Abstract

This journal examines the application of Islamic business ethics in selling crispy bread with the aim of analyzing the concept and its implementation. This research involves a case study on the business of selling sharia-based crispy bread. The results of the study show that the application of the principles of Islamic business ethics, such as honesty, integrity, and a balance between material and spiritual aspects, has a positive impact on the operations and finances of the business. Discussion of the research findings includes evaluating the successful implementation of Islamic business ethics, the challenges faced, and the long-term benefits of this implementation. This research contributes to Muslim entrepreneurs by providing an in-depth understanding of the importance of applying Islamic business ethics in selling crispy bread, as well as practical recommendations for achieving sustainable business success in the context of sharia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of poverty in the Medan city area and how the government's efforts or solutions in handling it. A descriptive qualitative study with a literature method through literature studies from journals of previous research results related to poverty-level studies. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics of Medan City. The study results explain that Medan City has always tried to overcome the problem of poverty to the maximum; in fact, poverty is still a severe problem. Overcoming poverty requires integrating various development policies and programs in multiple sectors. The best way to fight poverty is to promote policies strengthening economic messages and positions. The driving factor of poverty in Medan City is uneven development.

Abstract

This review study aims to analyze the realization of local government financing of Deli Serdang Regency. This study is a descriptive qualitative literature method through literature study, with the data used secondary data obtained from the Deli Serdang Central Bureau of Statistics. The study results explain that the government financing expenditure of Deli Serdang Regency from 2016 to 2022 has changed due to the different growth rates each year, seen from how much regional payment and regional financing are needed in that year. The development of government expenditure is the impact of national income growth. At the same time, federal income growth affects economic development, where economic development increases the population and public facilities also grow. And government spending affects the unemployment rate, where an increase in government spending reduces the unemployment rate in the region.

Abstract

The development of air transportation, the airport as an aviation service provider company must balance with quality human resources, especially in the quality of employee performance. The quality of performance of an employee depends on the duties and responsibilities imposed on him. In addition, employee performance also depends on incentives, motivation and workload obtained. This study aims to determine the effect of incentives, motivation and workload partially and simultaneously on the performance of Aviation Security Employees of Pt. Angkasa Pura I at General Ahmad Yani International Airport Semarang. This study used quantitative research methods using questionnaire data collection techniques through Likert scale. And the sample taken in this study amounted to 63 respondents from Aviation Security Employees of Pt. Angkasa Pura I at General Ahmad Yani International Airport Semarang. The results showed that partially the three variables of incentives, and workload on employee performance got positive and significant results, while the motivation variable on employee performance got results that did not have a positive and significant effect. Simultaneously, this study obtained equally positive and significant results with the value of the calculated value of the fcalculate > ftable, which is 119.61 > 2.761, and for the coefficient of determination obtained the result of the rsquare value of 85.9%.

Abstract

The airport authority is surveillance, the surveillance process is three (3) kinds of observation, inspection and monitoring and subject of control in the air transport area, one of which is delayed management. Management control control is regulated by 2015 minister number 89 on handling flight delays, surveillance activities carried out by air freight inspectors. The aim of the study is how the management delay and treatment will be conducted by the v makassar regional airport authority office. The study uses qualitative research methods by using primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques of observation, interview and documentation. Time and place on this study began on October 01, 2022 and April 20, 2023, it was carried out at the v makassar regional airport authority office. The data analysis techniques used are data collecting, data reduction, data presentation, deduction. The validity test of data on this study employed the method of technical triangulation and data source triangulation.The study shows that the management control activities of the airport authorities on delayed management by the air freight section of the air freight inspector, the monitoring is done on a schedule or monthly basis for all airlines operating. The study also found obstacles to the delay of compensating passengers and delay of data information delay to the air transit inspector. Handling of delay management will be reported to the central directorate through several processes and will be followed through with the 27year 2021 ministry regulation, on the monitoring and enforcement of administrative sanctions against infractions.

Abstract

At every airport there must be a limited security area (Security Restricted). areas). Security Restricted Areas are certain areas within the airport which are identified as a high risk area for use by aviation purposes, operation of airports, and other interests where the area is carried out supervision and to enter will be carried out a security check. Aviation officer Security must be able to act decisively in accordance with standard operating procedures inspection of anyone who enters the airside, as well as ensuring security and airport safety. The purpose of this study is to determine the application of standards operational procedures in checking the main door area by Aviation Security at the Airport International Airport Zainuddin Abdul Madjid Lombok. The method used in this research is using the research method qualitative where researchers conduct interviews, documentation, and direct observation in data collection. The interview used is semi-interview structured and researchers conducted interviews with the Avsec supervisor, Avsec junior and Avsec basic. The results of the research describe the answers of the informants and the data obtained from the field. The results of this study include the application of operational standards procedures in checking the main door area by Aviation Security at the Airport International Zainuddin Abdul Madjid Lombok. Abstract

The background of this research is the lack of interest in student learning in the social studies subject of SMPN 3 Kedungwaru Tulungagung students, where there is an unpreparedness in learning and a lack of support from the school environment and family environment. The existence of this background requires attention and motivation to learn from the school and family so that students have a high interest in learning. The focus of the research in this thesis are: 1) What are the social studies teacher's efforts to increase student learning interest in social science subjects for class VIII students at SMP 3 Kedungwaru Tulungagung, 2) What are the supporting factors of social science teachers in increasing student learning interest in the subject social science lessons for class VIII students at SMP 3 Kedungwaru Tulungagung, and 3) What are the obstacles and solutions for IPS teachers in increasing student learning interest in social science subjects for class VIII students at SMPN 3 Kedungwaru Tulungagung. The objectives of this research are 1) to explain how social studies efforts increase students' interest in learning in social studies subjects for class VIII students at SMP Negeri 3 Kedungwaru Tulungagung, 2) to find out the supporting factors for social studies teachers in increasing interest in learning students in Social Sciences class VIII students at SMP Negri 3 Kedungwaru Tulungagung and 3) To find out social studies teacher's obstacles and solutions in increasing student learning interest in Social Sciences class VIII students at SMP Negri 3 Kedungwaru Tulungagung. In this study used a qualitative descriptive research method. Data obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. Observations were made to find out more closely about the object being researched, interviews were used to find out or find problems openly at SMP Negeri 3 Kedungwaru Tulungagung, while documentation was used to collect data by investigating existing documents and was a place for prepare a number of data so that researchers get the maximum information that can correctly describe the condition of the object under study. The results of this study indicate that the social studies teacher's efforts to increase student learning interest in social studies class VII at SMP Negri 3 Kedungwaru Tulunggung use 3 techniques, namely: Using learning methods such as lecture methods, group discussions, diagnostic assessments and skills training methods. The second uses the map learning model, collaborative learning, contextual learning. Third Use learning media such as: Interactive PPT, audio media, picture media and map and globe media. Supporting factors for Social Studies teachers in increasing student learning interest in Social Sciences subject class VIII SMP Negeri 3 Kedungwaru Tulungagung namely: School programs, Facilities that support student learning include: Libraries, Classrooms, Laboratories and Classrooms. Obstacles and Social studies teachers' solutions in increasing student learning interest in social science subjects for class VIII SMP Negeri 3 Kedungwaru Tulungagung can be grouped into two factors, namely internal factors and external factors. Internal factors come from within the students themselves, external factors consist of teachers, parents, peers. The solution to overcome these obstacles is to provide motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to describe projects in the Magang dan Studi Independen Bersertifikat or abbreviated as MSIB which are carried out at INAmikro (PT. Mikrobisnis Digital Sejahtera) which was carried out within a span of 5 months starting from February 21 2023 to July 30 2023. This study uses a descriptive analysis method to explain various projects carried out while participating in a internship at PT. Mikrobisnis Digital Sejahtera. This research concludes that the certified apprentice program implemented PT. Mikrobisnis Digital Sejahtera is a project designed to help business people with problems in implementing people's market digitization in the micro and ultra micro business sector. By looking at the various problems faced by business actors, of course, highly trained human resources are needed so that the program is implemented. by PT. Mikrobisnis Digital Sejahtera (INAmikro) can continue and develop. The results of this study are to provide an overview to the reader about how the project was carried out during this internship program.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of earnings, cash flow, and liquidity in predicting financial distress in textile manufacturing companies. This study uses a quantitative descriptive analysis model. Data was obtained from secondary data, namely data obtained from other parties in the form of publication reports for the 2019- 2021 period. The population in this study are textile companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The number of samples in this study are as many as 10 companies. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. The data is processed using SPSS, based on the conclusions of the analysis it is known that: (1) the t test shows that partially the profit and cash flow variables have no effect on financial distress, while liquidity has a positive and significant effect on financial distress; (2) the F test shows simultaneously the variables of profit, cash flow, and liquidity have an effect on financial distress; (3) the R2 test shows that the Adjust R value is 0.652 meaning that the variables of profit, cash flow and liquidity simultaneously affect financial distress by 65.2%, while the remaining 34.8% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The financial system plays a critical role in the economy. If the financial system is unstable and does not function efficiently, the allocation of funds will not go well, which can hamper economic growth. This study aims to analyze the influence of the monetary sector on financial system stability in Indonesia. This qualitative descriptive study with literature method through literature study using secondary data obtained from the Indonesian Central Bureau of Statistics. The study's results explain that the exchange rate or exchange rate and inflation can affect the stability of the financial system in Indonesia.
