Abstract

Croquettes are processed products from taro and the addition of vegetable creamer with a filling of tuna with curry spices. The aims of this study were 1) to determine the sensory quality of taro croquettes and the addition of vegetable creamer with cob curry seasoning 2) to determine the nutritional content based on laboratory tests including ash content, water content, protein, fat, and carbohydrates 3) to determine the cost of raw materials for taro croquettes . This type of research is an experiment. Techniques for collecting observational data by means of hedonic quality were carried out by 30 panelists. The independent variable of this research is the amount of creamer added. The dependent variable in this study was the organoleptic properties including shape, color, aroma, texture, taste and overall preference. The control variables in this study are the materials used, the equipment used and the manufacturing procedures. The data analysis technique in this study was a sensory test using a single ANOVA test and Duncan's advanced test. The results showed that 1) there was an effect on the sensory quality of making taro croquettes and the addition of vegetable creamer with curry cob fish filling 2) there was no effect on the production of taro croquettes and the addition of vegetable creamer 3) the selected products contained the same nutrition as or greater in the manufacture Taro croquettes filled with moringa leaves and oyster mushrooms.

Abstract

This research is motivated by students' lack of interest in educational media during learning. Students feel bored and less motivated because the media used is only conventional, such as lecturing, relying on textbooks and modules, which result in low student knowledge. Powtoon learning videos, with their modern approach and visual-audio presentation, offer a solution. These videos feature animated cartoons, which address students' complaints about conventional learning methods. This research aims to understand the overview of the learning process, identify student needs, determine the steps for media development, assess the validity of the developed media, and examine the influence of the media on students' knowledge. The researcher employed the Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Data collection techniques included questionnaires, tests, interviews, observations, and data analysis. The study was conducted at SMPN 2 Kademangan, with eighth-grade classes D (control group) and E (experimental group) as research subjects. Data analysis was performed using quantitative and qualitative methods. The validation results from media experts, subject matter experts, and social studies teachers regarding the Powtoon media showed that it was suitable for use with minor revisions and had a significant impact on learning outcomes. The Sig value (2-tailed) was found to be 0.003, which is less than the significance level of 0.05. Therefore, H1 is accepted, indicating that there is a difference in learning outcomes between the control group (class D) and the experimental group (class E), with an average post-test score of 82.68% for class D and 93.28% for class E. This shows a difference of 10.6%, indicating that Powtoon media is effective for learning purposes.

Abstract

Baggage sweeping is carried out at the boarding gate unit with the aim of security, convenience and flight safety. And passengers must comply with these regulations so that passengers feel comfortable when in the cabin. Where passengers only carry one luggage weighing 7kg. This research was conducted at Citilink Indonesia at Yogyakarta International Airport. This research is a quantitative study where the data obtained using the questionnaire survey method as wellCostumer Satisfaction Index(CSI) to measure the level of passenger satisfaction with handlingsweeping baggage received. The results of this study can be concluded that the main factors that cause sweeping baggage are passengers who do not want their luggage to be carried or do not want to pay for excess baggage, and the obstacle during sweeping is the lack of understanding of passengers with cabin baggage regulations. The method used by boarding gate officers in dealing with the obstacles that occur is to explain clearly and politely to the passengers concerned regarding the baggage sweeping procedure. The magnitude of the effect of sweeping baggage handling on passenger satisfaction is 56.1% and the remaining 44.9% is influenced by other factors outside of this study. While the level of passenger satisfaction is equal to 46.7% where this figure is in the 3rd criterion, namely quite satisfied.

Abstract

This research is motivated by facts in the field showing that social studies teachers are still more oriented towards assignments and students' understanding of learning material without considering the formation of student character as a learning effect, so that learning material is less affected by students' attitudes and personalities in shaping interactions between teachers and students. This makes students tend to be busy or not pay attention when the teacher is explaining, during the learning process in the classroom. Therefore, these constraints certainly need a solution so that the teaching and learning process can be channeled properly, an IPS teacher really needs to use a learning strategy that is appropriate to the material to be conveyed and is also in accordance with the IPS teacher's strategy in instilling social values. The formulation of the problems in this study are: 1) What is the social studies teacher's strategy to instill social values in social studies learning for class VII students at SMPN 1 Purwoasri? 2) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors for social studies teachers in carrying out strategies for instilling social values in class VII students at SMPN 1 Purwoasri? 3) What are the results of the IPS teacher's strategy in instilling social values in class VII at SMPN 1 Purwoasri? The objectives of this study are: 1) To find out the social studies teacher's strategy to instill social values in social studies learning for class VII students at SMPN 1 Purwoasri. 2) To identify the supporting and inhibiting factors of social studies teachers in carrying out strategies for instilling social values in class VII students at SMPN 1 Purwoasri. 3) To find out the results of the social studies teacher's strategy in instilling social values in class VII at SMPN 1 Purwoasri. The research method used is a qualitative method and this research is descriptive in nature. This research is sourced from primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. Then the data analysis technique in this study refers to the Miles and Huberman model. Checking the validity of the data, namely observation persistence, triangulation, and peer checking. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The social studies teacher's strategy in instilling social values possessed by students is through several ways, namely exemplary and continuous reprimand and habituation patterns. To instill social values in students, the teacher instills an attitude of honesty, discipline, tolerance, mutual cooperation, courtesy, confidence and responsibility (an attitude of daring to accept consequences, being able to carry out individual tasks properly, not blaming others, and always keeping promises). to students. 2) Factors that support the social studies teacher's strategy in instilling social values in students are a comfortable learning environment, there are rules in the class that are obeyed, and there is a dominant role of the teacher. On the other hand, the inhibiting factors of the social studies teacher's strategy in instilling social values in students are the teacher being late, the lack of monitoring of regulations, and the influence of friends. 3) The results of the social studies teacher's strategy in instilling social values in class VII students at SMPN 1 Purwoasri include social awareness, multicultural understanding, and social involvement which are in good condition.

Abstract

This research is caused by the mindset of students with high mathematical abilities in solving mathematical problems, especially social arithmetic, where the serialist pattern is characterized by working with procedural and operational abilities and taking a local approach. The findings in partner schools are that the majority of students work on questions according to what is taught, starting from writing down the elements in the questions, sorting out which formula is right to writing valid conclusions on the answer sheet. This study aims to describe the Serialist thinking patterns of students with high mathematical abilities in solving Social Arithmetic problems for class VII students of SMPN 1 Ngantru. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with a case study approach. The subjects in this research activity were class VII of three students at SMPN 1 Ngantru. Data collection techniques were carried out by providing test questions and open interviews. Data analysis through three steps, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that in the process of solving problems students with serialist thinking skills tend to understand problems in an orderly and systematic manner which can be seen on the answer sheets of each subject. Students tend to work on questions according to the information that has been presented and then process and produce the right answers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the feasibility of a small tofu cracker industry business in Tlasih Village, Tulangan District, Sidoarjo Regency. This type of research is descriptive research. The data analysis method used in this study is to use the formula for analysis of production costs, income and profits. Meanwhile, to analyze business feasibility, the formula used is Return On Investment (ROI) and Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C). The results of this study indicate that the average total cost of the 6 Puli Tahu cracker business owners is Rp. 41.565.810/month. The average income earned is Rp. 47.800.000/month with an average profit received of Rp. 6.234.819/month. Based on the results of a business feasibility analysis using the Return On Investment (ROI) formula which has an average value of 5,7% and Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C) which has an average value of 1,26. So it can be concluded that the small tofu cracker industry in Tlasih Village, Tulangan District, Sidoarjo Regency is feasible to cultivate.

Abstract

This Research to determine the effect of Go food services on whether or not sales of food outlets in the Jagir Village increase or not. This study uses quantitative research methods with the type of field research (Field Research). The results of the study show that the existence of the Go Food application used by culinary business sellers has a positive influence on increasing sales. So with an increase in income turnover, it is not impossible that they will continue to use Go Food. The results of the calculation of the t test by looking at the significance number show the sig value. of 0.004 alpha 0.05. Then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, which means that there is a significant effect between Go-food services on increasing sales of culinary entrepreneurs in Jagir Village.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui layak atau tidaknya usaha kerajinan tangan khususnya batik yang berada di Kelurahan Putat Jaya. Metode yang digunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan sumber data primer. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dengan menggunakan berbagai analisis kelayakan yaitu analisis biaya, revenue cost ratio (R/C), break event point (BEP), dan return on investment (ROI). Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu seluruh UMKM yang diteliti perhitungan R/C>1 dikatakan layak, analisis BEP sudah memenuhi bahkan lebih dari target minimal penjualan, ROI bernilai positif yang berarti seluruh modal yang dikeluarkan sudah tertutupi dengan penghasilan usaha sehingga usaha layak dilanjutkan. Dari seluruh hasil analisis kelayakan yang digunakan, menunjukkan bahwa seluruh UMKM Informan penelitian layak dilanjutkan. Kata kunci: UMKM, Kerajinan Tangan, Batik, Analisis Kelayakan Usaha

Abstract

The importance of the role of the Safety Risk &; Quality Control unit at H.A.S. Hanandjoeddin Tanjung Pandan International Airport, makes the Executive General Manager must implement safety in the Safety Risk &; Quality Control unit assigned to handle wildlife hazard with standards that must be met to ensure flight safety can be managed properly because aviation accidents can cause many material losses, financial and fatalities. This study aims to find out how the Safety Risk &; Quality Control Unit controls the Wildlife Hazard and to find out how the Safety Risk &; Quality Control unit coordinates with other units in handling Wildlife Hazard at the airside of H.A.S. Hanandjoeddin Tanjung Pandan International Airport. This study used qualitative research methods using three data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The interview used a semi structured technique and five sources as information. To analyze the data that has been collected using three techniques, namely data reduction, data display and Conclusion drawing / verification. The results showed that in order to wildlife hazard control at the International airport H.A.S. hanandjoeddin tanjun pandan, the safety & quality control unit conducted the three-way prepararation of toxins, wedges and shootings. If there is a report about the presence of wild animals the SRQC unit will coordinate with the AMC, ATC, AVSEC, PKP-PK units and the Maintenance Unit for handling wildlife hazard. This action is in the form of expulsion using vehicles and the provision of poison and shooting to reduce the population of wild animals passing through the airport area.

Abstract

Airports are required to provide flight comfort and safety with reliable facilities and services, especially for persons with disabilities by providing services that are easy to understand, easy to follow and easy to implement. One of the airports that very well manages its services and facilities, namely I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport in Bali, this is one of PT Angkasa Pura I's efforts to gain the trust of passengers, especially passengers with disabilities who use air transportation services at I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport in Bali. . This study aims to determine the performance of the special service unit when serving passengers and how accessible the facilities are for passengers with disabilities. The research was conducted in the international and domestic terminal areas of I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport in Bali using qualitative research methods. Sources of data in this study using primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study is the data reduction stage, the data presentation is then followed by the final step, namely drawing conclusions. The results of this study conclude that efforts to improve service provide satisfactory results, this is based on observation and interview activities that have been conducted by researchers during research at I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport in Bali where special service unit officers serving passengers with disabilities are in accordance with operational standards procedures (SOPs). It's just that the quantity of three officers in one shift is still not enough considering that I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport service users in Bali are increasing every year and special facilities for passengers with disabilities in all areas of I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport in Bali are sufficient. This is based on observations made by researchers regarding the disability facilities provided..
