Abstract

peserta didik. Peranan media pembelajaran sangat penting dalam upaya peningkatan kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan dan peningkatan kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis peserta didik melalui penggunaan media monopoli. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuasi eksperimen, desain penelitian nonequivalent control group design. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, karena menggunakan sampel yang sudah ada pada kelompok dikelas V SDN XI Cilegon. Pada penelitian ini kelas VA sebagai kelas eksperimen menggunakan media monopoli dan kelas VB sebagai kelas kontrol menggunakan media replika bangun datar. Hasil uji dua pihak dengan taraf signifikan 0,05 diperoleh thitung= 2,29 dan ttabel= 2,005 maka terdapat perbedaan kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis peserta didik yang menggunakan media monopoli dengan peserta didik yang menggunakan media replika bangun datar. Hasil perhitungan uji perbedaan dua rata-rata skor gain menggunakan uji-t (uji satu pihak kanan) taraf signifikan 0,05 diperoleh thitung= 3,25 dan ttabel= 1,67 maka peningkatan kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis peserta didik yang mendapatkan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan media monopoli lebih baik dari pada kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis peserta didik yang mendapatkan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan media replika bangun datar.Kata kunci: media monopoli, kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis The ability of understanding mathematical concepts is the ability to be possessed learners. The role of learning media is very important in improving the ability of understanding mathematical concepts learners. This study aims to determine differences and increase the ability of understanding mathematical concepts as learners through the use of monopoly media. This research used a quasi-experimental research, design nonequivalent control group design. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, because it uses existing samples in the group of class 5th SDN XI Cilegon. In this study, class VA as an experimental class using the monopoly media and class VB as controls class use the media replica flat wake. The test results of two parties with a significant level of 0.05 obtained thitung = 2.29 and ttabel = 2.005 then there are differences in the ability of understanding mathematical concepts learners who use the monopoly media with learners who use the media replica flat wake. The results of test calculations the difference between two average score gain using t-test (test of the right hand) 0.05 significance level obtained thitung = 3.25 and ttabel = 1,67 the increased ability of understanding mathematical concepts that learners acquire learning by using monopoly media is better than on the ability of understanding mathematical concepts that learners acquire learning by using media replica flat wake.Keywords: monopoly media, the ability of understanding mathematical concepts.

Abstract

Financial literacy and anti-corruption education are two interrelated entities. The deeper meaning when someone already has the ability to understand financially, must be accompanied by the knowledge of bad practices from financial crime. Call it a form of corruption crime that is currently rampant. Strangely this is sometimes done by those who already understand and understand financial material. Unfortunately, it has only not been able to fortify itself from the tricks of deception money and its mortal pleasures. If left unchecked it will certainly be a dark tale of all time for the next generation of the nation. Therefore, it is very important to turn the tale into a good tale of travel in fortifying itself from bad practices such as corruption crimes and the like. The research method in this study was to study descriptively the development of financial literacy and anti-corruption education in elementary schools through storytelling activities. Primary school is a strategic educational unit to instill anti-corruption values. This is supported by the characteristics of students in concrete operational categories and the golden age of establishing a strong identity through fun activities such as storytelling activities. Storytelling activities are considered effective in instilling anti-corruption values with light language for children without reducing the essence of the expected value.

Abstract

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui strategi yang tepat dalam mengatasi pemasalah rendahnya kemampuan berpikir kritis dan motivasi belajar siswa kelas IV pada mata pelajaran IPS. Metode yang digunakan ialah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik penarikan sampelnya menggunakan purposive sampling. Pada penelitian, siswa kelas IV SDN I Kampung Melayu selaku kelas eksperimen diberikan perlakuan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran PBL dan siswa kelas IV SDN V Kampung Melayu selaku kelas kontrol diberikan perlakuan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran yang sering diterapkan oleh guru kelas, yaitu model pembelajaran langsung. Adapun pemerolehan data pada penelitian ini didapatkan dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan yang datanya didapatkan dari hasil wawancara, dokumentasi, soal kemampuan berpikir kritis, dan kuesioner motivasi belajar sebagai bahan penguat. Uji prasyarat dilakukan untuk menguji hipotesis yang sebelumnya telah diajukan oleh peneliti dengan cara melakukan serangkaian uji, yaitu uji normalitas, homogenitas, ketuntasan klasikal, uji beda rata-rata, dan uji n-gain. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran PBL dapat dijadikan salah satu model peebelajaran yang efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa.

Abstract

This research is aimed to analyze the subtitles of movie “Hotel Transylvania” in non-equivalence words and analyze the method of translation strategies on its movie. The data source of research is subtitling text of the movie “Hotel Transylvania” in source language into target language, for the result subject that data analyzing on subtitle of the movie “Hotel Transylvania. The research methodology is descriptive qualitative: researcher collects data techniques by using some data collecting, and it is written on data transcriptions. The main result of this research, as follows: 1) in the data of non-equivalence words that there are some words identified as categorizes in the comments where the first categorization which the words are missed in the subtitling and it gotten in 0,32%, meanwhile, in the second categorization that there are words added in the subtitling with gotten 0,16%, and the third categorization is incorrect meaning where the meaning has inappropriate meaning and it gotten 0,51%.2)in data analyzing on movie subtitle “Hotel Transylvania” where the target language that classified into some of method and it can be described: word for word is gotten 7,60%, literal is gotten 37,01%, faithful is gotten 20,60%, semantic is gotten )0,18%, adaptation is gotten 0,80%, free is gotten 10,20%, idiomatic is gotten 10,60%, and communicative is gotten 10,01%. The conclusions of this research are some non-equivalence words that are identified on movie subtitling and data translation strategies are found in its subtitling, while the most common use of Newmark’s translation method is literal translation.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effectiveness of learning Pedagogy courses through the Microsoft Teams online platform for students of the Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program (PGSD). Qualitative research methods are used to gain in-depth insights into students' experiences and challenges faced during the online learning process. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with 15 students and document analysis covering learning activities for one semester. The results of the study indicate that Microsoft Teams provides flexibility of time and easy access to lecture materials, as well as supports interaction and collaboration through video conference and chat features. However, students face challenges such as technical problems, device limitations, and lack of social interaction and direct support that affect understanding of the material. This study recommends improving technical support and infrastructure and developing more adaptive teaching strategies to address existing shortcomings. These findings provide valuable insights for the development and implementation of online learning technologies in the context of higher education, as well as providing a basis for further research in this area.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the learning process of the Local Language Education course in the Primary School Teacher Education (PGSD) program. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The findings indicate that this course plays a crucial role in preserving local languages and instilling cultural values in students. However, several challenges are encountered, such as limited exposure to local languages in daily life, insufficient digital-based learning materials, and a lack of educators with specialized competencies in this field. To address these challenges, various strategies have been implemented, including the use of digital technology in learning, collaboration with cultural experts and native speakers, and project-based learning methods. The implications of this study suggest that strengthening local language education through innovative strategies can enhance students' competencies and contribute to the broader preservation of local languages in both academic and societal contexts.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Struktural Analitik Sintetik (SAS) berbantuan media kartu suku kata terhadap kemampuan membaca permulaan siswa kelas I SDN Cimanggu. Penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas I yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok, yaitu kelompok eksperimen yang mendapat pembelajaran dengan model SAS berbantuan kartu suku kata dan kelompok kontrol yang mendapat pembelajaran dengan model SAS tanpa media tambahan. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes membaca permulaan yang mencakup indikator mengenal huruf, membaca suku kata, membaca kata, membaca kalimat sederhana, serta memahami isi bacaan sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik kelompok eksperimen maupun kelompok kontrol mengalami peningkatan kemampuan membaca permulaan setelah pembelajaran. Model SAS terbukti efektif karena langkah-langkahnya yang terstruktur, mulai dari membaca bentuk utuh, menganalisis menjadi bagian kecil, kemudian menyusunnya kembali. Namun, hasil uji hipotesis dengan Independent Sample t-Test menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kedua kelompok (sig. 0,685 0,05). Meski demikian, hasil wawancara dengan guru dan siswa mengungkapkan bahwa penggunaan kartu suku kata mampu membuat pembelajaran lebih menarik, memudahkan pemahaman, serta meningkatkan motivasi siswa. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model SAS efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca permulaan siswa, dan penggunaan media kartu suku kata berkontribusi dalam menciptakan suasana belajar yang lebih menyenangkan serta sesuai dengan karakteristik siswa kelas rendah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Project Citizen berbantuan media Wordwall terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas V SDN Cimanggu pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain One Group Pretest-Posttest. Sampel penelitian adalah 20 siswa kelas V yang dipilih dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Instrumen berupa tes uraian berpikir kritis diberikan sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan antara nilai pretest (rata-rata 52,50) dan posttest (rata-rata 84,50), dengan ketuntasan belajar meningkat dari 30% menjadi 100%. Uji paired sample t-test menghasilkan nilai thitung = -30,438 dan Sig. (2-tailed) = 0,000 (p 0,05), sehingga H₀ ditolak. Analisis N-Gain menunjukkan skor rata-rata 0,70 (69,99%) yang termasuk kategori tinggi. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Project Citizen berbantuan media Wordwall berpengaruh signifikan dan efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa, serta mendukung terciptanya pembelajaran yang aktif, menyenangkan, dan berorientasi pada keterampilan abad 21.
