Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out whether there was an increase in student learning outcomes after the application of the Contextual Teaching and Learning Approach. This study used three cycles of action research classroom. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely: design, activities and observations, reflection and revision. The target of this study were Class III students. The data obtained were in the form of end-of-cycle test results, observation sheets of teaching and learning activities. From the results of the analysis, it was found that student learning outcomes had increased from cycle I (57.14%), cycle II (80.95%) , cycle III (90.48%). The average value obtained was 67.10 in cycle I, 78.67 in cycle II, and 84.24 in cycle III. The conclusion of this study is that learning with the Contextual Teaching and Learning Approach can improve the learning outcomes of Grade III students at SD Negeri 3 Jebus and this learning model can be used as an alternative to Thematic learning on the Theme of Growth and Development of Living Things.

Abstract

This thesis discusses the presentation of the arrangement of the song Hupillit Jesus Dongan Ki which is found in ende book number 471 and logu book number 318 by Karl Kuhlo. The author presents this arrangement in the form of a saxophone quartet instrument, namely soprano saxophone, alto saxophone, tenor saxophone and baritone saxophone. This production uses a 4/4 time signature and the basic note F = do with Andante tempo (MM 85). The author worked on this song in the form of a saxophone quartet, while maintaining the original melody of this song which was sung by the soprano saxophone. However, for alto, tenor and baritone saxophone, each melody is the result of developing ideas from the main melody. The development of the form of melody, rhythm, tempo, harmony, dynamics, in this arrangement aims to deepen the message and meaning of the song. According to the title of the research, the researcher used a qualitative descriptive research method, namely by describing the arrangement of the song Hupillit Jesus Dongan Ki by Karl Kuhlo on a saxophone quartet playing at GKPI Pagar Beringin Permai, which was carried out in August - September 2023. By conducting observations and interviews, looking for literature and several sources related to arranging and saxophone, and arranging in writing. The result of this research is a new presentation concept for the song Hupillit Jesus Dongan Ki in the form of a saxophone quartet instrument. The different sound characteristics of each saxophone instrument make the harmony of the song even more beautiful. Improvised forms of alto, tenor and baritone saxophone melodies can fill in any gaps in the main melody, thereby enriching the harmony of the song Hupillit Jesus Dongan Ki..

Abstract

Human resources are the most dominant factor in an organization that is built based on needs and implementation. Effective human resource (HR) management must be considered in order to increase competitiveness in the global market and contribute to creating competence in an organization. At this time, human resource management (HR) in the future will become a major concern in the world of business and management, which is a key factor in preparing society to face challenges in the future which are increasingly complex and dynamic, so that organizational planning, implementation and control of resources is needed. human resources in the organization to achieve goals effectively and efficiently. With this, in a business world that continues to develop, it is important for organizations to understand and develop competencies so they can face the challenges and obstacles that continue to arise. Then, a future filled with technological changes, market dynamics and global challenges requires human resources (HR) who have relevant and competent skills and knowledge who are able to compete to maintain and increase the competitiveness of an organization. Success or failure depends on the ability of human resources to carry out their duties and functions. This does not only apply to workers, but in educational institutions, and in society for the future stages of their lives. Formal and informal education, lifelong learning, and access to information technology are key elements in ensuring continued competency. Apart from that, organizations and governments need to play an active role in creating an environment that supports the growth of human resource (HR) competencies. By increasing human resource competency, society can be better prepared to face future technological, economic and socio-cultural changes. The aim of this research is to provide competency development in organizations so that they are able to produce superior human resources (HR) in facing the future involving skills that are relevant to market needs. The research method used in this research is the literature study method. Where researchers study and analyze then provide appropriate descriptions in the form of competencies, organization and methods. The results obtained show that the development of appropriate organizational competencies can provide benefits such as better adaptation to changes in the innovation environment and more effectiveness, as well as achieving organizational competency excellence which requires understanding their business context and identifying the most relevant basic competency components so that they are effective in achieving goals. their strategy.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic caused the BEI sectoral index to experience declines and increases in share prices during the 2020 period. This research aims to provide fundamental analysis of share prices. Case Study of the 2020-2021 LQ45 Company Listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The population in this research was 45 companies, and based on the sample selection criteria above, the research sample was 19 companies and the total amount of data examined was 38 data. The results of this research are to partially explain the variables Debt To Equity Ratio, Price To Book Value, Return On Equity, Price Earning Ratio, And Earnings per share which simultaneously influence Stock Prices. Meanwhile, partially the Debt To Equity Ratio and Price Earning Ratio have no effect on Stock Prices, while price to book value, return on equity, and Earnings Per Share partially have an effect on stock prices.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic phenomenon also has an impact on the economic and business sectors. The IHSG trend has decreased since the Covid-19 pandemic case was announced. Rises and falls in share prices can be caused by financial performance factors. This research examines whether there is a difference in the influence of ROA on share prices both before and during the pandemic. The objects in this research are all telecommunications companies, with a purposive sampling method, the sample obtained in this research was 13 companies, namely telecommunications companies that published share prices before the Covid-19 pandemic as many as 13 and during the Covid-19 pandemic as many as 13. Using this method Simple linear regression shows that ROA has an effect on stock prices before the pandemic, and ROA has an effect on stock prices during the pandemic. ROA for telecommunications companies was 12.7% before the pandemic, increasing to 24.2% during the pandemic. This means that a pandemic event can increase the relationship between ROA and share prices.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the value of the Electrical Installation practicum for Electrical Engineering Students at Padang State University, there were low student grades, there were students who did not do the assignments given by the lecturer which made student grades low, and students who did not read enough material before taking part in the learning activities that were to be carried out. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of implementing the Learning Contratc method on learning motivation for Electrical Installation Practicum in Electrical Engineering Students at Padang State University. This research is a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all students of the 2022 class of Electrical Engineering at Padang State University using a random sampling technique. The analysis of this research is correlation. The results of this research show that the learning contract method has an influence on the motivation to learn electrical installation practicals in Electrical Engineering students at Padang State University.

Abstract

Indonesia's exclusive breastfeeding coverage is still far from the national target of 80%. The results of the 2013 Indonesian Health Demographic Survey (SDKI) showed that coverage of exclusive breastfeeding for babies 0-6 months was only 42%. This research used a praexperiment (an experimental activity that aims to determine the effect that arises as a result of certain treatment) using a one group pretest-posttest design, to see the effect of oxytocin massage on the smooth flow of breast milk at the Roslena Clinic Medan Johor. The conclusion is that there is an effect of Oxytocin Massage on the smooth flow of breast milk at the Roslena Clinic Medan Johor. It is hoped that Roslena Clinic Medan Johor will increase the implementation of oxytocin massage to prevent babies from not sleeping peacefully for 3-4 hours due to irregular milk production in breastfeeding mothers

Abstract

One of the efforts made to reduce MMR is the Antenatal Care (ANC) examination program which is mandatory for pregnant women. The Indonesian Ministry of Health stipulates that examinations for pregnant women or antenatal care be carried out at least 6 times over 9 months. The aim of this research was to determine the relationship between maternal knowledge and breastfeeding in the Independent Practice work area of ​​Midwife Siti Saleha, Bantaian Village, Riau. This research uses an analytical observational design using quantitative methods with a cross-sectional research design approach. The number of samples in this study was 28 respondents. The conclusion of this research is that there is a relationship between maternal knowledge and breastfeeding. It is recommended that mothers do not blindly accept advertisements about formula milk in electronic media and the internet, mothers should ask health workers to find out more about the benefits and contents of breast milk which are no less than those contained in formula milk.
