Abstract

This study employs a qualitative approach aimed at gaining an in-depth understanding of the role of ustadz/ustadzah in character education at Madrasah Diniyah Al-Fattah, Desa Tambang, Pudak. The method used involves interviews with both structured and unstructured data collection techniques, allowing the researcher to explore in detail the views, experiences, and perspectives of informants regarding the role of ustadz/ustadzah in the character education process. The study focuses on how ustadz/ustadzah contribute to the formation of student character through various teaching methods and personal examples. The findings indicate that ustadz/ustadzah serve not only as educators but also as guides, role models, and examples for the students. Character education at Madrasah Diniyah Al-Fattah involves habituating values such as respect, politeness, discipline, and gratitude, taught through various religious practices and daily interactions. This research provides insights into the crucial role of ustadz/ustadzah in creating a conducive learning environment and shaping students' character with noble morals. Keyword: Islamic Teacher, Education, Character Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan tujuan untuk memahami secara mendalam peran ustadz/ustadzah dalam pendidikan karakter di Madrasah Diniyah Al-Fattah, Desa Tambang, Pudak. Metode yang digunakan adalah wawancara dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara terstruktur dan tak terstruktur, yang memungkinkan peneliti untuk menggali informasi secara mendalam mengenai pandangan, pengalaman, dan perspektif narasumber terkait peran ustadz/ustadzah dalam proses pendidikan karakter. Penelitian ini berfokus pada bagaimana ustadz/ustadzah berkontribusi dalam pembentukan karakter siswa melalui berbagai metode pengajaran dan teladan pribadi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ustadz/ustadzah tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai pengajar, tetapi juga sebagai pembimbing, model, dan teladan bagi para santri. Pendidikan karakter di Madrasah Diniyah Al-Fattah melibatkan pembiasaan nilai-nilai seperti hormat, sopan santun, disiplin, dan rasa syukur, yang diajarkan melalui berbagai praktik ibadah dan interaksi sehari-hari. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan tentang peran penting ustadz/ustadzah dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif dan membentuk karakter siswa yang berakhlak mulia. Abstract

Ibn Khaldun, a prominent 14th-century Islamic scholar, offered groundbreaking ideas on education that continue to hold relevance in contemporary educational systems. His thoughts emerged from a broader context of Islamic scholarship, emphasizing the importance of knowledge acquisition for both individual and societal advancement. The purpose of this study is to examine Ibn Khaldun's educational philosophy and explore its relevance to modern education systems. Drawing on his magnum opus, Muqaddimah, this study delves into his concepts of the stages of learning, the role of the teacher, and the importance of experience alongside theoretical knowledge. The research employs a qualitative analysis of primary sources, with a focus on comparing traditional Islamic thought with modern educational theories. Findings suggest that Ibn Khaldun’s holistic approach to education (1)combining moral, intellectual, and practical (2)provides valuable insights for addressing current educational challenges, such as fostering critical thinking and adapting to the evolving demands of a globalized world. The study concludes that Ibn Khaldun’s educational philosophy remains highly relevant, particularly in terms of cultivating well-rounded individuals and promoting a dynamic, adaptable educational system.

Abstract

The recitation of majlis ta'lim is a form of community responsibility in lifelong education in the perspective of the Quran and Hadith. In the Quran, Allah Almighty invites mankind to seek knowledge and increase their knowledge. The hadiths of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) also emphasize the importance of seeking knowledge as a religious commandment. Majlis ta'lim is a forum that provides opportunities for people to continue to learn and develop religious knowledge throughout life. Through the recitation of majlis ta'lim, individuals can learn the teachings of Islam, understand the Quran, the hadiths of the Prophet, and various other religious aspects. In majlis ta'lim, people can share knowledge, experience, and understanding of religion. This enables continuous and mutually enriching learning in an inclusive environment. In the perspective of the Quran and Hadisth, the recitation of majlis ta'lim can also be considered as a form of worship, because seeking knowledge is part of worship to Allah SWT. Through the study of majlis ta'lim, people can continue to improve religious understanding, strengthen creeds, improve morality, and practice Islamic teachings in daily life. Majlis ta'lim also serves as a center for the dissemination of good values and religious illumination to the public at large. In the perspective of lifelong education, majlis ta'lim recitation provides opportunities for individuals to continue learning, develop religious knowledge, and increase their spiritual awareness throughout life. This helps in forming a better person, increasing faith, and making a positive contribution to society and the nation. Thus, the recitation of majlis ta'lim can be considered as one of the forms of community responsibility in lifelong education, as it provides opportunities for religious learning to individuals in various stages of their lives, as well as strengthening their relationship with Allah Almighty and improving their morals and morality.

Abstract

This thesis presents an in-depth legal analysis of the Regional Regulation of the Special Region of Yogyakarta Number 1 of 2022 concerning Pancasila Education and National Insight and the influence of the PDI Perjuangan Faction of the Yogyakarta Special Region DPRD in the formation of the Regional Regulation. This normative legal research uses a conceptual approach that provides an explanation of the ideas of experts regarding the formation of the Regional Regulation. In order to provide the most accurate research results possible, a case approach was also carried out and even interviews were conducted. The results of the study show that the driving factors for the formation of the regional regulation are (a) providing legal certainty, (b) forming the character and identity of human resources, (c) creating harmony and harmony in the conditions of society, and (d) strengthening public awareness of the urgency of national and state life. The influence of the PDI Perjuangan Faction in question is very strong. In addition to being the Chairperson of the Commission, it is also the faction with the largest number of members, especially since the Sinau Kebangsaan Program was started with Kesbangpol throughout the DIY region. And after becoming a regional regulation, it was echoed through the internalization of Pancasila values. However, the success of this regulation is highly dependent on implementation and evaluation in the field.

Abstract

This research aims to examine zakat and fiscal policy from an Islamic economic perspective. The study of zakat and fiscal policy addresses the law, function and purpose of zakat, as well as its application in Islamic economics. The method used in this research is a study of librarianship taken from a number of national journals with legal parameters, functions, and purposes of zakat, as well as its application in Islamic economics. The results of the study show that zakat and fiscal policy are important applied to realize social justice, economic well-being, fair distribution of wealth in accordance with the principles of Islamic economics.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis kepuasan pengguna sistem E-Office Polda Sumsel dengan menggunakan metode End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS). Melibatkan 19 pegawai pada Bid Humas Polda Sumsel yang menggunakan E-Office tersebut. Ada pun 19 orang itu terdiri dari para perwira dan staff dari masing-masing subbid. Penelitian ini menilai validitas dan relibilitas pada variable EUCS melalui uji validitas dan realibilitas dengan hasil valid dan reliabel (Cronbach’s Alpha > 0,6). Secara keseluruhan hasil evaluasi menunjukan skor rata-rata EUCS sebesar 90%, yang termasuk kategori “ sangat kuat “, menunjukan bahwa E-Office memiliki manfaat yang sangat baik. Diharapkan temuan bisa di jadikan acuan agar mempertahankan item variabel yang berada pada kategori sangat puas pada E-Office Polda Sumsel.

Abstract

2013 curriculum emerged as an effort from the previous curriculum development in order to realize interactive, effective, and certainly more productive learning. Various advantages were obtained by teachers from this curriculum, including the teacher could be more flexible in developing teaching materials so that students can develop optimally. The research here specifically discusses the development of Islamic Religious Education teaching materials by teachers at 1 Babadan Balerejo Elementary School, Madiun. The formulation of the problem was regarding the objective conditions of Islamic Religious Education teaching materials, the problems faced by the teachers in developing teaching materials and finally the steps taken by Islamic Religious Education teachers to develop teaching materials at 1 Babadan Balerejo Elementary School, Madiun. The approach used in this research was qualitative with the type of case study. The results obtained are the objective conditions of teaching materials in accordance with the 2013 Curriculum, the teacher is responsible for preparing learning implementation plans while the Islamic Religious Education subject matter that has been determined is developed by the teacher himself. The problems faced by teachers are the determination of teaching materials that are relevant to competency standards and basic competencies, lack of infrastructure and problems that arise from students who do not understand the material coupled with limited sources of teaching materials. The steps in developing teaching materials are relevant to the standard process, the teacher has selected teaching materials in accordance with competency standards, used varied strategies, and implemented learning evaluations in accordance with the 2013 curriculum.

Abstract

The Aurora Borealis, or Northern Lights, is a luminous atmospheric phenomenon resulting from complex interactions between charged particles in the solar wind and Earth's magnetosphere. This paper investigates the scientific mechanisms that produce auroral displays, including geomagnetic processes, atmospheric interactions, and variations in light color and intensity. Additionally, it explores the historical, cultural, and mythological interpretations of auroras across diverse societies, from Inuit legends and Norse mythology to Asian and Indigenous American beliefs. By integrating astrophysical analysis with anthropological perspectives, this study emphasizes the multifaceted significance of auroras, highlighting their role in advancing scientific understanding, inspiring artistic expression, and shaping cultural narratives. The findings underscore the interplay between natural phenomena, human perception, and technological observation in interpreting the Northern Lights.

Abstract

This research aims to empower the people of Gayam Village, Gondang Wetan District, Pasuruan Regency through training in making liquid soap from used cooking oil as an effort to improve the economy of the local community. The research method used is a qualitative approach with direct training techniques and assistance in liquid soap production. The results of the study show that this training has succeeded in improving the knowledge and skills of the community in processing used cooking oil into liquid soap products that have selling value. The positive impact of this training is an increase in the community's source of income so as to improve the economic welfare of families and reduce used cooking oil waste that has the potential to pollute the environment. This study recommends the development of similar training on an ongoing basis to improve the economic capabilities and environmental awareness of village communities

Abstract

Perkembangan digitalisasi dalam transportasi publik mendorong perubahan sistem pembayaran dari tunai ke nontunai. Kota Tangerang melalui Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Trans Tangerang atau Bus Tayo, yang dikelola oleh PT. Tangerang Nusantara Global (Perseroda), sejak September 2023 menerapkan sistem pembayaran nontunai penuh menggunakan Tap On Bus (TOB) berbasis Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) dan kartu uang elektronik. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis proses sosialisasi sistem pembayaran nontunai, menilai pemahaman serta respon penumpang, dan mengidentifikasi hambatan yang muncul dalam implementasinya. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif studi kasus dengan paradigma konstruktivisme. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT. TNG telah melakukan sosialisasi melalui media sosial, banner, flyer, aplikasi, dan komunikasi interpersonal. Meski sebagian penumpang dengan literasi digital tinggi menerima sistem ini dengan baik, hambatan masih ditemui pada kelompok masyarakat yang terbiasa menggunakan uang tunai, memiliki keterbatasan perangkat, atau literasi digital rendah. Kesimpulannya, keberhasilan penerapan sistem pembayaran nontunai tidak hanya bergantung pada infrastruktur teknologi, tetapi juga efektivitas strategi komunikasi yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan.
