Abstract

Raja Haji Fisabililah International Airport is an airport located in the city of Tanjungpinang, Riau Islands. One of the work units that support the smoothness and safety of flights at Raja Haji Fisabilillah Airport is the Apron Movement Control (AMC). This research was conducted to find out how the regularity of the implementation of the tasks of the Apron Movement Control unit in the midst of limited personnel. This research uses qualitative research methods and was conducted from August to September 2022 at Raja Haji Fisabilillah Airport using primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained directly through observation and interviews while secondary data is data obtained through documents based on triangulation of techniques and triangulation of sources, such as interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study are the discovery of problems in the form of no personnel who carry out supervision/controlling on a permanent basis on the air side during aircraft arrivals and there are no AMC personnel who have marshalling certification/guiding aircraft parking on the apron, because according to the applicable SOP, one of the AMC personnel at each branch office is required to have marshalling certification. Therefore, AMC personnel provide the results of the performance evaluation of each personnel and the weekly work draft periodically to PT Angkasa Pura II, that with the condition of limited personnel, the AMC unit gets a solution from the facilitator of Raja Haji Fisabilillah Airport, namely PT Angkasa Pura II.

Abstract

Social media marketing is a means to fulfill all needs. Social media marketing is used in Sriwijaya Air by promoting tickets through social media so that people know the information. This study aims to determine the effect of social media marketing on ticket sales for Sriwijaya Air and to determine how much influence social media marketing has on ticket sales for Sriwijaya Air at Ahmad Yani Airport in Semarang. This research is a quantitative study using non probability sampling, with a sample size of 100 passengers and an error rate of 5%. The data collection process uses a questionnaire and the data analysis used is simple linear regression and the coefficient of determination then the data processing uses the SPSS 26 application. The results of this study indicate that the Social Media Marketing variable has a significant effect on Sriwijaya Air ticket sales at Ahmad Yani Airport Semarang with sig (0.000 <0.05). Furthermore, the coefficient of determination is obtained as much as 0.577, this means that the influence of Social Media Marketing on ticket sales of Sriwijaya Air airline is 57.7%.

Abstract

Passenger satisfaction is a very important thing for an airline to be one of the benchmarks to see how far the company's success is in carrying out its vision and mission. The purpose of this study was to determine partially significant Customer Service Quality towards Batik Air Airline Passenger Satisfaction at Abdulrachman Saleh Airport Malang. To find out ticket prices partially significant to Batik Air Airline Passenger Satisfaction at Abdulrachman Saleh Airport Malang. To determine the effect of Customer Service Quality and Ticket Prices simultaneously on Batik Air Airline Passenger Satisfaction at Abdulrachman Saleh Airport Malang. This research uses descriptive quantitative methods. And multiple linear analysis technique. The number of samples used is 100 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. Data processing in this study uses the SPSS software program. The conclusion of this study can be seen that the Quality of Customer Service has a positive and significant influence on Passenger Satisfaction, Ticket Prices have a positive and significant influence on Passenger Satisfaction. Simultaneously it is known that the Quality of Customer Service and Ticket Prices have a positive and significant influence on Batik Air Airline Passenger Satisfaction at Abdulrachman Saleh Airport Malang.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh atau hubungan antara Tangibility, Pertumbuhan Penjualan, dan Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap Struktur Keuangan pada PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian asosiatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen daftar tabel yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan berupa aktiva, hutang dan penjualan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk., yaitu selama 27 tahun mulai terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dari tahun 1994-2021. Sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu laporan keuangan PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk. selama 12 tahun mulai dari tahun 2010-2021. Teknik pemilihan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling yaitu pemilihan sampel dengan kriteria tertentu. Kriterianya berupa data yang lengkap berkenaan dengan variabel penelitian dan ketersediaan data laporan keuangan PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa diketahui nilai sig untuk tangibility sebesar 0,504>0,05 dengan nilai tℎ???????????????????? 3,054>ttabel 2,306 yang artinya tangibility tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap struktur keuangan. Pertumbuhan penjualan memiliki nilai sig sebesar 0,005>0,05 dengan nilai thitung 0,635 >ttabel 2,306 yang artinya pertumbuhan penjualan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap struktur keuangan. Ukuran perusahaan memiliki nilai sig sebesar 0,000<0,05 dengan nilai thitung 0,137<ttabel 2,304 yang artinya ukuran perusahaan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap struktur keuangan.

Abstract

There are several problems that affect the level of demand for milkfish in the Surabaya City Pabean Market, such as price factors, consumer income factors, and also the number of family members. This research was conducted to prove the effect of these problems on demand and is expected to be useful in overcoming the problems that occur. This research was formed from the quantitative method with hypothesis testing techniques carried out using multiple linear regression analysis. The population and sample in this study were 100 respondents. This study aims to test the theory, obtain facts, and show the relationship between variables. The data collection for this research took place at the Surabaya City Pabean Market. Prices, consumer income, and the number of family members have a positive and significant simultaneous effect on the demand for milkfish at the Surabaya City Pabean Market. Prices, consumer income have a positive and significant partial effect on the demand for milkfish at the Surabaya City Pabean Market, while the number of family members has an effect but not significant partial effect on the level of demand for milkfish at the Surabaya City Pabean Market.

Abstract

There is a number of affecting issues about impact level income received by entrepreneurs in the Tofu Center Industry Tropodo like factor education, experience and also work times factor. Study this done for prove influence problem about business revenue and expected can useful for overcome problem happened. This Study formed from method quantitative with technique testing hypothesis done with use analysis multiple linear regression. Population and sample in this study are 31 entrepreneurs and also 31 labor in the Tofu Centers Industry, Tropodo, District Krian, Sidoarjo City. Test simultaneously (Test F) shows that education, experience and work times influential in a manner together and significant to business revenue in the Tofu Centers Industry Tropodo District Krian, Sidoarjo City. Test partial (t test) shows that variable education influential in a manner positive to business revenue. Temporary variable experience work influential in a manner positive to business revenue, and work times variable influential in a manner positive to business revenue. This Study show if education, experience and work times influential to business revenue in the Tofu Centers Industry Tropodo, District Krian, Sidoarjo City

Abstract

PT Kokapura Avia has many work units. One of the PT Kokapura Avia is a lost and found unit. Lost and found is a place for passengers to report if their baggage is lost or damaged (SOP/ aas-aqp - 001/2019). The principal task of lost and found is to check the baggage number on the passenger with the baggage label on it, caring for any excess and shortages or damage to luggage experienced by a passenger. The reason for the lack of passenger luggage is that an employee's labeling or misloading of luggage onto another flight. The deviation of the baggage services usually takes place when passengers arrive at the terminal. As for the research, it is aimed at locating the missing baggage tracing and storage system and the application of cooperation between Lion Air and International Airport Yogyakarta in lost baggage tracing of lost and found PT Kokapoura Avia. The study uses qualitative research methods. By using data collection techniques of observation, interview and documentation. Interviews use semi-structured techniques and data analysis using three techniques which are data reduction, data display and deduction drawing. Based on the result show the preparation of the lost and found provides a pear (an arity report source) used to screened the baggage claim by passengers. They include passenger identification and claim tag statements that are already matched with data found in the system of the lost and found unit. There are two courses of tracing that are tracing by CCTV and tracing by E-mail. Yogyakarta's international airport operations provide facilities and CCTV services in cooperation while lion air airlines provide a system that is used by lost and found and is responsible for providing compensation to passengers.

Abstract

The Airport Operation Terminal and Landside Unit is a unit that provides services to airport users through its division, better known as the Terminal Service Officer (TSO), providing services to airport service users in the terminal and Landside areas. This study aims to explain what are the obstacles and what are the solutions for TSO officers in solving the obstacles. This study uses primary and secondary data. The subjects in this research are Terminal Service Officers. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews and documentation. The location of this research was carried out at PT. Angkasa Pura I Zainuddin Abdul Madjid International Airport Lombok West Nusa Tenggara with a placement in the Terminal Service Officer (TSO). This data analysis uses qualitative data. The results of this research regarding the Terminal Service Officer are the lack of cleaning service officers in maintaining the cleanliness of the facility, the lack of trolleyman officers in supplying the availability of trolleys and the lack of assertiveness of Aviation Security officers in giving warnings to street vendors and passenger escorts. While the solutions for Terminal Service Officer personnel in resolving problems are in accordance with the applicable Standard Operating Procedures. The solutions that are not listed in the Standard Operating Procedures are initiatives from Terminal Service Officer personnel who are none other than to provide maximum service to airport service users.

Abstract

Apron Movement Control (AMC) officers still frequently find plastic, small screws besides bird carcasses, snails, attacks by small birds and other animals. This researcher aims to find out the analysis of AMC personnel services in maintaining flight safety at General Ahmad Yani Airport in Semarang. To find out what obstacles AMC personnel face in maintaining flight safety at General Ahmad Yani Airport in Semarang and how to overcome them. This study uses a qualitative method. The tools used were the researchers themselves, with the results of observations, in the Apron Movement Control (AMC) unit, interviews and documents as supporting documents to answer the formulation of research questions, the researchers conducted a 3-stage analysis consisting of data reduction, data presentation and Conclusion/Verification. The results of this study indicate that 1) The service of Apron Movement Control (AMC) officers has a very important service in ensuring flight security and safety. This can be seen from the Apron Movement Control (AMC) officers at Jenderal Ahmad Yani Airport in Semarang who always carry out their responsibilities by referring to the SOP, before the plane lands or takes off, the AMC officers already check it first. 2) Obstacles faced by Apron Movement Control (AMC) officers. Foreign Object Debris (FOD) was found in the form of aircraft components or other components, machine tools such as small equipment and special equipment, small debris such as sand, loose rock, Small wood, plastic, besides bird carcasses, snails, attacks by small birds and wild animals are Foreign Object Debris (FOD) located at Jenderal Ahmad Yani Airport, Semarang

Abstract

Bandar udara adalah sektor pusat transportasi udara dalam menyelenggarakan perpindahan moda melalui jalur udara. Bandar udara juga menyediakan fasilitas penunjang untuk mempermudah para penumpang dalam melakukan kegiatan penerbangan. Dengan fasilitas yang baik pula bandar udara bisa dikatakan berkualitas, dan akan menarik peminat dari penumpang khususnya pada area boarding gate. Tujuan dilaksanakannya penelitian ini adalah mengetahui bagaimana penanganan fasilitas penumpang di unit boarding gate maskapai citilink di bandar udara juanda Surabaya dan mengetahui apa saja kendala dan bagaimana penanganan kendala fasilitas penumpang di unit boarding gate maskapai citilink di bandar udara juanda Surabaya, Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada 01 Juli- 20 Juli 2023di Bandar Udara Internasional Juanda Surabaya. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini yaitu dokumentasi, observasi, dan wawancara dengan petugas Airport Oprational Lanside and Terminal dan petugas boarding gate. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penanganan fasilitas sudah di sesuaikan berdasarkan Standar Oprasional Prosedur Oprasional yang meliputi fasilitas yang memberikan kenyamanan terhadap penumpang dan fasilitas yang memberikan nilai tambah dan kendala yang di hadapi terkait fasilitas penumpang terdapat pada kendala teknis yaitu sering terjadi kerusakan pada travelator dan kenaikan suhu pada area boarding gate dengan penanganan yang di lakukan, berkoordinasi dengan pihak terkait yaitu pihak mekanikal jika terindikasi kerusakan pada mesin dan elektrical jika terindikasi dengan kelistrikan.
