social responsibility. The population of this research is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with a purposive sampling technique and obtained a sample of 63 with 189 data. The results show that profitability has a negative effect on earning management. Likewise, the boards of commissioner and profitability have a significant positive effect on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Meanwhile the board of commissioners and earnings management have no effect on corporate social responsibility. Earnings management is also unable to mediate the relationship between the board of commissioners and profitability to corporate social responsibility. This research contributes to the field of accounting, especially to the theory of how the relationship between corporate governance, profit management and corporate social responsibility. The results of this study also contribute to the importance of profit for the company in order to increase the company's corporate social responsibility.

Abstract

This research is proposed to identify the impact of the system of profit loss sharing and murabaha financing of Islamic banking on the value of non-performing financing and financial performance in the period 2010 - 2022. The research sample analyzed is the non merger Islamic public banking institutions in Indonesia which were taken using the purposive method. sampling with a total of 11 banks. The data analysis method used is quantitative analysis using panel data regression analysis techniques that combine cross section data with time series. From the results of the analysis conducted, it is evident that mudharabah financing has a positive impact on the NPF value. Musyrakah financing is proven to have a negative effect on the NPF value of Islamic banking. Murabaha financing is proven to have a negative effect on the NPF of Islamic banking. ERM is able to moderate mudharabah financing on NPF with moderation properties weakening the positive effect of mudharabah financing on NPF. ERM is able to moderate mudharabah financing on NPF with moderation properties strengthening the negative effect of mudharabah financing on NPF. ERM is able to moderate murabaha financing on NPF with moderation properties strengthening the negative effect of murabaha financing on NPF. NPF is proven to have a negative effect on the value of financial performance as measured by using the value of ROA.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan relationship quality pada komunitas bisnis UKM pasca pandemi covid-19. Tantangan pelaku UKM pasca COVID-19 adalah bagaimana cara meningkatkan eksistensi bisnis dengan melihat lingkungan bisnis yang kompetitif dan terus berubah. Sehingga penelitian menekankan pada kualitas hubungan antar UKM melalui keterampilan dalam komunikasi yang dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan inovasi kolaboratif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 100 UKM dibidang fashion muslimah  yang tersebar di wilayah Jawa Tengah khususnya di Kota Semarang dan Kabupaten Grobogan.  Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah alat analisis SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil dalam penelitian menunjukan bahwa communication skill secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap relationship quality, communication skill secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap inter organizational collaborative innovation, inter organizational collaborative innovation secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap relationship quality serta Inter organizational collaborative innovation secara signifikan memediasi hubungan antara communication skill terhadap relationship quality

Abstract

Artificial intelligence-based technologies, such as Chat GPT, are increasingly being applied in online businesses to improve business performance in businesses. This research uses qualitative research to explore the impact of using GPT Chat on online business performance among digital business actors using a phenomenology approach. In this research, data collection was carried out using a structured interview method. The data analysis method used in this research is thematic analysis. The results of data analysis show that using ChatGPT helps complete tasks faster, makes it easier to complete tasks, helps acquire new knowledge, helps acquire new skills, helps find innovative ideas, using ChatGPT can improve your service delivery to customers, helps identify problems faced by the company, helps in making decisions for the company, helps make better quality decisions and helps make more effective decisions.

Abstract

A startup company must have resilience in facing various challenges, including operational issues such as employee turnover. Human Resource Management (HRM) plays a crucial role in controlling the activities and operational productivity of the company. This research aims to identify employee responses and the causes of issues related to human resources problems (employee turnover) in the company. The method used in this research employs the Design Thinking approach, which involves the stages of empathy, define, ideate, prototype, and test. The empathy stage is conducted by gaining a deeper understanding of the problem through situation analysis, questionnaire surveys, and interviews. In the define stage, the identification of in-depth problem exploration results in the formulation of a point of view on the problem, and questions (how might we) are created to explore as many ideas as possible. The accumulated ideas are then selected through DOT Voting to choose the best idea. The selected idea in this study is a mental health program for employees expected to reduce employee turnover rates. The resulting prototype is a meditation program for employees. Testing the program yields satisfying feedback, with employees enjoying and feeling their well-being accommodated by the company. Therefore, this program can enhance employee productivity and foster a healthy mind and soul.

Abstract

Setiap bank syariah senantiasa akan mengoptimalkan kinerja keuangannya, sebab pengukuran kinerja keuangan ini menjadi hal yang sangat penting untuk merencanakan strategi, mengambil keputusan dan menentukan kebijakan manajemen yang tepat bagi keberlanjutan perusahaan di masa yang akan datang.. Govenance (ICG), Islamic Social Reporting (ISR), dan pengelolaan zakat sebagai variabel independen terhadap kinerja keuangan sebagai variabel dependen. Variabel ICG diukur dengan 47 indikator sesuai dengan pedoman umum good governance yang diterbitkan oleh Komite Nasional Kebijakan Governance.  Variabel ISR diukur dengan 48 indikator sesuai dengan pedoman peungkapan ISR dalam jurnal yang diterbitkan Haniffa (2002) dan Merina and Verawaty (2016).  Variabel zakat diukur dengan ada tidaknya penyaluran zakat berdasarkan laporan dana dan penggunaan zakat yang dipublikasikan dalam laporan keuangan tahunan. Penelitian ini menggunakan 11 sampel Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia yang terdaftar di Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) pada periode 2020-2022 dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Data diperoleh dari laporan keuangan tahunan, laporan good corporate governance, dan laporan keberlanjutan. Data diolah menggunakan IBM SPSS Statistic versi 22. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Islamic Corporate Governance berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan bank umum syariah, Islamic Social Reporting dan pengelolaan zakat berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan bank umum syariah.
