Abstract

Exchange rate is the exchange rate of one country's currency with another country's currency which is carried out for international transaction purposes. The demand and supply of a currency are influenced by several factors which will cause fluctuating changes in the exchange rate of a currency to another country's currency or foreign currency. This research aims to analyze the factors that influence changes in the rupiah exchange rate against foreign currencies. The method used in this research is a systematic literature review which will dig deeper by observing, reviewing, presenting, and interpreting research, with data taken from Google Scholar and Sinta literature. The research results show that the factors that influence changes in the rupiah exchange rate against foreign currencies are inflation, money supply, and interest rates.

Abstract

Carnival is the right place to express people's creativity in expressing and showing their local culture, the people of Muncar hold a carnival festival not only to commemorate Independence Day but also to commemorate Suroan, carnival has become a tradition during Suroan, this is also a form of preserving traditional culture and introducing traditional culture to the younger generation. Carnival itself in social construction theory is seen as an event where people actively create and maintain their collective identity. This research highlights the participation of the local Muncar community in showing the symbols of their traditions as outlined in carnival activities and how this carnival is used as a form of suroan tradition. In this research, qualitative research methods are used which will explain the phenomenon descriptively, data obtained through observation and supported by previous research literature study.

Abstract

Audit delay is the period from the end of the financial year to the date of the company's audit report. There are several factors that influence audit delays, such as change of auditors, audit opinions, and audit fees. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of Auditor Change, Audit Opinion, and Audit Fee on Delayed Audit. This research is a Systematic Review study where the method uses review, expression, structured evaluation, classification, and categorization of previously generated evidence based. The article in this study is downloaded from an online application namely google scholar with specific inclusion standards and exclusion criteria. The results of this study showed that the change of auditors would affect the audit delay, the audit opinion influenced the delayed audit, and the audit fee had no influence on the delays audit.

Abstract

This research aims to develop an explanatory video discussing the Trans Jawa Timur transportation system using Power Point software. The design approach includes combining visual, text and animation elements in Power Point to convey clear and interesting information about the East Java Trans. The author hopes that this explanatory video can be an effective communication tool to present and understand to the public the advantages and benefits of the Trans Jatim transportation system. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide guidelines for developing interactive and informative PowerPoint presentations for similar projects in the future.

Abstract

Brain tumors are abnormal cell growths in brain tissue that can be life-threatening. This study aims to classify brain tumors to help early diagnosis. The method used is to extract features from brain MRI images using Local Binary Pattern (LBP) and then classified with Support Vector Machine (SVM). The data used were 2044 brain MRI images consisting of 3 classes namely meningioma, no tumor, and pituitary. The best results were obtained using LBP with a radius of 1 and the number of neighbors 8, while the best SVM model used the RBF kernel with a C value of 50, resulting in 88% accuracy, 86% precision, and 87% recall. It can be concluded that the combination of LBP and SVM methods is effective enough to classify brain tumor types to support early diagnosis.

Abstract

In Indonesia, land or agrarian issues usually confront local communities with the power of capital or corporations and state instruments. If we look back, land problems usually start from monopoly policies on land ownership by the state and are then commercialized by the state to gain profits, which is still very difficult to resolve. Providing proof of ownership of land, or a land title certificate, is a way to organize assets in this case. On the other hand, managing access means providing support or infrastructure, such as infrastructure, market support, capital, technology and other assistance, so that the subject of Agrarian Reform can develop. The method used in this research is a descriptive method with a literature approach. Literature study is defined as a series of activities related to collecting information relevant to the topic or problem that will be or is being researched from library sources, reading, taking notes and processing research materials. Thus, this article aims to provide a deeper understanding of agrarian conflict in rural areas, challenges and hopes (Bingkawan-Rambung Baru Village Study, Sibolangit subdistrict, Deli Serdang district).

Abstract

Festival Generasi Juara Season 2 is an event that attracts attention as a forum for developing young generation talents and also Islamic da'wah. This study aims to record and analyze the excitement and impact generated by this festival, especially in the context of developing the next generation in Islamic knowledge.The results highlight that this festival has become an inspiring platform for the younger generation to express their creativity in the field of Islamic art skills such as banjari and Musabaqah Hifdzil Qur'an (MTQ). In addition, the positive impact of this event can be seen in increasing self-confidence while celebrating the Prophet's Mawlid.

Abstract

Village Funds provide a very strategic position for villages. With the existence of very large Village Funds, village governments are required to manage village finances wisely. In accordance with Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages which explains that village financial management must fulfill the principles of accountability, transparency, participation and be carried out in an orderly and disciplined manner. budget. The aim of this research is to describe the use of Village Funds in village development and empowering village communities. Village Funds are funds sourced from the APBN which are transferred through the City Regency APBD which are prioritized to finance government administration, village development and village community empowerment. Village Funds with the aim of describing the accountability of Village Fund management which obtains the number of Village Funds and the number of communities depending on the geographical location of each different village. It is also supported by good community participation in carrying out village development. However, in reality there are still several villages whose administration is still not good, this is because human resources in these villages are inadequate. From these results, it still requires ongoing human resource competency development and assistance from local government officials.

Abstract

The current environmental crisis has emerged as one of the most significant global issues, with the disposal of nuclear waste into the oceans garnering international attention. With the increasing production of nuclear waste from nuclear activities, such as nuclear power generation and nuclear use in industries, there arises a need to understand the environmental impact and threats to human safety associated with these actions. The disposal of nuclear waste can jeopardize marine ecosystems and biodiversity, creating contamination in seawater and marine organisms that can persist for decades to centuries. The risk of radiation exposure to humans through the consumption of contaminated seafood escalates, leading to potential serious health issues, including the risk of cancer. In this context, stringent policies and regulations in the management of nuclear waste and international cooperation are imperative. This research underscores the importance of identifying hazards arising from the disposal of nuclear waste into the open sea. Efforts to reduce and manage nuclear waste must be intensified through strict supervision by nuclear and environmental regulatory bodies. The disposal of nuclear waste can have serious impacts on the environment and human health by polluting seawater and marine organisms. Therefore, urgent actions are required to protect marine ecosystems, maintain ecological balance, and safeguard fisheries resources and biodiversity.

Abstract

Maritime tourism is an important sector in driving the economy of coastal areas such as Banyuwangi. With its diverse natural riches, Banyuwangi has great potential to develop tourism that focuses on the sea. However, existing accessibility constraints have become an obstacle in maximizing the potential of maritime tourism. This research aims to examine the potential of maritime toll routes in supporting the development of maritime tourism in Banyuwangi. The research methods used are literature study, secondary data analysis, as well as reviewing journals and literature studies related to this research. The research results show that the sea toll road has great potential to increase accessibility to maritime tourism destinations in Banyuwangi. With the existence of a sea toll road, travel time and transportation costs can be reduced, so that it will attract more tourists to visit destinations such as Pulau Merah Beach, Menjangan Island and Baluran National Park. Apart from that, sea toll routes can also support the development of tourism infrastructure, such as more modern tourist ports and other supporting facilities. However, this research also identifies several challenges that need to be overcome, such as maintaining maritime highways, coordination between stakeholders, and sustainable environmental management. Therefore, collaboration between the government, tourism entrepreneurs and local communities is the key to maximally exploiting the potential of this sea toll route.
