<![CDATA[This research aims to increase creativity through the STEAM-PjBL model on the subject of My Region and Natural Resources in class IV MINU Hidayatul Mubtadiin for the 2023/2024 academic year. Classroom action research (PTK) was carried out with two learning cycles. The data collection method consists of creativity test sheets for science learning. The results of the research showed that students in cycle I obtained an average score of 70.67%, or in the sufficient category, and the average score of student learning outcomes during cycle II increased to 91.52%, or in the very good category. . Therefore, an increase of 20.85% from qualifications based on cycle I to cycle II is sufficient to meet the good criteria. This research was stopped after cycle II because the success indicators had been reached and the qualifications for completion were reached. The conclusion of this research is that the STEAM-based project-based learning (PjBL) model can increase students' creativity on the subject of My Region and Natural Resources in class IV MINU Hidayatul Mubtadiin.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was used to determine the improvement in Mathematics learning outcomes through the direct instruction model at SDN 02 Astra Ksetra. The problem faced was that the learning outcomes obtained were still low, so using this learning model gave students the opportunity to observe specifically, remember and imitate. what the teacher models or exemplifies. The results of learning improvement I, the average student test score, were found to show an increase in learning outcomes in improvement II, with the average also increasing. The results of improvement I obtained an overall learning completion percentage of 51.85% and experienced an increase in improvement (Cycle) II of 74.07%. So overall learning is said to be successful.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of organizational commitment on job satisfaction and employee performance. The participants in this study were MOS Serang Banten personnel with middle management positions. The number of employees was 40 people and the sample size was 25 respondents. All data for each measurement item were tested with reliability and validity tests based on Cronbach's alpha to ensure internal consistency using the SPSS version 26 program. This study used AMOS 7 to analyze the structural equation model. Trivariate Relationship Model research shows that organizational commitment consisting of affective commitment, continuous commitment, and normative commitment has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a significant influence and mediates the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance MOS.]]>

<![CDATA[The globalization of information technology has brought the world into the era of cyberspace, where Internet facilities present the virtual world with its virtual reality and offer various hopes and opportunities to society. However, there is a problem in the form of a crime called cybercrime. This crime does not recognize national borders (no Borders) or time, because often the victims and perpetrators are in different countries. Cybercrime can be committed through the same computer network system as the target and the computer itself as a means to commit a crime. The rapid development of information technology must be taken into account with the laws and regulations governing it. The negative impact must be anticipated and overcome through legal regulation of the use of information and communication technology. Based on these problems, research was conducted on criminal policies to eradicate cybercrime in Indonesia. The purpose of this research was to understand the criminal law policy based on the Criminal Code to eradicate cybercrime in Indonesia and to study the criminal law policy based on the ITE Law to eradicate cybercrime in Indonesia. This research uses a type of research library research that examines the pluralist Islamic education paradigm as an alternative to religious integration. This cassation requires a Cassation Memorandum containing reasons for objection and is adjudicated by the Cassation Panel of Judges. Insurance is a financial means in managing household life both in the face of basic risks such as the risk of death or the risk of property owned. Research Problem Formulation: 1) How does the contribution affect the assets of PT Asuransi Allianz Life Indonesia Sharia Unit in 2014 – 2020? 2) How does the claim affect the assets of the company PT Asuransi Allianz Life Indonesia Sharia Unit in 2014 – 2020? 3) How does the investment return affect the assets of the PT Asuransi Allianz Life Indonesia Sharia Unit in 2014 – 2020? 4) How do Contributions, Claims, and Investment Returns simultaneously affect the Growth of Company Assets at PT Asuransi Allianz Life Indonesia Sharia Unit in 2014 – 2020?. The objectives of this study are: 1) To determine the effect of Contribution opinion on Company Assets of PT Asuransi Allianz Life Indonesia Sharia Unit in 2014 – 2020. 2) To determine the effect of Claims on Company Assets of PT Asuransi Allianz Life Indonesia Sharia Unit in 2014 – 2020. 3) To determine the effect of Investment Return on Company Assets of PT Asuransi Allianz Life Indonesia Sharia Unit in 2014 – 2020.4) To simultaneously determine the effect of Contribution, Claim, and Investment Return on Asset Growth of PT Asuransi Allianz Life Indonesia Sharia Unit in 2014 – 2020. The method used used in this research is quantitative research method, with descriptive analysis. This descriptive study is intended to provide an overview and explain the state of the company which is illustrated through the Financial Statements and Annual Reports. The results of this study are: 1) The results of hypothesis testing of contribution variables have a significant effect on assets. This can be seen from the t-test or partial test performed, the results of the study indicate that the value of t > t (2.058 > 1.708) thus H1 is accepted or it can be concluded that the independent variable partially has a significant effect on the dependent variable. 2) The results of hypothesis testing claim variables have a significant effect on assets. This can be seen from the t-test or partial test conducted, the results of the study indicate that the value of t > t (5.030 > 1.708) thus H2 is accepted or it can be concluded that the independent variable partially has a significant effect on the dependent variable. 3) The results of the hypothesis testing of the Investment Return variable have a significant effect on assets. This can be seen from the t-test or partial test performed, the results of the study indicate that the value of t > t (3.453 > 1.708) thus H3 is accepted or it can be concluded that the independent variable partially has a significant effect on the dependent variable. 4) The results of hypothesis testing Contribution, Claim, and Investment Return variables have a significant effect on Assets. This can be seen from the f-test or simultaneous test, the results show that the value of f > f (8.519 > 2.760) thus H4 is accepted or it can be concluded that the independent variables together have a significant effect on the dependent variable.]]>

<![CDATA[The problem found in this study is the low speaking skills of grade IV students of SDN Pelita Karya. So this study aims to determine how the application of the role playing learning model to improve speaking skills in Indonesian language subjects in grade IV students, and to find out if there is an increase in students' speaking skills with the application of the Role Playing learning model in grade IV. The theoretical basis of the role playing learning model comes from behavioral theory or also called behavioral theory. This research was conducted at SDN Pelita Karya in the 2023/2024 Academic Year. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR), using the CAR design developed by Mc Taggart. The subjects of this study consisted of 36 students. There are two types of data collection techniques in this study, namely observation of teacher activities and student performance tests. Observation is used to obtain data on teacher activities in the process of implementing the role playing learning model while the test is used to collect data on student learning outcomes. The data analysis technique uses mixed methods analysis, because it is carried out in two ways, namely qualitative data analysis and quantitative data analysis. Qualitative data is generated from observations while quantitative data is obtained from the results of the tests given. The results of observations of teacher activities in implementing the role playing learning model in cycle I were 75%, cycle II increased by 100%. The test results showed that the class average was 71.5 in cycle I, then increased in cycle II to an average of 80.6. The percentage of KKTP on the Learning Objective Achievement Criteria was 56% in cycle I, then increased students who met the Learning Objective Achievement Criteria in cycle II by 92%. So from cycle I to cycle II students' speaking skills increased by 36%. Therefore, the application of the Role Playing learning model can improve speaking skills in the Indonesian language subject in grade IV students of SDN Pelita Karya.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to investigate the interaction between return on assets, current ratio, and price earning ratio in Indonesia's banking sector. The objective is to gain insight into how these factors interact and affect the price-earning ratio of companies in Indonesia's banking industry. This analysis uses quantitative methods based on financial data and relevant metrics for a sample of banking sector companies in Indonesia operating in Indonesia as many as 46 companies; with purposive sampling technique, the authors get a sample of 30 companies from 2020 - 2022. This study examines the relationship between return on asset profitability, liquidity current ratio and price earning ratio through statistical analysis and linear regression modelling techniques with SPSS version 26. The results showed that the return on assets hurts the earning ratio. Liquidity current ratio does not significantly affect the price earning ratio; return on assets and current ratio do not have a considerable impact simultaneously on the price earning ratio. The findings contribute to the literature on corporate valuation by providing empirical evidence specific to the banking sector in Indonesia. This research provides implications for policymakers, investors, and managers, as it offers valuable insights into the factors that drive the earning ratio, helping stakeholders make decisions and strategies to improve performance and competitiveness. <![CDATA[This study analyzes the effectiveness of learning Pedagogy courses through the Microsoft Teams online platform for students of the Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program (PGSD). Qualitative research methods are used to gain in-depth insights into students' experiences and challenges faced during the online learning process. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with 15 students and document analysis covering learning activities for one semester. The results of the study indicate that Microsoft Teams provides flexibility of time and easy access to lecture materials, as well as supports interaction and collaboration through video conference and chat features. However, students face challenges such as technical problems, device limitations, and lack of social interaction and direct support that affect understanding of the material. This study recommends improving technical support and infrastructure and developing more adaptive teaching strategies to address existing shortcomings. These findings provide valuable insights for the development and implementation of online learning technologies in the context of higher education, as well as providing a basis for further research in this area.]]>
