Abstract

In a crime problem, there will be many processes that will be faced by both law enforcement and the parties involved in the crime, one of the processes that really requires a very large level of energy is the inspection process. In this examination process there will be many stages that must be passed from examining case files, examining witnesses, expert witnesses, defendants to supporting documents as evidence of the crime which will eventually end in a judge's decision and how legal remedies are taken by the parties. -the parties involved where in this legal effort there will be many stages that will be passed to get justice from the start of appeal, cassation, clemency to the last is review and ends with the implementation of the judge's decision which has been determined whether the original decision or the decision after filing a legal remedy the. This study uses a research method with descriptive analysis by conducting data analysis by conducting interviews with related parties. The purpose of this research is for readers to understand more about the stages of examining criminal cases and how to deal with them.

Abstract

This study aims to improve religious attitudes through the habit of reading Al-Waqiah letters in class VIII students at Al-Mubarok Serang. This research method uses a qualitative approach, namely analyzing a problem by reviewing it from the side of objective, expressive and documentary meanings. The collection of data used is participatory interviews and observation. While the technique used to analyze the data in this study using a qualitative descriptive analysis method. The results of this study are as follows: first, reading the letter Al-waqiah at the Al-Mubarok Serang Islamic boarding school is read regularly every day after the dawn prayer to motivate the reader to get a lot of fadhilah in it. Second, the objective meaning of reading Surah Al-Waqiah is that this tradition has been carried out and with the aim of making students/santri become pious and pious students. Meanwhile, the expressive meaning of reading Surah Al-Waqi'ah can provide relief in times of trouble, ease in solving problems, and easy in obtaining sustenance. As for the documentary meaning, students can become people who are disciplined in religion, especially those related to Allah SWT (hablum minallah) and also with fellow human beings (hablum minannas) so that from a practice of using the verses of the Qur'an it can become a whole culture. So it can be concluded that getting used to reading Al-Waqiah's letter can improve religious attitudes in class VIII students at Al-Mubarok Serang

Abstract

This study aims to determine the urgency of strengthening the role of public prosecutors in the Indonesian criminal justice system, this type of research uses normative methods with statutory and conceptual approaches. Article 1 paragraph (1) of Law Number 16 of 2004 concerning prosecutors, prosecutors are functional officials authorized to act as public prosecutors by law, and executors of court decisions that have obtained permanent legal force and other powers. Article 1 paragraph 6 (b) of Law Number 8 of 1981 concerning criminal procedure, hereinafter referred to as the Criminal Procedure Code (KUHAP), a public prosecutor is a prosecutor authorized by law to conduct prosecutions and execute judges' decisions. The Public Prosecutor's Office as a subsystem of criminal justice is regulated through Law Number 16 of 2004 concerning the Public Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Indonesia.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low understanding of students' mathematical concepts, seen from the data on student learning outcomes, most of the student scores are still below KKM. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using the Two Stay Two Stray cooperative learning model on students' ability to understand mathematical concepts. The research method used in this research is a quasi-experimental design nonequivalent control group. The samples taken were 29 VA class students as the experimental class and 29 VB class students as the control class. Before being given treatment, the experimental class obtained an average pretest value of 40.52 and the control class obtained an average value of 41.38. In the final stage, the researcher gave a posttest to students in the form of test sheets for students' ability to understand mathematical concepts. In the experimental class, the average value of the posttest was 82.42 and that of the control class was 71.14. Then a hypothesis test was carried out which obtained a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, which means H₀ rejected and H₁ accepted. This shows that there is an influence from the use of the Two Stay Two Stray cooperative learning model on students' ability to understand mathematical concepts by 77.97%. Based on these data, it can be concluded that there is an influence from the use of the Two Stay Two Stray cooperative learning model on students' ability to understand mathematical concepts

Abstract

Tantangan bagi pengajar Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan (PPKn) dalam era informasi saat ini semakin berat karena perubahan yang terjadi begitu cepat dan mencakup skala global. Perubahan tersebut melibatkan berbagai bidang, mulai dari teknologi sampai ekonomi. Dampak dari perubahan ini terlihat secara nyata dalam semua aspek kehidupan, terutama dalam peranan guru PPKn dalam membentuk karakter nasional sebagai respon terhadap perubahan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggambarkan situasi dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkapkan, melukiskan, dan menjelaskan peran guru PPKn dalam membentuk karakter bangsa sebagai respons terhadap tantangan-tantangan abad ke-21 di SMK 2 Pandeglang. Peneliti menggunakan observasi aktif, wawancara mendalam, serta pengumpulan dokumen sebagai metode untuk mengumpulkan data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran guru PPKn di lingkungan sekolah semakin kompleks dan memberikan dampak yang signifikan dalam membentuk karakter nasional. Guru PPKn tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai penyampai materi yang inovatif dan kreatif, tetapi juga sebagai teladan yang mampu beradaptasi dengan perubahan yang terjadi.

Abstract

This research is a type of explanatory research, namely research that can be studied according to its level based on its objectives and objects. The population in this study were all employees in the Department of Transportation, Communication and Informatics, Pandeglang Regency, totaling 93 people. The analytical method used is descriptive and statistical analysis methods used simple linear regression tools, multiple, simultaneous significant testing and partial significant testing. Data is processed using SPSS 21.0 for windows. The data used are primary data and secondary data. This study used 93 respondents. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen simultaneously the value of Bureaucratic Reform from institutional/bureaucratic structuring (X1), management/management structuring (X2), HR/apparatus structuring (X3), Accountability (X4), public services (X5), has a significant effect on performance employee (Y) at the Department of Transportation, Communication and Informatics, Pandeglang Regency, with Fcount (3.566) > Ftable (2.481) and the results of partial testing (tcount) show that the institutional / bureaucratic arrangement variables (X1), management / management arrangements (X2), structuring of human resources/apparatus (X3), Accountability (X4), public services (X5)positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Department of Transportation, Communication and Informatics. Based on the results of the hypothesis test, it can be concluded that all X variables in this study have an influence on Y variables, which means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

This research was conducted on field study of sociolinguistics in ELT by focusing an analysis of regional dialect usage toward students’ speaking ability. Data source from students’ regional dialect usage on an analysis toward students’ speaking ability namely to know about the regional dialect of students’ itself. The aim of this research was obtained the data of research by finding out the process of research and described an analysis of regional dialect toward students’ speaking ability. Meanwhile, the methodology of this research was case study. The researcher collected the technique data by using some instruments such as observation, recording and documentation. The use of technique analysis was using analysis interactive. The sampling of this research was the students in class four at Mega Utama Tunas Bangsa Islamic studies primary school. The process of study research was analyzed by the students and also gave the study guidance that students were to do the instruction given by the researcher, in order to know students’ speaking ability. The result of the research, there were two dialects in the Java language of Banten that were found by the researcher and the cause of students’ regional dialect was that students were more comfortable because the language they speak was the mother tongue. Meanwhile, the conclusion was students should be guided in fun or easy learning of speaking ability in both Indonesia or English lessons so that they became people who are not easily switched to other language cultures and Indonesian culture must be preserved.

Abstract

Keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi atau dikenal juga dengan Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) merupakan tuntutan Kurikulum 2013. Rendahnya keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi (HOTS) disebabkan oleh kurangnya variasi model pembelajaran yang guru terapkan dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Salah satu model pembelajaran yang dapat diterapkan untuk mengembangkan higher order thinking skills (HOTS) peserta didik yaitu model pembelajaran problem based learning (PBL). Adapun model pembelajaran problem based learning (PBL) dapat melibatkan peserta didik dalam menyelesaikan masalah yang sesuai dengan tahapan metode ilmiah, sehingga higher order thinking skills (HOTS) peserta didik dapat dikembangkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh data mengenai pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe problem based learning (PBL) terhadap higher order thinking skills (HOTS) peserta didik di sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu quasi experiment dengan non equivalent control group design. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu purposive sampling dengan jumlah masing-masing sampel 38 peserta didik kelas eksperimen dan kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes pilihan ganda dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan bantuan software IBM SPSS Statistic versi 26. Hasil analisis data diperoleh dari uji hipotesis menggunakan uji independent sample T-test yang menunjukkan adanya penolakan dan penerimaan dengan nilai Sig. 2-tailed sebesar 0,000 < α (0,05). Hasil tersebut menandakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe problem based learning (PBL) terhadap higher order thinking skills (HOTS) peserta didik pada materi perubahan wujud benda, sehingga model pembelajaran problem based learning (PBL) dapat membantu melatih higher order thinking skills (HOTS) peserta didik.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kebiasaan membaca terhadap hasil belajar Mata Pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas V SD Negeri Cipocok Jaya 1 Serang Kota. Jenis penelitian dalam penulisan skripsi ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kebiasaan membaca terhadap hasil belajar siswa di kelas V SD Negeri Cipocok Jaya 1 Serang Kota. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan dokumentasi dan angket.

Abstract

  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan pendekatan saintifik pada pembelajaran IPA terhadap pemahaman konsep siswa kelas V. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan DI SDN 2 MUARA CIUJUNG TIMUR RANGKAS BITUNG, pada tahun ajaran 2022/2023. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuasi eksperimen dengan desain Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel pada penelitian berjumlah 30 siswa untuk kelas eksperimen, 34 siswa untuk kelas kontrol. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah instrumen tes berupa soal-soal pilihan ganda yang memuat 4 pilihan jawaban. Tes tersebut digunakan untuk mengukur  hasil belajar siswa, dan instrumen penunjang penelitian yaitu instrumen non-tes berupa lembar observasi untuk mengetahui aktivitas guru selama pembelajaran berlangsung. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan uji-t dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS 20.0 terhadap data posttest, nilai Sig.(2- tailed) sebesar 0,183, sedangkan nilai taraf signifikansi sebesar 0,025 atau Sig. (2- tailed) < 0,025. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan dengan mengggunakan pendekatan pembelajaran saintifik berpengaruh terhadap pemahaman konsep siswa. Nilai rata-rata pemahaman konsep setelah menerapkan pendekatan saintifik (posttest) lebih tinggi dari rata-rata pemahaman konsep sebelum menerapkan pendekatan saintifik (pretest) yaitu 62,94 > 56,18. Selain itu, berdasarkan hasil perhitungan uji pengaruh (effect size) dengan menggunakan rumus perhitungan Cohen’s d, diperoleh nilai effect size (d) sebesar 0,164. Nilai effect size yang diperoleh menginterpretasikan bahwa penerapan pendekatan saintifik memiliki pengaruh dalam kategori sedang. Kata kunci : Pendekatan Saintifik, perubahan wujud benda, IPA
