Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the effect of using the role playing learning method on students' social skills in studying social studies material. The population used by the researcher was female elementary school students in class V at SDN Pecakur Ds. Attack, District. Pontang, Serang Regency, Province. Banten in the 2023/2024 academic year. This research uses classroom action research (PTK). Based on the results of research before using the role playing learning method, the social skills of class V students when the pre-cycle assessment was carried out, the average student score was 18.23%. This score was in the low category. This low score could occur because of the low social skills possessed by the students. students also lack interest in studying social studies. This can happen because the teacher is inaccurate in implementing the model with the teaching material in social studies lessons, whereas after using the active learning model in the form of role playing and carrying out cycle 1, the average student score has increased to 45.68% and in cycle II students achieved mastery in social skills at 81.77% and this is included in the high improvement category. In this case, the application of the role playing learning method in social studies subjects is said to be able to improve social skills for class V students at SDN Pecakur. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari penggunaan metode pembelajaran Role playing dalam keterampilan sosial peserta didik dalam mempelajari materi IPS, populasi yang dilakukan peneliti merupkaan peserta didik siswi sekolah dasar kelas V di SDN Pecakur Ds. Keserangan, Kec. Pontang Kabupaten Serang Prov. Banten pada Tahun ajaran 2023/2024. Penelitian ini menggunkan penelitian tindak kelas (PTK). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian sebelum menggunakan metode pembelajaran Role playing keterampilan sosial peserta didik kelas V ketika dilakukan Penilaian Pra siklus rata rata nilai peserta didik sebesar 18,23% nilai ini masuk dalam kategori rendah, perolehan nilai rendah ini bisa terjadi karna rendahnya keterampilan sosial yang dimiliki oleh peserta didik juga kurangnya rasa tertarik dalam mempelajari IPS hal ini bisa terjadi karna ketidak tepatan guru dalam mengimplementasikan model dengan materi ajar yang ada di Pelajaran IPS, sedangkan setelah digunakannya model pembelajaran aktif berupa Role Playing dan dilakukannya siklus 1 rata rata nilai peserta didik mengalami peningkatan menjadi 45,68% dan pada siklus II peserta didik mencapai ketuntasan dalam keterampilan sosial sebesar 81,77% dan ini termasuk kedalam kategori peningkatan tinggi. Dalam hal ini penerapan metode pembelajaran Role playing pada mata pelajaran IPS dikatakan mampu meningkatkan keterampilan sosial bagi peserta didik kelas V di SDN Pecakur.

Abstract

Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan merupakan salah satu mata pelajaran yang wajib di tempuh di setiap jenjang pendidikan. Dalam proses pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan diperlukan penggunaan model pembelajaran yang bervariasi guna meningkatkan prestasi belajar peserta didik. Salah satu alternatif yang dapat digunakan yaitu dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Make A Match. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran penerapan model pembelajaran Make A Match dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan pada materi Kasus Pelanggaran HAM di kelas X IPS 4 SMAN 6 Pandeglang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Adapun hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan Model Pembelajaran Make A Match menunjukan bahwa terdapat peningkatan prestasi belajar peserta didik yang signifikan. Pada tindakan awal peserta didik yang telah mancapai KKM hanya 37,5%, pada pelaksanaan siklus pertama sebesar 62,5% dan pada siklus kedua mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan yaitu sebesar 87,5%. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Make A Match dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar peserta didik pada pendidikan kewarganegaraan di kelas X IPS 4 SMAN 6 Pandeglang.

Abstract

This research is aimed to analyze the subtitles of movie “Hotel Transylvania” in non-equivalence words and analyze the method of translation strategies on its movie. The data source of research is subtitling text of the movie “Hotel Transylvania” in source language into target language, for the result subject that data analyzing on subtitle of the movie “Hotel Transylvania. The research methodology is descriptive qualitative: researcher collects data techniques by using some data collecting, and it is written on data transcriptions. The main result of this research, as follows: 1) in the data of non-equivalence words that there are some words identified as categorizes in the comments where the first categorization which the words are missed in the subtitling and it gotten in 0,32%, meanwhile, in the second categorization that there are words added in the subtitling with gotten 0,16%, and the third categorization is incorrect meaning where the meaning has inappropriate meaning and it gotten 0,51%.2)in data analyzing on movie subtitle “Hotel Transylvania” where the target language that classified into some of method and it can be described: word for word is gotten 7,60%, literal is gotten 37,01%, faithful is gotten 20,60%, semantic is gotten )0,18%, adaptation is gotten 0,80%, free is gotten 10,20%, idiomatic is gotten 10,60%, and communicative is gotten 10,01%. The conclusions of this research are some non-equivalence words that are identified on movie subtitling and data translation strategies are found in its subtitling, while the most common use of Newmark’s translation method is literal translation.

Abstract

This research aims to obtain information regarding the role of digital literacy for students, especially in the learning and teaching process of science and science subjects in elementary schools. In science and science learning, digital literacy has a very important role because it prepares students who are qualified, reliable and able to compete internationally. To be able to create and develop digital literacy in science and science learning, teachers need to create learning conditions that involve active students. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of digital literacy in science and science learning in elementary schools. The methods used in this research are literature review/literature study and field observations and interviews. Data was obtained from reviewing articles, journals and other sources related to research and also through observations and interviews and then concluded. Data processing and analysis was carried out qualitatively with descriptive explanation. It is known from the results of this research that the implementation of digital literacy can help students and teachers in implementing the independent curriculum and strengthening the profile of Pancasila students in elementary school.

Abstract

Climate change literacy Refers to a deep understanding and awareness of climate change issues, including knowledge of the causes, impacts, and adaptation and mitigation strategies that can be implemented. These skills include not only theoretical knowledge but also practical skills to assess climate-related information, make decisions based on evidence, and participate in dialogue and action aimed at addressing climate challenges. With adequate literacy, individuals and communities can be more effective in identifying sustainable solutions, advocating for science-based policies, and contributing to global and local efforts to address climate change, thereby helping maintain ecological balance and maintaining quality of life for future generations. The aim of this research is to increase climate change literacy among students through the application of analysis and innovative irrigation technology, including capillarity irrigation, drip irrigation, and automatic irrigation systems powered by solar panels with smart sensor integration. The main output of this research is the development of a Research Based Learning (RBL) Activity Framework with a STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics) Approach which focuses on capillarity and drip irrigation technology, as well as automatic watering powered by solar panels with smart sensor integration. This framework is designed to provide systematic and structured guidance for educators and students in exploring scientific concepts and their application in irrigation technology. The method used in this research is descriptive narrative related to the student activity framework. The results of this research are the results of planting a drip and absorption system and the use of solar panels in an automatic sprinkler system to increase students' climate change literacy. In this research, a Research Based Learning model was applied which was integrated with the STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics) approach to increase students' climate change literacy by presenting STEAM problem solving in learning. The STEAM problem raised in this research is the impact of climate change on the environment. The results of this research are in the form of a STEAM problem formulation, integration of RBL_STEAM syntax and including a description of five STEAM studies, and finally the development of a climate change literacy assessment instrument.

Abstract

This paper discussed the development of State Administrative Law in the field of employment from the New Order era to the era of digitalization and the Industrial Revolution 4.0. The paradigm shift of the night watchman state to field-based functions, such as Homeland Security and Administrator Welfare, affects state intervention in the private lives of citizens. The HAN aims to regulate government activities and create welfare for its people. The loss of the governor's authority in setting sectoral minimum wages was a result of the Job Creation Law, which led to a number of lawsuits in the State Administrative Court. During the New Order era, the Minister of Manpower set the wage policy, while the reform era brought significant changes in the government order, including the governor's authority in setting sectoral minimum wages. However, in the era of digitalization and Industrial Revolution 4.0, the Job Creation Law gives the governor full authority to set minimum wages, with direct impact on administrative decisions. In conclusion, HAN in the field of labor has not shown significant progress in developing the interests of citizens. In the reform era, the silence of state administrative officials is interpreted as approval, while the concept of omnibus law in legislation has an impact on the limited authority of government agencies and officials. State Administration Law Number 30 of 2014 is the legal basis for state administration in a substantive sense, while labor laws have a close relationship with HAN, especially regarding the determination of minimum wages.

Abstract

Humans must work to fulfill their needs. To do this work, individuals enter into an employment relationship with an employer. The employment relationship can be established based on a contract. Whether it is a fixed-term employment contract or a temporary employment contract, there are also contracts made as part of an employment contract. Workers who work under contract agreements are also workers who need certainty of legal protection in order to realize the right to work that is decent for humanity. Changes to the provisions of contracts that have been completed by Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower after Law Number 6 of 2023 concerning State Regulations, and not Law Number 2 of 2022 concerning Manpower Law which became law, caused a lot of controversy. Using the normative juridical research method, the author will examine the extent to which this regulatory change creates legal certainty in protecting the rights of workers employed under an agreed contract. Based on research into the law, the author concludes that this latest law is likely to cause harm to employees whose status is a contractual agreement, hereinafter referred to as outsourcing. Therefore, according to the author, additional regulations are needed that contain detailed rules ranging from implementation requirements to sanctions against employers who violate the Regulation on the rights of workers through subcontracting or outsourcing contracts.

Abstract

Job training and work environment play an important role in improving employee performance in every company, especially at PT. Nikomas Gemilang. In the Personnel Department of the Nike Division, not only in this company, even throughout the world it is said that every worker will be paid by the employer, so that performance will increase. Employees will run smoothly if their job training and work environment are adequate, however, most companies in Indonesia pay little attention to their workers, thus the level of employee performance in these companies decreases. This research aims to find out: 1) To find out the effect of job training on employee performance levels. 2) To determine the influence of the work environment on employee performance levels. 3) To determine the effect of job training and work environment on employee performance levels. Abstract

The research aims to: 1). Knowing the objective conditions of children's kinesthetic intelligence before participating in the dance learning process. 2). Knowing the process of implementing dance learning to improve children's kinesthetic intelligence. The population of this research data is students. The results of this research show that: 1). Early kinesthetic intelligence in children by teachers is relatively still using conventional methods in learning. Dance is only limited to sports and games that are related to kinesthetic intelligence. 2). The process of learning creative dance media steps is taken through simple, not complicated implementation stages 3). Learning Results: Creative Dance media in certain forms has contributed to improving children's kinesthetic intelligence in general, especially when they start to move their bodies and coordinate with their hands, feet and head flexibly, which requires practice, concentration and creative thinking. Based on the results of the discussion that has been described, learning activities using creative dance have a big impact on increasing children's kinesthetic intelligence.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the implementation of Think Pair Share learning using image media so that it can increase the motivation and learning outcomes of class II.A students. The results of research on the application of the Think Pair Share learning model using image media are (1) the results of observations of the implementation of the learning model by teachers including the very good category in cycle I obtained 88% and in cycle II obtained 99%, experiencing an increase of 11%. The results of observations of the implementation of the learning model by students were in the good category from cycle I 63% and cycle II 87%, an increase of 24%. (2) increased student motivation from cycle I 85% and cycle II 87%, an increase of 5% (3) increase in student learning outcomes from cycle I 74% and cycle II 95%, an increase of 11%. (3) Response Results from 19 students gave good responses with an average response value of 85%.
